The lady taking orders told me to hold, but the left the speak on so I coukd hear her personal call. I was the only car in line and I waited a long time before she finished her call to take my order. When I finally received my food it was cold. This was just now 5/2/26. The two bikers stand inside at the counter were just shaking their heads. This is an almost every time I come here. Poor customer service!!!!! Ran off a costumer inside and complained how he had an attitude when it was the two women inside who had one. No cherry icee was out of every soda. The biscuit was doughy ended up throwing it away it was so nasty. Need to fire everyone and start new. Disgusting. Chicken tasted like gas station cafeteria food. Bread was stale and old. Fries were stale and over salted. The "burgers" looked gray and old. They got half the order wrong. The food here is complete trash!!! I would not recommend at all. I asked for a coke to drink and it tasted terrible she replaced it with a Dr. Pepper and it wasn't any better. This Krytal before Hurrican Michael was the worse. After Hurrican Michael and after the rebuild of the building the food was awesome it reminded me of the old fashion Krystal's when I was younger the it came yesterday April 8, 2019 the lady that took my order acted like she could care less to be there before this date everyone was friendly and acted like they were glad that you were there. I bought the 10 for 6 plus cheese and 2 large fries and guess what happened the food was terrible it's french fries was cold hard and taste like they've been sitting there for hours the crystals was the meat was terrible it taste like it been sitting there forever and the cheese wasn't melted so that it wasn't hot well long story short I got food poison I'm not sure if I'm going to give him another chance. They advertise the drive thru is open 23/7. Got there at 5:45 on my way to work this morning. All lights are on inside and in the drive thru. One truck in the parking lot. I sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one ever came to take my order. I left as I had to get to work. Get it together people. If you're open wake up and take customers orders otherwise don't advertise 24/7. The Krystal on the beach closed. We stopped here in our way back home from the beach. We ordered Krystal sunrisers and the chicken sandwiches. The sunrisers were cold and dried out. My husband ordered cheese and was charged extra for it and not on his sandwich. My coffee tasted like hot water! I did the online survey and nobody ever got in contact with me!
