We pulled into the drive thru line and placed our order and when we pulled up to the window was again greeted by smiling Edward, we remembered him from the last time we were there because he is so nice. 12/30/2025. Was very busy, staff was polite. Ordered 10 jelly doughnuts, only 9 raspberry donuts left . So looking forward to the jelly doughnuts, as I only buy for something special. Got them home and noticed there wasn't any jelly in any of the 9 Raspberry filled donuts. So disappointed. read more

Donut holes are now called "Dots" and have increased in price. When I took one out of the box, the new dots are the holes cut in half. A box of 24 dots are actually 12 holes for a higher price. No thank you! read more

Today is national chocolate day and KK has a 50% off your second dozen and we got all excited and tried to order some on-line and it was acting weird so we called at 6 pm and was told they ran out and it closes at 8pm Golly how sad we finally felt like we could actually get donuts and they won't even honor the coupon or make some! This is the only Krispy Kreme in town so they are usually always busy but the lines go by quick, food and drinks are fresh and the staff there are always so friendly and have the best attitudes. They make my day every time I stop by! read more

Sadly this location does not participate in the free hot & ready donut when the light is on. Unfortunately we didn't learn this until pulling into the location and walking inside. We also used the fund raiser card and it seemed they had never seen one so staff acted as if we were putting them out. Great product as usual but port service. read more

Popped in for a dozen to bring to my customer. Since when do they not hand out a full fresh donut off the line? I got a quarter of a donut. Not that I'm complaining, mind you. Just pointing it out. I got six plain and six assorted, ensuring that one of the assorted was my favorite custard filled. As well, I got a large cup of coffee to go with it. I did ask the young lady to add a couple of ice cubes to the cup because the coffee is usually "McDonald's hot" but she forgot and I was already to drink it before I noticed. Stopped by this Krispy Kreme after leaving our hotel to go back to Houston. It was going to be a long drive, so a few donuts on the road to give me some sugar rush wold be helpful. Although they had a drive through, I chose to go inside. The person helping me inside was quick and friendly. He even complimented me on my t-shirt that said, "Sunday Funday" and yep, it was a Sunday. The donuts were warm, fresh, and delicious. Pretty much, your typical Krispy Kreme Donuts. Can't wait until Krispy Kreme opens up again in the Houston area! read more

Only drive through open due to labor shortage fyi. It's always a hit or miss in the drive through with how friendly staff is but I'm not complaining I can't imagine how their work environment is with staff shortages and having to deal with that. They probably over work themselves to compensate for the lack of help in turn making work less enjoyable. read more

Have been to this store dozens of times with good luck. Today we ordered through the app. 3 dozen donuts were $54. We had an email coupon for a dozen glazed for$1. The store refused to honor the coupon. 4 dozen donuts ended up costing 65.00. The app has been terrible every time we have tried to use it and the customer service experience at the Panama City store was as bad as we have ever experienced. read more

I always love this Krispy Kreme location. Right now because of the Cronoavirus they are not open to walk ins but you can always stop by the drive thru. That is what I did yesterday and got the same friendly service. Those were the best and freshest donuts I have had in a long time. The only thing is I turned in and it was so dark you couldn't see anything and there were no other cars in the parking lot so I was leaving when I happen to see a worker lean up against the drive thru window and I drove back around and got donuts. While places are closed down you should put some type of signage out front so people are aware your drive thru is still open. Keep up the good work! read more

Best chain doughnut in the country! Any Southerner will tell you a good light Krispy Kreme doughnut is far superior to the cake-like, heavy doughnuts at Dunkin' and its ilk. This location is pretty standard for Krispy Kreme, open 24 hours with a drive-thru and dining room. There is also a great display as you enter the dining room where you can watch as the doughnuts you are about to eat are run through the fryer. Look for the big red neon sign out front before going to Krispy Kreme. When that sign is glowing the doughnuts are being cooked and there are few things better than a piping hot, freshly made Krispy Kreme doughnut. Don't make the mistake of buying Krispy Kremes from some gas station. Get them straight from the source, and get them HOT! Everything in moderation. Don't worry though, this location is adjacent to Gulf Coast Medical Center, so you're ok either way! read more

This Krispy Kreme was amazing! If I could give it 6 stars I would. I loved how they showed us how the donuts were made in the window and their costumer service was great. The cashier was so nice and it was worth driving and navigating 30 minutes for it. We went inside and we got a fundraiser card for 1 dozen glazed donuts and we also got a dozen of assorted we got a bunch of Halloween donuts and they were delicious! They had the hot now on and I whipped in to grab a dozen. After 5 minutes waiting for someone to take an order they take my order. Rather than hot now donuts they throw them on from the tray of ones from earlier. I politely ask for the hot ones. They acted as though I had personally wronged them. I didn't think it was unreasonable. Then after my slow process they let others pass me at check out, while I stood at the counter. I was feeling a little slighted at this point so I actually said something, I said what's this, I'm in line. We're waiting on your fresh donuts(which were on the belt the entire time). I said I'm still good to pay... anyway, it was just unpleasant and it didn't have to be. I'm not that demanding. Wanting hot now when the hot now sign is on shouldn't make you a leper. read more

Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme from shop to shop since they're proprietary, but what makes the difference is the customer service, or at least the lack of in this case. Stopped by when the Hot Now sign was lit assuring to get fresh glazed (all other types never really apply to the sign for some reason). Anyway, ordered a half a dozen of my usual assortment and an iced coffee to get that morning jolt. Pulled up to pay and the clerk opened the box for viewing to confirm the order was correct. I alerted him to the order being incorrect as I looked over what was in the box. He pulled the box back and turned around as if to correct the order, then handed it back to me and I paid. Got home to find out they pulled the old reverse switcharoo so many drive-thru restaurants pull. He hadn't changed a damn thing! Just played like they were correcting it and handed me back the same messed up order. This is the kind of crap that will cost you customers. It's one thing if a simple mistake is made, but it's another when they try to pull the wool over your eyes out of laziness and being too stingy to make the order right! I won't be back for a while, if I come back at all. I don't like being played for a fool and any such shenanigans should call for a reprimand! read more

This location is by far the worse Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. I waited years to have these specific donuts due to being stationed overseas. I get to this location to FINALLY have a warm, amazing donut; all were cold, no original glazed were even available and I didn't get what I ordered. The girl (child, rather) at the window should never be working in the service industry and mine as well have "fu**off" tattooed on her forehead. We only stop in when the hot light is on. The donuts melt in your mouth and after eating two or three of them you realize you just ate two or three of them. I could continue to eat the entire dozen. It seems like the prices keep rising each year though. read more
