The doughnut tasted like they were about four days old. I had not gone to a Dunkin' Donuts in a long time so I was unaware of how bad the quality was. The people working in the store were very nice, but the quality of the product is just awful read more

Had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee and a donut... only to be told they are all out. Bro, this is the worst place I've ever been as far as prompt service goes. read more

Super slow. Crazy slow. Took more than 15 to get a cup of Joe. Can't explain what's up but did I mention slow!! Coffee wasn't even ready six minutes after I ordered it. Places run by Buncha kids. April 2022 read more

This Dunkin does not deserve even a one star. Whoever owns/runs this location needs to sell it, close it or get their act together. I drove up the other day (Monday) and there was a cardboard sign on the menu that said "cash only." No problem, I had the cash. I waited for a few minutes at the drive through menu, no response there. No apparent activity inside at the window. I drove up to the window and it was dark inside. Couldnt a CLOSED sign have been put up? In the past, when they were open, the service was slow, often getting the order wrong or not having what I wanted. I mostly stopped going there, and now go to Wawa in Nottingham. On this last occasion I tried DD again because my little granddaughter loves the bagel bites. So, no more for me. I wonder if someone will turn the place around, because it could do exceptionally well. read more

Slowest service in a DD ever! Not enough staff. Gentleman working with food had no hair net over his beard. Staff was polite and professional but similar to molasses in January at the North Pole. I will be driving out of my way for my next cup of DD. read more

If I could give zero stars...I would. 2nd time my bagel was stale, wrong coffee order, and my iced coffee was all ice. Horrible service and food so now I'm forced to drive another 20 minutes to another dunkin. Get your act together Dunkin in Oxford...so disappointing. read more

ordered kreme delight, got boston cream. ordered chai latte, got basically iced milk. very disappointed.

First time going to this Dunkin, avoided it for the longest time because of the reviews but I thought I should give it a shot. Overall great service, will definitely come back for more read more

I thought that all the ratings were just exaggerating but NO! I went there to get a bacon egg and cheese bagel and they were completely out of bagels croissants and and food besides donut. I would understand if they had a bunch of customers but it was early not to mention they could've told me before hand.Dissapointed! read more

I went to this location on a weekday afternoon while I was on vacation to see family. The girl who took the order, who I could see once I got to the window, prepared the whole order that involved more than just drinks. She seemed to be by herself but then when she opened the window I could hear some boys laughing in the background that didn't appear to be helping her. The young lady was very courteous and polite. And my order was perfect. I'm giving this store four stars because this girl was great. She had dark brown hair. I didn't see a name tag or I would mention her by name. I recommend going when she is there. Previously, I had heard from others to avoid this location because it had terrible customer service and orders are always wrong. Not on this day. They need to hire more staff like this young lady. read more

Placed an order by phone call for 2 cup of Joe boxes with hot chocolate. Told them we are on our way so they could fix them which we were told earlier in the day to do. Got to Oxford and the girl we just talked to 10 minutes before didn't tell anyone and they didn't offer to fix it so we won't be back to give them any business. read more

I'm a Dunkin' girl for life, but this needs to be said. Terrible service. Was put off a few weeks ago when I saw multiple signs looking for convicted felonies on the property. Not my idea of a Sunday coffee vibe. Walked in again and the kid was standing at the register doing nothing. We make eye contact. He proceeds to start counting money for 5 minutes and walks away while I stare at him to take my order. Another girl walks up, starts to take my order, cuts me off and walks away! I was with my almost 3 year old trying to buy him a bagel and a juice and there was no one else in there. I won't be going back here again...and I'm typing this from Starbucks across the street where the service is always as expected. read more

This place continues to disappoint. Cold dark roast (we only sell one or two cups a day is their excuse) and a sandwich that takes 5 minutes (the on the go order doesn't show up until I do...so what is the point??). Every other store (including Kennett Square) has the order ready when I show up. I hate Starbucks but honestly hope the new Oxford location puts the horribly managed DD out of business. read more

My friend had a new drink of theirs and said it was really good and I should try it (mocha frozen coffee). So I went to Dunkin and while I was waiting in the drive thru, which was backed up, I noticed their new drink advertised that my friend recommended to me. I ended up ordering it along with a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I noticed right away that my frozen coffee didn't have any whipped cream on it, like the advertisement had shown. But I wasn't to worried about that. But when it came to the bagel, I just couldn't believe it. As I was driving home I began to eat my bagel, when on the second/third bite I noticed something strange. At first I thought there was mold on it, so I pulled over and saw there was a big piece of lint or something similar to it. I spat out what was in my mouth and told my self I had to write a review about this. Normally if I have small issues when going through a drive thru, I just ignore it. But this, I just couldn't believe it happened to me. read more

I have tried to give this Dunkin donuts many chances but they are always awful. The wait is forever, especially in the drive through. I stop at Dunkins in Chester county for their ice tea. But the Oxford Dunkin"s tea is frequently rancid. And they are usually out of donuts and what they do have is stale. read more

These people are friendly. Your order will be correct. The coffee and donuts are tasty. However...25 minute wait...25 minutes from the time I got in line until I got my coffee. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT get in line at this location if you are in a hurry. You WILL be late wherever you are going. They have one of those drive-thrus that trap you by the design. You can't get out of the line without jumping the curb. You are stuck there, waiting, hangrily. Needing your coffee fix. Needing to get the BEEP out of the line. You try to smile at the poor overworked kid who is having to deal with management's grossly negligent understaffing issue but you just can't make yourself. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever. We just moved here and I have been to many different branches of this company. This one is the lowest of the low. 1. The signs for cash only should have been more visible before pulling into the drive thru. 2. When asking about cash only or using the app, the employee acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then proceeded to just repeat what I saw on the sign instead of answering my question. Also, she sounded as though she was annoyed to be working at all. 3. When I got my order, it was wrong. I reordered and still wrong. Only after they had me pay did they tell me they didn't have exactly what I ordered. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Will never go back there and will be telling everyone to not go there. retrain your employees or get new ones. There are plenty of people in need of a job that would be happy to take their place. And would be good at it. read more

Great place to be ignored. My wife went in the other day and the two employees were to busy being cute with each other than to accommodate a potential customer. After a few minutes, having never been acknowledged that she was actually there, she left. read more

Two times two stale bagels. Disappointing. It always seems busy so I avoid drive thru.

Drive-through line takes forever and something is always wrong with my order it's worth the drive to West Grove for a better Dunkin!

Waited in drive thru for about 10 mins only to find they had no donuts! Really! It's Christmas Eve at 10am. Wow...someone didn't plan well!

Not great service, they don't honor the Nurse's day special that is advertised for Dunkin Donuts, they only have us 10 donut holes instead of 15 we ordered & paid for, and the 10 we got were all stale. And I was not given a straw for my iced coffee. This is my second unpleasant experience at this specific location, we will not go back. read more

I don't even want to give this place a 1 star its sooooo bad I went there today and there was 3 workers wrestling inside the store in the back to kids were vaping and no manager on site and to add to everything I paid for a medium iced Carmel coffee latte and I received a small coffee and one of the kids said to the other kid grab me some caramel and the kid said f**k you do it your self b***h then they proceeded to fight and on top of it another kid that was sitting there went into the back and had to break the fight up and I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my awful coffee that they terribly messed up and I ended up paying four dollars and the kid gave me back all nickels and I even still got a small coffee and on top of it I ordered a holiday donut and it was stale and not to mention I knew this place has a bad record of health violations and safety violations and to add to it this place has been shut down numerous times from the FDA read more

I feel like this is probably the worst DD I've been to. I ordered an iced coffee and a HOT caramel macchiato but I basically got two iced coffees since the caramel macchiato was cold and it also tasted really bad. Too bad I realized after I had already left. read more

Horrible service, long wait & rude staff. If I could give them zero stars I would. Will be going to the Starbucks across the street for now on. read more

I've literally tried giving this Dunkin' Donuts six or seven different tries. And honestly every time it gets worse and worse I don't understand it seems like no one comes to work and no one cares about putting out good coffee. I don't know about anybody else to check yelp or Google reviews or anything like that but I can tell you that if you want a good cuppa coffee or even if you want food don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts definitely not worth it do not do it read more

I witnessed someone (I thought may have been the manager) explain to a coworker that the elderly gentleman coming in to pay his bill had visited the store previously without his wallet. You could tell how much it meant to the customer to be able to be trusted to return with the payment. Heart warming moment! read more

I visit somewhat often to pick up a treat for my kids and lately the drive-thru employee(s) literally seems to be on drugs. He couldn't understand me, was slurring his words, physically slow, couldn't keep his balance, and was extremely sensitive to the light when he came to the window. I've learned not to come to this location if I want anything other than donuts (they don't seem to carry sandwich "fillings") but if I encounter this sort of atmosphere again, for the 3rd or 4th time, I won't be returning with my kids. read more

I'm only giving one star because I couldn't give zero. Used to be such a nice establishment but now that only high schoolers work there I have been nothing but disappointed. Today I got a hot chocolate thinking they can't mess that up but as I finished my drink the bottom of the cup was filled with clumpy not mixed cocoa powder. Not only was it disgusting but I will NOT be going there again. Catch me at the Starbucks is right down the street. read more
