I just wanna start off. I never really do reviews as bad as this one but when I went to go get something to eat at Dunkin just wanted to treat myself for like a regular sandwich on sourdough. Went to make my order waited patiently get my order and why is it that when I open up my sandwich it's literally one slice of sourdough the stuff that I asked for like the bacon egg and cheese, bacon cold and there's no top piece of bread, like I ask this girl that was working there around like 9 o'clock in the morning she gives me a whole big attitude saying no we don't have any more bread and I'm like OK. You could just let me know. I could've just order on a different bread. Do you have like anything else or can you remake it? She's like no she said no to remaking the sandwich. They messed up And when I tried to ask for a manager ,another employee said there's no other manager and I was like OK so can I just get a refund or can I order something different and they all looked at me like I had three heads thinking like why can't you just take her messed up order and leave and finally another employee comes, it takes three people to just get this over with and I'm running late for my appointment so finally they're like OK. I will just remake it for you And I was like OK fine whatever they also give me like the hash brown that went with the orders. And why is it that when I open my box for my sandwich it was the same freaking messed up order, slice of sourdough bread, egg cheese, and whatever bacon they had left at nine in the morning so apparently they did have more sourdough bread they just didn't wanna give me a complete sandwich. Just to add it wasn't busy at all. It was just me and another person ordering coffee. What a way to start my Sunday. read more

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for here. I really like the staff at this Dunkin', they're always really nice and always greet you. The coffee is made nice and dark, how I like it. Other locations just give you a cup of milk, here it actually tastes like coffee! Great place. read more

I used to go here every morning until today. I went in to get a toasted plain bagel with butter. The first time I got it back it was toasted but had cream cheese on it. I went back in and asked for butter. When I got it back it was not toasted and had almost the whole tub of butter on it. I'm a 14 year old girl so I guess they thought they could pull one over on me. Never going there again. I am very disappointed in them. The woman who took my order the first time that messed it up got very frustrated when I came back. Her boss, I'm assuming, took back the bagel and this is how I got it back from her. If you need a quick fix, I would definitely stay away from here. read more

Never really had an issue with this place. I stop in this location from time to time, depending on which route I take to work. Can't say I've ever had a donut here, so I can comment on whether or not they are stale, like most other locations. Coffee is always fresh and the ladies at the counter are nicer than most other locations. I have had a corn muffin, which literally fell apart into a million pieces. Of course, while I was driving. Also have had the veggie egg white flatbread. Pretty tasty. I'm usually in and out , so I can't comment about the fly problem someone else mentioned. It's a pretty small Dunkin Donuts, but whenever I visit, it always seems to be clean. Maybe that's because I'm there really early, before a ton of people roll through and wreck the place. read more

Several weeks ago, my husband and I stopped in this Dunkin' location to buy donuts. It was late in the afternoon and there were only what appeared to be five or six options left. The choices were not the best, but we did pick out one dozen. My husband began to order some munchkins, when I saw a sign showing that we could get a dozen munchkins free with one dozen donuts. The man who was waiting on us had an annoyed look on his face almost from the moment we walked in. I told him that we wanted to get the donuts and the munchkins that came free with it. He grabbed a dozen of them and tossed them into the box, clearly annoyed. It was very clear to us that if we hadn't mentioned the promotion, he'd have been happy enough to not mention it himself. I will now cut to the chase: we arrived home and as soon as we bit into the donuts, we knew they were stale. They were probably sitting there since that morning. Even the munchkins were like rocks. I have visited this location a couple of years ago and it was awful service. I only gave it another chance because I assumed that the young girl who took my order was long gone by now. Now I have the opportunity to say that I wish she wasn't, because as badly as she did her job, she was pleasant. I believe that the man who waited on us was the owner, although I might be wrong. I was so angry that I emailed corporate. A couple of days later, they contacted me back. It was the most ridiculous response I have ever had. Corporate doesn't give a fig about the customers. They are there for a profit and only the profit, clearly. They told me that they were sorry I had a bad experience and that they have sent the owner a message to "reach out to me" to talk about it. I wrote them back and told them that I did not want the owner to contact me. I also told them I would never return to Dunkin' since another similar company is almost next door to them in my own neighborhood. I never heard from them again. Not even so much as a coupon to replace those hockey pucks they sold me. No mention of replacement. Clearly, they don't care. I have decided that I don't care either. I will no longer do business with them. I have to say that when I read the reviews from other customers, I almost felt good about it. I am obviously in good company. It wasn't just us. I would have understood it if the man had told us that they were not fresh. He either should bag them and sell them as stale or just dump them, but not this guy. He wants it all and for that, he can keep them all. read more

This is one of the friendliest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and my coffee always tastes fresh. I always notice how the very hard-working people working there always go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy whenever I pop in. This dunkin is my go to when I'm in a rush just because it's so close when I need my morning coffee. Staff is nice however they are too inconsistent with their coffee making especially when I order it the same exact way 5 days a week. Kinda bothers me because I rarely get my coffee the way I like it. Also no drive thru here. Donuts are good when you are able to get one before they sell out and/or close before 8pm like their sign on the door says. Why close before your posted business hours?! I don't get that. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this store unless you were picking up a breakfast sandwich because they seem to get that right most of the time! read more
