In the beginning I thought about in wanting to eat at Wendy's, but I when I saw Dunkin Doughnuts which was next door... So I decided to say goodbye Wendy's!!! I decided to head on down to this Dunkin Doughnuts location of The Newark New Jersey Liberty Airport... As I lined up I was really that this Dunkin Doughnut place didn't have such a big line!!! And this time, I wanted to try something different I ended up ordering myself a Turkey Sausage, Cheese, Egg Mcmuffin!!! There was a line here and it took a while to get to the front. Once we were there we got our food and it tasted like any other Dunkin Donuts. The munchkins were fresh and had just the right amount of glaze. The bowtie is also legit and one of my favorites. Coffee roll is also my jam. read more

So this rating is for Farrin , she is the shift manager. I brought back my avocado toast because first of all it was disgusting, the avocado didn't taste like avocado. I asked her if it was fresh avocado they used and she said "yea" I then ask her if it comes in a package and she said "yea" .... Lmao that is not fresh , i thought they used a real avocado. Please avoid the avocado tots it's disgusting. I proceeded to tell her I wanted my money back for the avocado tots she said "no I can't do that , we don't do returns because we can't resell it" I said "why would you resell food?.... Just give me my money back" she said "no I can't do that" I said "ok can I speak to your manager " she said " I am the shift manager " I asked her name and she told me it was Farrin. This Dunkin donuts is located in baggage claim for terminal c. I never check my luggage but I needed hot tea bad. This was the closest place I could find. Because this DD is located next to the baggage claim There was a big line of people. Then there were the people who were just standing around who I thought was in line but they really weren't. That kinda annoyed me. But I got my tea. The transaction was quick. I noticed some people complaining about how long they were waiting for there food. Overall. I get that baggage claim is a great place for a DD but when there is no barriers for lines. People who are waiting for there bags are just standing around and you can't tell who is in the line and who isn't. My order came out correct. There's not a whole lot that I miss about living on the East Coast, but this might be the one thing that can strike me down with both nostalgia and a craving for processed sugar all at once. Given that I now reside in the Golden State, I have lost all willpower to resist Dunkin when I get the rare opportunity to indulge myself. One star for nostalgia value (I used to buy munchkins, i.e., donut holes, for my students, great memories; also reminded me of great conversations/dates during college, wow I am dating myself, no, I'm not dating myself, I have a gf... but I just feel old that I remember a time before Starbucks was popular) 2. One star for quality of donuts... I'm not real picky, and haven't ever had a stale/undercooked/bad donut from DD's. Boston cream pie, jelly-filled.. chocolate glazed? Yes please! 3. One star just because they aren't on the West coast and it's always a treat to see it when the gf and I head back east. Anyway, this particular store... It was in the Continental/United domestic terminal at Newark Airport. I can't really remember where exactly (since we woke up w. the gf at 4am to take a 6am flight) but here's the reason I'm deducting the other two stars. -2 stars for the coffee. That's it. I don't know what is wrong with this store, or if the company has always been cheap, but the flavored coffee is not BREWED here. We were told matter-of-fact by the employees. Why would this matter, you may ask... well, it just seems weird that they SELL flavored beans but don't USE them to brew your flavored coffee... something's fishy... and it may be the coffee. It's a world bean now. Close this out or rebranded in the last few months. No typical DD fair offered besides basic coffee and juices.

This is the only place open in the airport during the night shift. Service id fast and with a smile. Coffee was aceptable... but thats it. It tasted pretty good however it's not what I wanted and it's annoying to be told I asked for something I didn't ask.
