Decent visit here at the Dunkin in Terminal C after I got off my flight. The staff were professional and quick to take orders and hustle them out. My drink was ready before my sandwich. The pumpkin flavoring in their iced coffee tastes a little off but that's what I get for trying seasonal. The sandwich was warm and tasty. Order was accurate and ready pretty quickly. Not much to look at towards the end of this terminal but easy to get in and out from. read more

Please DO NOT order sourdough sandwich form the terminal 3. It was the driest sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. I only had the eggs and bacon and threw the bread right in the trash. Other than that, it was all average. Just remember, do not order that one. Also, the line was insanely long, even right before the opening of the store. read more

The people in the past have been nice and cordial. But today this woman would not let me use my app, and I have in the past. She then tried to tell me that they do not except the app, but they do! Again rude rude rude so why would I want to spend my money at this Dunkin Donuts! read more

There was a line here and it took a while to get to the front. Once we were there we got our food and it tasted like any other Dunkin Donuts. The munchkins were fresh and had just the right amount of glaze. The bowtie is also legit and one of my favorites. Coffee roll is also my jam. read more

This location is a nightmare; they are always understaffed and it takes forever. I am not a fam of their coffee bit enjoy the iced tea.

I ordered small coffee with cream and sugar and Egg & cheese sandwich. Very satisfied with my order especially the coffee. They made it so well just what I needed after a redeye flight from Cali. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Couldn't be more happier with my experience here. Thank You Dunkin'! read more

I ask for two shots of espresso on ice. The lady rudely states that was an Americano, when it is in fact not. An Americano is cut with water and absolute trash. Next time give me what I ask for. read more

My East Coast airport routine wouldn't be complete with a Dunkin' Donuts stop. Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, I ordered a medium iced coffee flavored with Irish Creme; the happy hour price is $2, so you can't beat that. I spent another $2 on glazed donut holes & was properly caffeinated & on a sugar high for my flight. Delays, long lines, heavy luggage, & germs -- Dunkin' Donut is a bright spot in airport rigmarole. read more

Disaster, don't waste your time. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Way understaffed, 3rd employee showed up 5 minutes late and didn't know what she was doing. All the promotions are for pumpkin flavored drinks but they were out of pumpkin flavoring. Have display for lemon loafs but out of product. Bottom line, need more staff, better training, and better product ordering. read more

Open 24 hours and offering a full menu including Blue Diamond Almond Milk, this DD is right next to Baggage Carousel #2 in Terminal C. Customers can also expect to be treated like baggage, since this location is open at all hours and the employees are understandably irritable from the long shifts in the sunlight-deprived ground level of an airport. Being in an open space shared with the other baggage carousels, this area is also often crowded with empty luggage carts, travelers waiting for baggage, and loiterers who are seemingly interested in neither coffee nor luggage. read more

So this rating is for Farrin , she is the shift manager. I brought back my avocado toast because first of all it was disgusting, the avocado didn't taste like avocado. I asked her if it was fresh avocado they used and she said "yea" I then ask her if it comes in a package and she said "yea" .... Lmao that is not fresh , i thought they used a real avocado. Please avoid the avocado tots it's disgusting. I proceeded to tell her I wanted my money back for the avocado tots she said "no I can't do that , we don't do returns because we can't resell it" I said "why would you resell food?.... Just give me my money back" she said "no I can't do that" I said "ok can I speak to your manager " she said " I am the shift manager " I asked her name and she told me it was Farrin. I asked her again to refund me my money and she said " why are you asking my name if you want your money back" I told her I was going to complain about her lack of service and if course post it on Yelp. She finally said ok I'll give you your money back .... I swear she has got to be the dumbest person I ever met. read more

Yo these donuts were stale, the lady at the counter wasn't paying attention to my order and I don't think could speak English. Coffee was way too hot to drink. All around sucked. The employee attitudes sucked it just was not good. And I went there at 8:30am. read more

yeah i wouldn't even give this a 1 star. i had ordered a butter pecan crunch frozen coffee. they didn't add the crunch on top which eh wasn't a big deal but i had also ordered a snackin bacon. the guy at the register had mistaked it after him repeating back my order saying snackin bacon and accidentally put hash browns. i proceeded to tell the staff that he had gotten my order wrong and they instantly were refusing to admit they were wrong and were going to make me pay full price for snackin bacon. i said i'm not doing that and then asked for my money back. I waited about 10 mins until i even got my money back. save the time and go to a different dunkin' donuts. this place has awful and very rude employees. on top of all of that they work at a snails pace. read more

Soooo... Why does the east coast hate maple bars? The maple bar is THE donut. It is ubiquitous everywhere else in the country, but not here? Come on. Anywho, my coffee was fine and my Boston cream was fine, but when they gave me a blank stare upon my request for maple bar, I froze up & ordered... A vanilla cream? What? I didn't really love it. It was a pile of frosting surrounded by donut topped with a pile of powdered sugar. The employees were nice & smiley even at 6 am! read more

Dunkin Donuts... oh how I love you. Ok, don't judge me... I love donut holes. That just sounds weird. But I like donut holes that are filled with jelly. Sounds even worse. The ones that they served to me on my layover were stale. So disappointing. It's so great to get something not easily accessible at home. To receive it. Then have it. And to have it suck... well. It's just like having someone punch your pet. But off the subject, Newark Airport... why does everything at your airport say I love New York? read more

Walked through half of the airport to this Dunkin Donuts just 'cause I had a coupon for a 99 cent iced coffee. They wouldn't accept the coupon. I read all the fine print, it said valid in New Jersey, it said nothing about not good at airports. (I have seen coupons that specified 'not valid at airport locations.') So I went elsewhere. read more

Like nothing else, seeing a Dunkin Donuts again reminds me that I'm back on the east coast when I'm flying back to see the family. I almost always stop at this location and relish ordering simply a 'small black' again. English is definitely a second language at this establishment. Be very clear about what you want when you make food orders. They had a manager scurrying about translating for most of the cashiers. read more

This Dunkin donuts is located in baggage claim for terminal c. I never check my luggage but I needed hot tea bad. This was the closest place I could find. Because this DD is located next to the baggage claim There was a big line of people. Then there were the people who were just standing around who I thought was in line but they really weren't. That kinda annoyed me. But I got my tea. The transaction was quick. I noticed some people complaining about how long they were waiting for there food. Overall. I get that baggage claim is a great place for a DD but when there is no barriers for lines. People who are waiting for there bags are just standing around and you can't tell who is in the line and who isn't. My order came out correct. I recommend going here if you want your order correct but waiting along time for it. PROS: - in baggage claim CONS: - you can't tell who is in line for DD or waiting for bags read more

Oh, Dunkin. There's not a whole lot that I miss about living on the East Coast, but this might be the one thing that can strike me down with both nostalgia and a craving for processed sugar all at once. Given that I now reside in the Golden State, I have lost all willpower to resist Dunkin when I get the rare opportunity to indulge myself. Some of the healthier options are actually pretty good - egg flatbreads etc - but that's not what I want. I want a hot chocolate, a maple donut or a corn muffin. Or both, dammit. And don't get me started on the frozen hot chocolate in summer. I love DD. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Newark, New Jersey

You don't really appreciate something until it's gone... so the saying goes.... I used to love Dunkin Donuts... but I was disappointed by the one in Newark Airport. My review is gonna be a mixed bag of the chain and the store at the terminal. So, the chain first... 1. One star for nostalgia value (I used to buy munchkins, i.e., donut holes, for my students, great memories; also reminded me of great conversations/dates during college, wow I am dating myself, no, I'm not dating myself, I have a gf... but I just feel old that I remember a time before Starbucks was popular) 2. One star for quality of donuts... I'm not real picky, and haven't ever had a stale/undercooked/bad donut from DD's. Boston cream pie, jelly-filled.. chocolate glazed? Yes please! 3. One star just because they aren't on the West coast and it's always a treat to see it when the gf and I head back east. Anyway, this particular store... It was in the Continental/United domestic terminal at Newark Airport. I can't really remember where exactly (since we woke up w. the gf at 4am to take a 6am flight) but here's the reason I'm deducting the other two stars. -2 stars for the coffee. That's it. I don't know what is wrong with this store, or if the company has always been cheap, but the flavored coffee is not BREWED here. We were told matter-of-fact by the employees. Why would this matter, you may ask... well, it just seems weird that they SELL flavored beans but don't USE them to brew your flavored coffee... something's fishy... and it may be the coffee. All in all, a bit of a surreal experience. I remember it used to be THE place to get coffee... back to the home-ground french press for me... but I'll still miss it from time to time. read more

It's a world bean now. Close this out or rebranded in the last few months. No typical DD fair offered besides basic coffee and juices.

This is the only place open in the airport during the night shift. Service id fast and with a smile. Coffee was aceptable... but thats it. Doughnuts are beat up... probably the leftovers of the whole day.... I order a muffin thinking that you cant go wrong... but It went full wrong!!! It was dry and hard... terrible.... read more

They didn't listen to my order, gave me the wrong item, and then told me that I was wrong and had ordered the item they gave me. I ordered an ice coffee on a 95 degree day and I ended up with a hot. It tasted pretty good however it's not what I wanted and it's annoying to be told I asked for something I didn't ask. It's very helpful for people to use their ears when listening, works better that way.
