This is a very small DD with only a dozen or so places to sit. It's attached to the local bus terminal, so you'll get that segment of the population. The line can be long but these folks are experienced at getting it moving as quickly as possible. Standard Dunkin menu and standard selection of donuts. Dunkin'... Guys... Come on... I was so excited for there to be a Dunkin in my neighborhood. It's a great alternative to Starbucks. Very tasty, cheaper, the drive-through line at the vocal Starbucks was always ridiculous. And they have the meatless breakfast sausage! But I'm so disappointed! This staff always seems like you're inconveniencing them by placing an order and the layout of the location is awful. Even if you don't go through the drive-through, you have to wait in the drive-through line to follow the one-way exit out of the space. That, and every time I've been, they've only filled my drinks up 2/3 of the way. I guess it's easy to be cheaper when you're skimping on the product... I believe this is my very first Yelp review and I chose to review the Dunkin Donuts located in Music City Central. I go to various Dunkin Donuts locations several times a week for my coffee, and of my typical spots, this Dunkin has to be the best. Even if there is typically a long line when you arrive in the morning, you're in and out in ten minutes, maximum. Due to its location in the bus terminal, there are many regular guests whose order the staff has memorized, and whom the staff know by name. They're always greeted with genuine kindness, and it makes me happy knowing that the staff aren't just here to make the drinks and go home-- they're forming bonds with the neighborhood. Plus, whenever I get an iced coffee, there are never clumps of unmixed sugar on the bottom of the cup, which is something that happens 90% of the time at every other Dunkin location I've been to. Being in a bus terminal, there is no seating at this location; there is a stand-only counter available. I've marked this as 4 stars rather than 5 due to the fact that the counter is often dirty or sticky. Granted, I only come during busy times, but perhaps the staff could take a moment every now and then to wipe down the counter during the rush. 2013/013 I volunteered to work at a non-profit phone bank a few weeks ago in which my shift started at 7am. That meant I had to be at the bus station at dark o'clock. That meant I had no time to have coffee at home. I was so glad there was a Dunkin' Donuts here. Never been in one, since there were usually Asian-owned donut shops back home with the word "Happy" in the establishment name. Unlike a Starbuck's or other chain coffee places, the coffee they give you here is cheap, and out of a carafe. If they have baristas that press out the coffee grinds, I didn't notice. Cheap and good coffee. I think I paid slightly over a dollar for a small. Didn't have any donuts or their breakfast sandwiches. Seating for about a dozen people. Line forms quickly at an early hour, but people are served just as fast. read more

Alright, so the coffee may not be fair trade or organic. And, it is a blend of different types of beans. But, it has a distinct flavor that is familiar and enjoyable. I tried a latte the other day and was satisfied. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Just right. And, made with skim milk (upon request). I signed up through the website and got a free coffee drink card in the mail for my birthday. HERE is the catch - their donuts are darn tasty. I take the bus in and like to stop every great once in a while to bring back my colleagues a dreamy holeless sensation. Plus, they change with the season. I can't wait for the December mint flavors. It's a Dunkin' Donuts... I realize this... but this location rocks. Great staff! You can be in and out within 2 minutes with a coffee and whatever other goodies you may need. It is delicious coffee that I wake up craving? No. But it's super cheap and extremely quick/easy when you're downtown and in a hurry. If you're into iced drinks, the iced latte is 10x better than their iced coffee IMO. read more

Came in here. First off so small and so Hott. The air must have been turned off its 80 outside and it's hotter inside that outside. Got a coffee and a donut paid and then walked over to the counter to put my straw on and then look a freaking roach crawling around on the counter top. So nasty. Needless to say I threw out my donut and barely was able to finish my coffee. Not sure how they had a 96 as a review inside. Also the staff wasn't all that friendly. I had to repeat my drink order 3 different times. Won't be visiting this dunkins again. Ugh. Waste of $3 read more

I like the convenience and selection at this location. I used to think this place needed something, but no. The current morning crew gets the job done even when the a/c is out or the cook didn't show up. Amazing service! Highly recommend. Green Tea was off the hook. They even gave me free hashbrowns. Drive thru is convenient for buses.
