This Dunkin' is attached to the Shell Station that sits on the Corner of Hicks Road and Highway 70 in Bellevue. I have been here on multiple occasions and each visit is different than the last with some being excellent with friendly and speedy service and then others being pretty rough with lack luster service and slow service. So, basically they have a consistency issue here. While service seems to be all over the place, the donuts and coffee drinks I get each time are always as expected. I have realized that the best way to maximize your visits here is by ordering ahead on the app and picking up inside. This has significantly improved service received and time to get my order. Overall, this DD location has some areas to improve on, like many others. It's not the best I have ever been to, but it is also not the worst...so, don't mind swinging in when the craving hits for my favorite Iced Mocha! read more

Greeted at the front door by the stink of employees smoking in the front and talking with each other. Can't believe how dirty the place is already. Dirty floors and bathrooms. Employees arguing and taking it out on their customers by being rude. They seem to be more interested in their own lives shouting curse words at each other. I used to come here a lot, my issue is not with the food. This store has the most incompitent workers i've ever seen. 2 mornings in a row, I have placed a mobile order and they have handed me the wrong order. I get all the way to work and can't really fix it. Obviously I will start checking before I leave, but come on, reading a ticket is pretty simple. At least confirm the name before you start handing food out. I see why this store is the worst rated in nashville. read more

I placed a large order for work on the app. It would have been a larger order, but you can only order 4 dozen and then the app cuts you off. I added some donut holes to take up the slack. I tried to call to let them know the order would be tax exempt, but the number listed is disconnected. (Two strikes already if you are counting.). My order was ready when I arrived, but when I handed them the tax exempt form they had no idea how to remove the tax. They had already charged my card before I arrived. While one person was on the phone with the manager trying to understand how to remove the tax, I asked one of the other three employees who were just standing there to prepare a hot matcha latte. I received a chai latte. (strike three). After standing in the cold outside the "walk in" window until I was late for work, the person who had been trying to fix the tax said they couldn't do it because I ordered on the app. (strike four). I put in an order on the app to pickup inside because I was in a hurry & they HAD THE LOBBY LOCKED! They even tried to act like they couldn't hear me knocking! One of the worst Dunkin's of all time. And I love Dunkin's. I'd drive an extra 15 min to get their coffee and food over a Starbucks. But I've given this place too many chances. Service is 10x slower than it should be. They are out of half their options before lunch time is even over. And they're rude as if me asking for a menu on their item that they don't have is annoying. The quality is poor at best. They never listen to your order so good luck if you want anything other than a black coffee. Or something removed or added to a sandwich. I don't know where to begin. The website says this location opens at 5 am. I showed up at 7 am this morning, and the staff of two had just arrived. The male employee was unable to start the coffee, and the female was busy scolding him. A purse was hanging out on the counter, with car keys, the donuts weren't out, and there were only 2 muffins in the whole joint. I ordered one of the 2 muffins. I asked them to heat it up - they put it in the broiler and then forgot about it. Five minutes later, I asked for my muffin - it arrived, charred and blackened. (Muffins are not intended to be broiled.) To be fair, they replaced my muffin with the last muffin they had (they called it a "coffee muffin" - I only know of coffee cake muffins, but I digress...). One of the employees threw it back in the broiler. I counted to 20 and told them, "Take it out!" Meanwhile, an endlessly patient woman in the drive through was having her own ordeal - her online order of a dozen assorted donuts had been bungled and she sat in her car for 20 minutes while the staff tried to figure this out. There must have been a limited inventory of donuts as well as muffins. I'm leaving out the rest of the unfortunate details. Suffice it to say, I was late for work. I don't know what else to say. I'm not even going to get into how slow this location. There are plenty of other reviews that touch on this. I'll just leave it with if you've got somewhere, anywhere to be go somewhere else. What I will touch on is the extreme lack of COVID-19 sanitary precautions. It's actually pretty disgusting. Went into the store to order, and because of how slow this location is I was there for over ten minutes witnessing the employees. One male employee wearing his mask on his chin, not covering his face or his nose while he made several bagel orders. Another male employee grabbing donuts without gloves. A female employee working drive through repeatedly removed her mask to sip her coffee OVER several food & drink orders that were sitting by the drive through window. I started at the drive through but after sitting in the same spot for over 5 minutes I backed up and went inside to order. After I ordered, I was handed a small iced coffee that wasn't even filled to the top after waiting over 15 minutes for it. The staff were all over the place and yelling at each other. Store is pretty small but the staff was really friendly!! The peppermint mocha latte was hot and delicious! Not to sweet. A nice treat. The donut I got was a strawberry frosted with sprinkles. Delicious as well. No complaints!! read more

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant when I got home the croissant was burnt black I drove back and presented it to the manager she apologized and offered me my money back I said no I want what I ordered she said they were out of croissants I told her whoever put the sandwich in the bag knew it was burnt to witch she didn't do it I asked her if being the manager was she not responsible for their actions she said she couldn't watch everybody there was her and 2 other employees. So the people in the store on 9/12/19 at around 6pm really went overboard on the ice in my ice coffee and slung it out the window with coffee dripping down the cup and the lid not fully closed. Then turned away and continued talking when i had to ask for napkins. The reason I'm writing this is because the amount of ice was unnecessary and insulting. You couldn't even push the straw through. This was not the usual workers as they are always pretty good with their drinks and service. I give this a 1star for now because i felt like i bought an expensive cup of ice. read more

Incredibly slow regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. It makes no sense how I can be the only person waiting and it still takes ten minutes to make a drink. I work in service and am from Boston so I am very aware of how Dunkins generally operates and this team works very hard. It's a really great group of kids. However, since relocating to Bellevue/Nashville, TN I have landed in a town where Dunkin' is the worst one I have ever been to - moved here from CA so I had plenty of locations at my disposal. I have given this place 3 tries and I am DONE! This place has STALE donuts, cold, STALE coffee and if that isn't enough of a reason not to go there - the window staff are NOT friendly, they take your money, you wait and wait and then they practically THOW your order at you with as few words spoken as possible, hostile people! AVOID this location at all cost!!! There used to be a line all the way around the building every time I went but, I noticed today - NO line at all - I suppose people are realizing they don't have to put up with this kind of service and poor quality! read more
