Service was quick, staff were friendly and helpful with making decisions of which 2 I wanted to try. Bakery small kinda like a crumble cookies up..doughnuts are on display just 1 though and you make the choice!

I want to love them all... BUT I can say the Purist and Vanilla Cream were so good. The donuts are…read morea mix between a cronut and a donut but kinda ride somewhere in between. They don't have the flake of a croissant or the light airy vibe of a yeast donut. I also tried the Strawberry Fields, Milk Chocolate, Blueberry Lemon and the Chocolate Sea Salt. The Blueberry Lemon was good the first day, but it seemed that the donuts don't hold up beyond fresh. I feel that may have changed my opinion on some of the other flavors. However, the vanilla crème was good the next day. I conclude they are not my favorite and I would probably stop in for something special to get the Purist or the Vanilla Crème. It was definitely an experience. I'm glad I tried them. However, I think I'm super spoiled by my pastry shoppes in the city and my favorite Amish bakers on the Shore. The shoppe was cute and the service was fine. No complaints. It's nice to know they have an ingredient list to check, I appreciated that. I'd say give them a try because I definitely think it's a preference because the locals raved.

It's the most varied food hall I've ever been into with so many great option. We got pulled pork bbq plate with Mac/cheese and apples. Two brisket sandwiches with Mac/chesse and green beans. All meats were perfect and the greens beans had a nice flare as the meat in the beans were brisket. The Mac/cheese was just okay. Needed more seasoning and the Mac/cheese was a little runny. Overall great experience!

The cheesesteak meal was good. I got the crinkle cut fries, an extra side of whiz, and a diet Dr Pepper. The cheesesteak was delicious, but if you're hungry I'd choose to get double meat. The bread has a nice chewy exterior, and the meat, cheese and grilled onions were excellent. Sat and watched Tory Grace sing a unique version of Free Fallin (Tom Petty). Really enjoyable. My boss flew in from Finland last night, and my two colleagues came in from ATL and Milwaukee today. So we walked back here for lunch. I decided to go to Steam Boys. Kathy was manning the front of the house today, so I looked over the menu and decided to order one beef bao, a bottle of Coke Zero, and the dry zha jang noodles. Big portions! Cucumbers, cilantro, got a medium spice, the noodles were overdone but with the sauce and amount of meat it was not the end of my world. Kathy helped me get situated with the food. I found a table on the bridge in between food halls. I ate almost the entire bowl, but stopped. The bao was simply perfect. Great texture, chewy but held up to the meat and sauce. Great place to go if you have many people with you, and nobody wants to choose one cuisine. Support the people working hard here!
