I enjoy getting coffee at this location. Dunkin Donuts coffee is really good. This location is often times out of vanilla and vanilla bean syrup. Person taking the order seem put off when I asked what flavors they had. Then pull up to the drive through and the girl mailing our drinks spent more time talking than making the drink. One of the guys working walks up to where our drinks are being made, pulls his mask down and takes a sip of his drink. Another girl while making drinks and handling food is constantly wiping her bangs out of her face. Half the girls are wearing visors, no hats or hair nets, only half have masks on. Has the health inspector even been out to this location, because I can't imagine it would pass. The cashier apologies for the wait, she should have made the girl making the order apologize, he lip gabbing was causing the delays. Will be calling the health department, nothing in normal times would be considered sanitary, they sure wouldn't now. The end to my visit topped off had ordered an iced vanilla latte, with what seems like a splash of coffee. Was too sweet to drink, tossed verses asking to have it remade. Dunkin Donuts not only has tasty donuts, but the coffee drinks are amazing, the breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal, and I'm addicted to the blueberry tea. I was so excited about Dunkin Donuts coming to Wylie. I always believed it was a trusted brand. I've been so surprised. They always run out of selections. Tell me why they would stay open throughout the afternoon and evening if they do not have food selections to offer. I'm so confused and disappointed. We've tried 2-3 times, but never are able to buy cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, twists, and sometimes just plan glazed donuts. Lock your doors and go home. Coffee was okay except it was only filled to about 3/4 of the cup. No supervision, seating area wasn't clean? Can this business do anything else to drive customers away? Was visiting the area, and came here to pick up some coffee and donuts for the family. Used on-the-go ordering and picked up in the drive thru. Saw that this location offered kolaches, so we ordered one to try as well. What we received was a cold half-eaten kolache. Gross. Had to park and go back in to return it. I was recently given a $15 gift card to DD, my daughter had a sleepover and it being Labor Day o thought why not!? We arrived around 10:30 and the donut case was empty!! I asked the cashier if those were all the donuts they had and she said "well we have chocolate in the back". My daughter and her friend made do with the selection and chose a dozen powdered donut holes and since I had this gift card I felt like I need to get something else. In all we left with the donut holes 2 glaze and 2 chocolate. They seriously shoved all four donuts in a bag!! I mean there was icing all on the side! As I was leaving I decided I wasn't coming back so I have the remaining card to someone standing in line. How is this place open? It's called Dunkin DONUTS not Dunkin Coffee! They're open until 9pm most days how are you so low on donuts!? Needless to say we won't be coming back. We would rather go to Jay's Donuts in Renner. I'm glad there is a Dunkin' Donuts near me due to the fact I love coffee! I love there coffee because they are simple and cheap! They open at 5am and that's great because some days I have to be up that early and need some boost! I normally get a ice coffee or one of their cold brews! I sometimes like to get there glazed donuts because who doesn't like glazed! They have lots of flavor donuts and some breakfast item! I've been here twice since it opened a week ago. Exceptional service from the cashiers as well as those cooking the food. My food came out within a minute. However, the staff making the drinks, especially coffee, most definitely need more training. They seemed lazy, unhelpful, and we're very untimely. They forgot my drink both times I came there. I spent several minutes standing there, hearing everyone else's orders come out and yet mine hadn't been released. When I went up to ask them about it, they hadn't even made it. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I had a order of a dozen bagels this morning and a dozen glazed donuts and a box of joe. I asked for cream cheese twice when ordering and again at the window making sure it is in the bag. They even said they would give extra. I get to work and guess what no cream cheese. Here I am trying to take care of my employees and these people let me down. Then when I call ask for the manager instead of apologizing she hands me off to the shift leader who then apologizes and is surprised it was not in there. I'm a coffee fan and I've been hearing a lot of advertisements from Dunken Donuts so I figured I'd try it. And wow, MUCH better coffee than I thought. In fact, it's better than Racetrack & QT in my opinion. It doesn't leave that awfully apparent bitter after taste in your mouth. Not that coffee isn't bitter but you know, that cheap coffee taste. The staff is always friendly and not too pushy about their rewards program. I will be back often! read more

I actually really loved this Dunkin and really loved it when I found out their medium iced coffee was only $1.50 over the summer. I have been several times and the coffee has been great and the employees have been ok. But I went tonight, fifteen minutes before closing (which I thought would be fine since I was just getting an iced coffee) and the lady was really blunt (borderline rude) when I pulled up to the drive thru. I knew it was almost closing so I blew it off because I knew she was probably ready to get out of there and get home. Maybe she had a really long day. She said your total is $1.61 at the window, which is correct. I pulled up to the window and she gave me my drink, and ran my card. I was given no receipt, and then when I pulled off, I got the notification from my card that I was charged $2.70. As I continued driving, I picked up my drink and took a sip and it was watery as hell! I was on my way to work so I did not have time to go back, but if I had time I would have. It was disgusting and I really would have liked to enjoy my caffeine before coming to work. Never going to this Dunkin in the evening again. read more

New location, its 11:40 am on a Wednesday, one other customer in store, 4 employees. This store is FILTHY! All of the tables are dirty, seats have crumbles/frosting bits as well as the floor. Asked for strongest coffee and had to explain what dark roast meant. Employees not washing hands between cashing handling and food handling without gloves. Donuts are barely frosted. When you order from the drive-thru, they are thrown in the bag so what frosting is on them comes off in the bag. Sometimes they aren't fresh. Today's eclair didn't have any cream. This store has very poor management. We've given them several chances, but we won't be going back. read more
