The food and service is like shit. They made us wait about 5-10 minutes for are food and drink, also they made a coffee spill they put extra cup to cover it, and the whipped cream was more than the coffee. The staff here is so nice! They went above and beyond their job. After buying a peppermint mocha, I asked if I can get a hot water because my throat hurts. Then they gave me hot water with honey and tea as well. I felt bad and achy all day but this kindness I received made me feel better. Awesome job! I'm digging the new design of the place! It's dark and warm yet also well lit. I love studying here because it's the perfect setting for me and the have lots of different tables/chairs to choose from. They upgraded with a wine list too! Which isn't something every Starbucks has, so come try it out! I will forever feel like the prices are a bit too high at Starbucks though. Messed up my order and the barista chick with the green hair was rude. I ordered one of my usual drinks which are 9/10 times venti sized so I'm pretty sure I had ordered a venti iced green tea. My drink came out in a grande cup so I told the barista, I had ordered a venti and she looks at it and says it says grande and walks away. I told her, "ok can you guys make it venti?" She takes it away and says, "You need to order again because I can't just give you another drink." It was such a horrible experience and I love Starbucks and go at least 4 times a week.... will not be coming back to this location. read more

Not impressed with this location. Ordered a grande latte, no whip. It was so frothy on top that it looked like whip, but the barista confirmed it was just froth. This pic is after the froth went down. I can't imagine how little coffee must be in a tall, if this is all you get in a grande. Won't stop at this location again. Hi! My name is Tracy and I'm addicted to Starbucks! (Hi! Tracy!!) And this particular Starbucks is one of my favorites! It's clean, plenty of parking, and the staff is so wonderful! They great us with a smile every morning... Which is almost every morning. They are great at taking special requests (iced venti matcha green tea latte with coconut milk and two shots of espresso) and will make drinks for my littles special (cream based frap with extra extra drizzle). They even help to supply my garden with coffee grinds so that my plants get much needed nutrients. If you have an addiction like I do, this is the place to get what you need! read more

I have been to this location a few times, and it is really convenient for me. It is a great size for studying/ working, and has plenty of tables. There are tables outside as well which is nice for those who love working outside. I got my first Cascara latte from this location and FELL IN LOVE. That's now the only latte I'll get. They always gave me the perfect temperature, and it's not too sweet to where I feel like I'm having a dessert in the morning. The barista that took my order was very friendly and remembered me from previous visits. The friendliness made my (very early) morning better :) read more

Just witnessed a conniption over coconut milk. The staff handled it like champs. Dear Lady Who Has Nothing Better To Do than mistreat a Barista: Show some dignity next time you have a complaint. Drinks are fine. My biggest concern with this location is that it lacks the Starbucks feel. It is not, at all, a good location for productivity. This is largely attributed to the attitude of the staff at this particular Starbucks location. Of course, it is to be expected that staff will be speaking to one another while at work, but having to sit through them yelling at each other across the location and simultaneously complaining about work gets to be a bit of a distraction. Furthermore, I would argue that friendliness is not one of their strong suits here. It is upsetting that this is my local Starbucks. read more

The staff was fast and courteous. Andrew took my order and was very polite. My only issue was that Starbucks doesn't take NFC/mobile payments (get with the program, most the big MNCs do), and the peppermint mocha I got wasn't that great. Tasted bland and I tasted more coffee than anything else; not made well, Batista just didn't get it right. If the mocha tasted well and took NFC, this would've gotten 5 stars. Horrible. So sad this is my local Starbucks. The drive thru is THE SLOWEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Ladies, if you want to find a place to put on your full face of make-up and get it all done by the time you receive your coffee, this is the one for you! This review is solely based on the drive-thru and has nothing to do with the customer service or the way we were treated. Went on a Sunday morning and had 3 cars in front of us. 15 minutes later we finally got our iced coffee. This is not the first time that the drive-thru has taken forever. I recommend going inside or driving to the one on Renner if you are going to use the drive-thru. Might be five minutes farther but they get you in and out quickly and efficiently. read more

The service at this starbucks is always sub-par and they don't usually make my drinks right. Everything always tastes burnt.

The only thing this particular location does with any consistency is mess up your order. If I order a vanilla latte, I should taste vanilla goodness in every sip. Fairly certain my Vanilla Latte contained no vanilla whatsoever. If I wanted coffee with foam I would have made a cup at home and saved $5. Going to this location is like throwing your money away. If you just want a cup of coffee they might be able to do that. Anything more complicated than that: make it yourself at home or go to another location. read more

I just had the worst drive-thru experience of my life. I went to the Starbucks in Murphy, Texas at 7:55pm. There were 4 cars in front of me and cars pulled in behind me. It took until 8:45 for me to drive away. I could not go in because I am handicapped. They served 4 cars in 50 MINUTES!!!!! Surly, non-apologetic staff. I couldn't leave because I was trapped by the curbs. I spend almost )300 a month in Starbucks. This location is horrible. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more
