The food here is GARBAGE!!! The service is even worse! Ever since they switched the building from next-door where Taco Bell is now it's been going downhill! My coffee is BURNT EVERYDAY!! The disgusting taste makes my stomach turn and ruins my entire day, I have since boycotted this location and will make the extra trip to Walden instead. i started going to this dunkin before they moved next door to the new building and its consistently gone down hill since i was going every day before work in the beginning and slowly stopped coming due to the customer service and food issues ive had all things from just using old coffee from the day before to cold food ive had a female employee come in late ive had them not show up to open the building at all and ive had to come back later to get refunded for my food i paid for that morning because the only employee there was a young kid who was new and didnt know how to make anything or refund me. one of the women who worked there came outside and smoked a ciggarette by my car and talked to me while her employee made my food when they were late i wished all this never happened because it was at one point the easiest and most convenient places to go to but now seems to be riding on the dunkin donuts name instead of actually serving their customers correctly read more

Wow! Stopped here a half hour before they closed, and they already closed the front door because they didn't want anyone using the bathroom. Pulled into the drive thru and the rude girl sighed loudly and asked what we wanted, as though we were really bothering her. Told her we wanted two chais and she groaned and said she already cleaned the machine and didn't want to make them. We expressed our incredulity that they were open another half hour and were essentially already closed and a guy came on talking fast saying something about whether we wanted another drink. Um, no. If you close at nine you close at nine. Not 8:30. Rude and lazy! Don't take the job if you don't want to work. Dunkin' Donuts corporate needs to pull their franchise license. read more

I know that it's a choice to come here, but sometimes you need a coffee to start the day, or what have you. Sometimes you don't feel like making your own or you want something you can't make. This business, while always getting the order correct, is insanely slow. There is zero sense of urgency. I have even gone inside and it's just as slow. You work at a business with a drive-thru by your choice. People need to get to work and go where they need to go at any time. Maybe, like 2 of the kids that work there are friendly enough. We all have stress, but maybe don't work in this environment if it's not for you. I know I wouldn't be able to deal with it, which is why I don't work at a drive-thru. I have no clue how they're going to handle they're move next door to a larger lot. read more

Not the best DD but not the worst ether. This is your typical DD. They have everything from breakfast sandwiches to donuts. They have all of the coffee and tea. I just went here to get a hot tea because it's freezing out. I have been here a bunch of times since they opened. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are smiling and happy sometimes they look like there dragging. They only screwed up my tea one time here. Overall. It's a good Dunkin donuts. There is a lot of stuff near by. Bought a dozen Donuts yesterday. The girl who packed them was rude and she just threw them in the box with some upside down and real sloppy. Not a way to do business. It was around 1030 in the morning it was the girl running the register. I hope management can figure out who this is and take care of her poor attitude and performance. read more

I order one of the most basic order every time: hot coffee. And with every visit I've been given iced coffee, hot chocolate, hot chocolate that's ice cold and ice cold coffee in a hot cup. And the rare occasion that they DO get my order right, the cup is coated in sugar as if they dipped it in salt like a margarita glass. My snack and go wrap has been hard as a rock on multiple occasions. And this isn't even at one point of the day, I've gone in ranging from 7 am to 5 pm, all days of the week. When I can go to any other dunkin, even one in the middle of bumf*ck Georgia, and receive better service and fresher, accurate orders, then your establishment has a problem. I've been here a few times during the evening, most recently last night. The staff are always friendly and say hello as soon as I walk through the door. When using the drive-thru, they are just as friendly. They always have my orders in stock and the wait time is fast. As a previous poster wrote, they only have 2 employees during the late evening, but they seem to handle it and there are virtually no wait times. When I go inside, the establishment is always clean and the bathroom is usually freshly cleaned with "wet floor" signs out. My orders are always accurate and freshly made. Obviously its a chain eatery so the food is fairly consistent. It is slow, slow, slow...always a line that barely moves regardless of the time of day or day of the week. I love strawberry coolata's and everytime I go either their machine is broken or they have no syrup. Every time?! For months and months?! Typical chain food store so the menu is consistent. But the help there is very slow. Sometimes it's as if they are lost and have no clue what they are doing. When I stand in line in the mornings, I can almost hear the music from the Benny Hill show playing in my head. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I've ever been to. They have messed up my order on more than 10 occasions. I order a hot chocolate & they give me a coffee. I don't drink coffee. Last mess up they gave me a mint hot chocolate, that's not what I asked for. I ordered a sandwich & the cheese was cold & not even melted, I asked them to heat it & I was told "well u didn't order it toasted" I told them I didn't order it cold either. Every time I go they get nothing right. This time I went I order a smoked sausage sandwich and a Lg ice pumpkin coffee. Frist I didn't get any of this. Instead I received a toasted English muffin with butter and a ice coffee no pumpkin favor in it. I spent $8 for the wrong order. Did not see this till I got to work. Once again I was running late because they don't know how to work here they just joke around and acted stupid. That is do to the fact that they have a manager that looks like she is 12 year old and no idea how to manage people. When I call at work to complain I got told next time I am in I will get a free sandwich to replace the one I paid for. This does NOT fix the problem by giving me what I paid for.
