I think Dunkin' Donuts is the best in my opinion but some people say "it's too expensive". But I still think it's a great place to go! You can go in the morning, afternoon or evening. But late at night, no way! I am not forcing you but try it. It's great! And it is all over Millburn and New York. It is popular. Don't go late at night Dunkin' Donuts will be closed. You would think a business serving drinks would have a restroom. There was a street fair in town and I suspect they put an "Out of Order" sign on the bathroom to keep people from walking in and using it. Too bad for them, because I cancelled my order because of this. read more

Dunkin is always looks more rundown than Starbucks. This one is no different. Dunkin needs a makeover and this one does too. The bathroom is kind of ratty too. I ordered ahead for coffee and donuts. I arrived 10-15 minutes later and my order is not ready. And on the app they said they had French crullers. I find out they don't have them. The coffee is made differently by different staff. Don't they follow a recipe. The coffee doesn't taste fresh. It's always bitter and gives me heartburn. Don't recommend this location. The only advantage is that they are open at 5am. I'll just wait until the other local places open up at 7am. I won't be back and don't recommend. read more

Dunkin Donuts wins five stars because its sweet and tasty and yummy because it has a lot of flavors like chocolate, , strawberry and glazed. They have different colors like green or blue or brown or white pink and plain. They have munchkins and drinks. It also has sprinkles on donuts. Cold stone is also sweet like Dunkin donut. People like this lady, I am sorry, but you should not be working in the hospitality service! You may be having a bad day but there is no reason to be disrespectful and lazy. If someone asks you a question about the menu "do you have something without coffee", your response should not be "we are a coffee place here, see the menu up there"...and this while talking with an angry attitude and completely unwilling to assist... Especially when u have tons of drinks without coffee...it's a shame I actually like the area here in Milburn and I do like Dunkin Donuts but even if this was the best Dunkin Donuts in the world I would never go back...sorry lady whatever your name might be, I don't care from what country you are in (I am an immigrant as well) but you don't belong in this type of work...move along or learn some manners! read more

I was asked to leave this Dunkin' Donuts store on Friday evening, May 17, 2019 Specifically, I was asked to leave the Millburn, NJ franchise at 363 Millburn Avenue because I wanted to tutor my student at the store. The manager said the owner does not allow tutoring, even though a month ago my student and I bought beverages and spent an hour going over her math homework. I was outraged, and a little embarrassed, but we needed to leave. My student picked up her books, and the tea she had just purchased, and walked with me to the Starbucks down the street. No problem at the Starbucks! Even with a beverage purchased elsewhere. After I finished working with my student, I returned to the store alone. I asked to speak with the owner. Not here the manager replied. I told her three things: 1. There was only one customer in the store at the time of our arrival, with plenty of open tables; 2. The customer that was there an hour ago was still there, but this time having a business meeting with two colleagues; and 3. I would not be purchasing the dozen donuts I was planning to take home, but I would spread the word to the community that Dunkin' Donuts supported business meetings, but not teacher-student meetings. I wrote to corporate and am awaiting a response. The manager was non-plussed, as if she didn't care at all. I concluded by telling her I would be writing to corporate. If you go there, expect to be treated rudely. And never say you'll be tutoring. You'll not be welcome. read more

This was a new Dunkin Donuts for me. I happen to be on that side of town and the post office was not open as yet. So to kill time I decided to get something to eat. What I like about this Dunkin Donuts is it is clean, Airy and the people behind the counter with friendly. It was National Doughnut day and I wasn't even aware. But the cashier was offering the deal to anyone. That's a sign of true customer service, because he could have only offered it to people who ask for it but he went out of his way to say today was a free donut day. One of the better Dunkin Donuts locations I've been to. The parking lot next to the DD makes parking convenient and easy. The staff is all very accommodating and they usually have a decent selection of pastries and food. The first time I went was a Saturday morning and though on the crowded side, the line moved quickly and I didn't spend more than ten minutes in the store. The staff moves quickly and I would definitely recommend this location if in a hurry. read more

I ordered munchkins and only got jelly and plain. 2 Chocolates and no powdered ones. :( The point of Munchkins is to get variety.

I moved to Millburn a year ago and felt that the DD quality had gone way downhill in my old home town. This location is a breath of fresh air...donuts are fresh and damn good on a consistent basis, the dunkachinos are sensational, and most importantly the staff makes you feel like you're at a LOCAL donut/coffee shop rather than a chain. I can't say enough good things about this DD and I'm not typically a chain kind of guy. Stop in... You won't be disappointed! read more

Recently reopened and renovated. Nice exterior and interior. Good service. Same selection and prices as other NJ Dunkin' Donuts.

This place is my go-to for an inexpensive latte or iced tea and they never disappoint. They are kinda funny asking for more money if I want extra lemons in my iced tea or a cup of ice water to go, but i still love this place and the friendly staff! read more

I believe all the other reviews are written by the DD employees themselves. I have lived in Millburn for nearly 7 years and frequent this DD. Honestly, it's a good location and it's very convenient. However, the donuts are always stale when I order one (whether it be in the morning, noon, or evening). However the last few times that I have went, (under new management), the woman and man who worked there gave me and my friend such nasty attitudes. They were very rude and disrespectful. We bought a few donuts/muffins and coffees and sat in a table. There was another customer who came in shortly after us, who wanted to purchase something in order to have change for the parking meter (since Millburn does NOT offer free parking during the day). The DD employee, yelled at her saying this wasn't a bank etc. Then my friend and I were asked to leave because the store was "closing" at 6pm, even though the sign in front of the shop clearly says it closes at 8pm (we were only there for less than an hour, chatting and catching up). Another time I witnessed a middle school student get yelled out for changing their minds on an order. Another time I saw a person get kicked out have so many horror stories with this DD. The employees/owners/managers are just plain rude and disrespectful with no regards of customer service. You're better off going to Starbucks or Coffee Mill Roasters. I would like to meet the customers that say that this Dunkin has a friendly staff and they get to know their customers...calling them my name and remembering how they take their coffee. I live next-door so I've been in several times. It is the worst service ever. Whether there are 10 people waiting or two people waiting in line it's a 10 to 15 minute wait to get a cup of coffee. There are usually about five people working behind the counter but they're always doing something besides serving the customers. I was in there the other day and the manager was shifting around donuts in the case. I had waited for about five minutes. There was one other customer being waited on by another counter person. So I finally told the manager I was kind of in a hurry and asked if he could get me a medium coffee. He continued to shuffle around the donuts for a few minutes, then turned to me again and repeated my order. He brought the coffee, but instead of ringing it up on the second cash register he asked me to wait for the other counter person to ring me up. Obviously I usually avoid this Dunkin even though it would be so convenient for me to pick up my daily cup of coffee on my way to work. Not doing that. read more

The staff her is VERY friendly - especially considering how TERRIBLE the customers are! I have seen customers whine about discounts and promotions and refuse to take no for an answer. I have seen customers SCREAM at employees for misunderstanding an order. I have seen WAY too many customers ask xenophobic questions, make racist remarks, and demand that they, "Speak American!" If I worked here, I would've gone postal after the first week! Honestly, they deserve a medal for what they put up with. read more
