My friend ordered the lemon blueberry crumble pancakes and a side order of scrambled eggs. I ordered the French toast with berries, bananas and a side of sausage. Of course, coffee. As a coffee snob, I would say it was very good. Our orders came out hot and fresh with huge portions. The lemon pancakes were plate size and with plenty of tasty crumble. My French toast consisted of four thick slices covered in plenty of berries and bananas. My sausage was cooked fresh and not sitting on a griddle for two hours. The service was excellent and friendly. You will be impressed with the creativity of the menu items. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion size. There is ample parking in their private parking lot. It was my first time there and I'll be back soon enough!

We walked in at around noon on a Thursday and they had a steady stream of customers. The entire time we were there, they only had 1-2 [small] empty tables. If you have a larger party (over 4 people), it may be difficult to find a table. It's pretty clean and decorated in a happy manner. I saw two employees. I assume there are more in the kitchen. You can tell they're pretty new but they're nice and I wouldn't say it took away from service. The girl who takes your order is the same person who wipes the tables and she kept up with it for the most part. The man makes the drinks and serves the food/drinks. I went with my kids. One of my kids has food allergies and he's allergic to all the food they serve here so I brought snacks for him along with apple juice ($2). He was content. In addition to pancakes, they also have savory items and croffles. Plus a nice selection of drinks. You order and pay first, get a number, seat yourself, and wait for your order to come to you. For my other kid (she's picky, but enjoys her carbs and Oreos) and myself, I got: COOKIES AND CREAM PANCAKES: you get 2 good sized pancakes topped with a whipped mascarpone cream, Oreo crumbs, a mint leaf, an Oreo cookie, along with sides of chocolate sauce (not very sweet but on the runny side - I actually enjoyed this) and a sad spoonful of vanilla ice cream. The pancakes were nice and fluffy but slightly cool; didn't taste like they came straight off the cooktop but not in a bad way. You can taste the eggs. I shared this and my kid couldn't finish her half so I ended up finishing her portion. She did manage to finish most of it so not bad. She really enjoyed it. It was on the decadent side but not "too much" so. Not my go to flavor but I didn't mind it as much as I thought I would. STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE: it comes out pretty, but I was told I should definitely mix it up before drinking. By the time I was done, it was a muted green color... but tasted great! The strawberry pulp/syrup tasted homemade and not artificial. It wasn't too sweet despite me not adjusting sugar. I did ask for light ice. Overall, perfect. One of the better strawberry matchas I've had! They specialize in souffle pancakes and they typically take time to make. It took just under 15 minutes to get ours so not that bad, compared to notes it can take at least 20 minutes. They bring out the items as they're ready so don't expect the entire table's orders to come out at the same time. Most of the pancakes are around $16 and a few more bucks for their savory items. That makes it on the higher end. Seeing as it's more of a dessert or a sweet breakfast, it's something fit for a treat and not a regular occurrence. I enjoyed it (I would have gotten matcha if it wasn't just me and the kids) but it's definitely a once in a while thing. I'm not full eating maybe 65% of it. I imagine it would be near perfect for one adult. I guess it's up to the individual if it's worth it. Having said that, I'd probably drag my husband here so he can have a taste and tell me it's "okay" and "expensive" so I can try the pancake flavor I would have ordered. Or the eggs Benedict because it resembles something with more nutritional value for $2 more. Drinks are just under $7, which isn't a steal but also on par with drinks these days. No complaints since I enjoyed it. Only thing: they have 2 restrooms (unisex, single) and the one I was in was clean, but it was already out of toilet paper. Overall, a good visit! Not good if you're allergic to wheat, eggs, milk, or are gluten-free, though, but that's to be expected. **There is a 3% surcharge if you pay by card.

She told me they were short on staff and had to order and pay with her before seating. First time dining here and didn't know how busy it was since the dining area was on the other side of the wall. Fine... no problem. Upon sitting, I noticed there were only two other tables and most of the tables were empty. There appeared to be two male servers tending to the dining area.. Food and coffee came out in good time and the server who delivered it was friendly. After I sat and paid, I saw three other tables who came and were sat - all receiving normal table service. (I.e waiter taking orders, pay at the end.) I don't want to assume anything but would suggest the restaurant look at their practices and either exercise them across all patrons to avoid causing anyone to feel singled out...
