We ordered several boxes of Joe and donuts and the team was very diligent about putting our order together quickly. Very hardworking group!

My 5 year old child and I were passing through Milford when we wanted to stop and get some cold drinks to cool us down. I ordered an iced tea and my child got a blue coolata.. Two hours later I started getting stomach pain & was sick for about three hours. My child about 20min later said his belly hurt. The following day, my child was sick with the same stomach illness from sun up to sun down. My child spent the weekend away from me, so I know we were not physically sick. I tried calling the dunkins to let them know that maybe the water they are using in their beverages should be checked out but no one answered.. The absolute worst! I made an order through the drive-through and included a $20 gift certificate. The person on the other end said they didn't have gifts certificates. I found this very surprising. I also found it being BS. So I paid for my order, parked my car and went inside. Lo and behold endless gift certificates. Months later, I went through the drive-through ask for a specific donut seasonal doughnut that I know they keep in stock at all times at Christmas The same person said we don't have any. Knew it was a lie because they always have it In stock at Christmas. Not all the time! Mornings and weekends are fantastic. It's weekdays between 2-6 that is RIDICULOUS. You wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes- just to get to the speaker and a very rude voice says "oh we aren't serving food right now" THREE TIMES in the last 6 weeks. WHY is that "okay?" And if that is the case, PUT A SIGN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DRIVE THRU SO WE DONT WASTE OUR TIME. 1st time, I thought, okay- something must be wrong with the ovens or whatever the case, 2nd time, I was annoyed but let it go- 3rd time I asked WHY and he says "oh it's just busy and we don't have time" umm- what?! Does a waitress stop taking orders if she's busy? Does a gas attendant stop taking customers if they're busy? And if you're only making coffee- WTF IS THE 20 minute wait for?! You know who you are. Made the mistake of coming to this Dunkins this morning. Sat in drive-through line for over 15 minutes it didn't seem like anybody was answering or taking orders. Do yourself a favor and skip this Dunkins entirely at all costs. There is a much nicer, cleaner location less than half a mile away. 1 star is too much for this location. read more

Horrible service by Ryan. When trying to order we were rushed and he was rude and interrupted multiple times. Then once at the window Ryan was rude about us using a gift card for part of the payment. When stating "is there something wrong?" Ryan was quick to snap back with attitude and interrupt saying "he said something to me about my work. I didn't say anything to him." Then when we handed him cash and were collecting the coins for the remainder he came back to the widow and said loudly and flustered"you don't have enough to pay." And tried to hand back our bills. We finished paying, got our food and were abruptly told to move up and they'd bring out our drinks. Then a short girl came to the window and we asked where we should park. She snapped back "Anywhere. I make my order and I receive my order wrong. I don't mind mistakes that can be easily corrected by taking it back and saying hey I'm missing sugar or whatever the case may be. In my case I ordered a large iced coffee and got a medium. I told them I had ordered a large. I get a snarky reply you didn't order and pay for a large. After showing them my receipt that I had ordered and paid for a large iced coffee. I get a "whatever" response and they roll their eyes at me, you made the mistake. Instead of the employees taking the order back to fix or even fix the order. Mind you, you work in a field that caters to people and their order. If you make a mistake ok, man up and fix it. Do not give customers an attitude because you made the order wrong. Get your attitude checked out. Otherwise find a new job if you don't like catering to people's orders or can't get a single order right. read more

There's far worse Dunkin' Donuts around than this one. I have had some that can't get a simple coffee with a little cream and no sugar correct. They'll continually ask "was that one sugar?" No, I said NO sugar. But this place seemingly gets it right every time. Obviously not deaf -like many others. Another pet peeve is that with the cold ice coffees -many of the Dunkins get it all over the cup ...dripping down the sides. They hand it over so you get it all over your hands and car. This place wipes the cups down. Or they have for me -without me having to ask. I also find them friendlier -and as I reiterated above ...there's far worse D&Ds around. read more

When you want to just buy a coffee and an employee is outside begging for a cigarette from passers by. I made a comment to the cashier and pointed him out through the window, she goes that's our shift leader he's my boss and gives a look of sadness. He's a tall, thin man, darker skin, hair was a mess, idk what to call it or how to describe politely, anyways he was dirty in his uniform not work dirty but not washed often dirty. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE!!!!!!! You would think that after repeating my Small* black iced coffee order literally 3 times in a row, that the person on headset would not repeat back a medium iced and ask me if I wanted any cream or sugar in my small iced black. The amount of swirls and flavor shots on the coffee tickets almost never match what I've asked for when I do decide to add flavor. I'm giving one star solely because of the service provided by Jack. This is by far the most unprofessional coffee place I've been to especially when I'm waiting to order in the drive thru and the girl on the mic is laughing and joking with her friends instead of taking my order? Then, they got one of our drinks incorrect, which is totally fine, but then the young girl rudely told us we would have to drive back around to receive our other two drinks that we were missing. There was at least 6 cars behind us so instead I went in and asked Jack for my missing drinks which he brought to me within a minute. So thank you, Jack and Jack only. 350 East Main St in Milford is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It is 6:16pm. I just went there 10 minutes ago and the door is locked. Says they close @ 9pm and there are workers inside, but its locked. The only reason I am here is because I am picking someone up that works nearby so I was going to grab a coffee. I've been to the drive thru before and they screwed up a large black decaf coffee and couldn't figure out what they were charging me for. With one car in front of me it took me 12 minutes to go thru the drive thru. The last time I went in I used the ladies room ,then went up to the counter to order. An employee was on the phone at the register and did not even acknowledge that I was standing right in front of him. Needless to say I walked out. Employees work at a turtles pace and all seem miserable. I have given then multiple chances, but I think enough is enough. Whoever owns this location needs to do some serious work!!! read more

Stopped in at this Dunkin' Donuts while traveling through and overall we liked our experience. The coffee here was great and made well, but the staff was a bit slow. We went through the drive-thru and definetly waited way too long for our two coffees, but it may have been an off day. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is way over priced for crappy products. I have purchased green iced tea and it makes you sick to your stomach. Plus they are way over priced the last iced tea that I purchased was just about three dollars and their excuse is everything's going up all I disagree with that because my wife and I can drive to Cumberland Farms and purchase a iced coffee and also an iced tea for $2.08 compared to Dunkin' Donuts pricing. Dunkin' Donuts is only interested in one thing and that's making a profit and screwing its customers. I highly recommend you stay away from all the Dunkin' Donuts, because the donuts the muffins, the iced coffee the iced tea is all way over priced for crap. My wife and I will not step foot in a Dunkin' Donuts because their products are all gross. I also think the food and drug administration should investigate their green tea because it makes you wanna vomit. I don't recommend them to anyone. If you wanna get sick to your stomach, then drink at Dunkin' Donuts and if you want to pay for overprice crap then pay for the Dunkin' Donuts if you want a coffee and also a good tea or anything else, go to a Cumberland Farms one more thing I want to add and that is when you complain to corporate they just write you off stay away from, any Dunkin doughnuts. read more

I was in this establishment on 1/30/18 @ 2:15 p and placed an order . I told the guy I did t need a receipt. I paid with my iPhone Apple pay. We never received the coffee roll that I ordered. I approached the guy and asked where it was. He said you never ordered a coffee roll. I said can you see in your screen. He said I e waited on numerous people since you and now it's gone. Anybody would've made good on THEIR mistake. He should've just took my word for it. I'll never come here again. He wouldn't even look me on the eye when I was talking to him. The friendliest Dunk's I've ever been to. The man doing some construction inside with a Blue DD shirt on even greeted me at driveway through window. Cashier was also very friendly. My coffee was made correctly and understand upon first ordering it. I get one pump coconut one, One pump mocha black iced. I usually have to repeat black for no cream and no sugar just the flavors. read more

You go through the place at 6 o'clock at night there's no cars in the parking lot you have to wait at the drive-thru speaker and then when you order your single item the girl seems all flustered and tells you what you up to wait.
