Closest Starbucks to Sherborn. It's a pretty decent drive 17 minutes each way. I go there to get my wife on a rainy morning a blonde latte. Same thing she pretty much get every day. I get home. It's vanilla. She hates vanilla. So I drive all back no problem. Little upset, but what can I do? I come all the way back. They put vanilla in it again.!!! I call and they say there's nothing they can do. This place is unbelievable. You go there twice for a total time waste of over an hour plus gas. And they say there's nothing they can do these pieces of S. I mean how you literally get it wrong twice. When I go in and say it's not supposed to have vanilla. I'll never go back to this. Not that they care. Hopefully enough people will stop eventually because of their ridiculous service. read more

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks. The staff is not only super fast and helpful, but incredibly friendly and fun. I've also left a notebook there before and they went out of their way to call me and have it returned safely. Thank all of you for doing an amazing job! read more

DO NOT GO here they will mess up your drink and give you poor customer service. It's a hit or miss.

I usually review chains in comparison to others stores of the chain, in which case I think this is a 5 star Starbucks. But I couldn't quite let that stand, considering it is a chain and there are obviously coffee houses where you can get a more unique experience. Disclaimer aside: I've spent a lot of time here in 2014 since I "work from home" and they always have space to work, the WiFi is always solid, and the staff is super friendly (I've eves-dropped on many of their conversations and never heard them badmouth a customer and are really patient with the annoying ones). I like the big community/laptop table and it's great that they even have a patio outside. Parking can be tough during peak hours but they squeezed a lot out of this small space. Be aware that the place turns into a shrieking catholic school girl hangout between the hours of 3 and 5. Very peaceful hours from 6 till close though. They could expand the "comfortable seating" area a bit too -- get a little more of a living room feel happening. The staff is friendly and efficient. They always make me feel welcome and have made an effort to know my order and my name. While no place of service is perfect, if there is a problem they cheerfully fix it and go the extra bit to make you feel valued. I will miss this particular Starbucks when we move! read more

Gotta say this is one of the better Starbucks I've been to. Quick and friendly. Decor is great and new-ish. Been here about 10 times when passing by. Never a problem. Barista even apologizes because the card scanner has a 10 second delay. But my drinks were ready pronto. One time they even made wrong drink and told me to keep it. As I had no use for it, I gifted it to a student who was clearly working on a project nearby. Made her day. read more

A typical Starbucks. Roomy with seating outside. Had a muffin and a coffee and as you expect had no issues. Location wise this is ideal. Sitting out on the patio watching life go by. Appears to be a popular office spot as when I was there in the early am at least 6 people came along to set up office. Overall a very enjoyable visit. read more

Slowest Starbucks around - stopped by yesterday and took almost 20 minutes to get two drinks (and we were first in line!). More employees than customers originally, all wandering aimlessly and then staring at the growing line of irritated customers without taking action. Drinks were as expected, but service was dreadful - either the menu is getting too complicated or the team there needs to be retrained. My little sister and I stop in everyday when I'm in town and Sasha is amazing! She always makes my sister feel special and helped me figure out what is vegan friendly. Even when she's not on the register she goes out of her way to say hi or strike up a mini conversation. Best experience I've had at any Starbucks whenever she's there. read more
