Dreadful. 45 minutes at the drive through with only 3 cars in front of us. 2 Cups of coffee. Just no excuse.

I placed an order using their app and it went to the wrong store.  I called the store it went to and they were not willing to give me a refund or any information about how I could get my money back.  I emailed their customer service center and got an auto reply saying they would respond within 48 business hours.  It is now 10 days later with no response.  No one with Dunkin Donuts seems to want to take responsibility for this app despite taking money through it. read more

This one must have horrible management based on my experiences this year. The opening hours are random. Today it only opened at 7am and there was a sign on the door "sorry for the inconvenience" when you arrived before 7am. When you came after 7am, the counter was closed and you had to use the drive through. On top of all of that - there are some days when they are out of donuts at 9am and the wait times are significantly longer than other branches that I visit. This one is definitely far below the DD standard and Corporate should be more involved to ensure that the brand reputation is not tainted because of this one. read more

Nice employees but 2 of 3 of them had their masks around their chins despite the mask mandate. I'll just go to a shop that does wear masks.

There are times when you get a friendly, service oriented individual. Unfortunately, they are gone after a few weeks. The latest "adventure" I had was a about a month ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee and 2 bacon, egg croissants for $5.00. That is how I ordered the food, specifying 2 for $5.00. I got to the window and questioned the $13.00 plus change bill. Bottom line, they were charging me $8.00 plus for the croissants. I questioned it stating i wanted the 2 for $5.00 deal. Th manager came over and stated the bill was correct. I said the 2 for $5.00 is on your sign. She said that it must be a mistake and she would have to go out and look at the sign later. Keep in mind that this had been on the sign for 6 months or more and is still on the sign today. Who you gonna argue with when the manager says that price doesn't exist? read more

Throughout my summer in Middlebury, VT, I visited this Dunkin Donuts enough times to be able to know that the folks working there are less than excited about what they're doing. They're teenagers and college-age kids, but they're in a hurry and are impatient as heck with the guests. It is inside a gas station, but there's also a drive-thru for all the folks heading through town on a quick vacation run. Like all DDs, the coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes like there's something wrong with the water, and other times the coffee is absolutely outstanding. I never had the pastries, but the prices are average and the nice thing is that you can buy a cheapo snack from the gas station while you're in there. Just don't expect good service. Or friendly service for that matter. I went in there once and the guy was losing it. The girl at the gas station counter actually asked him this. There was 1 hour and 15 minutes left till close and he was literally flipping out about everything. Breathe, dude. read more

You never know what you're going to get when you order coffee at D&D, that's a given. But the service there s.u.c.k. I haven't experienced any short-tempered workers, my experience is that every time I go there they get a simple order wrong and I tend to order the same type of coffee, its just always done wrong, not to mention they are WAY unorganized. read more

Went in this morning to get coffee and a dozen donuts. Half hearted greeting. Placed my order and went to the end to pick up the coffee when I noticed another employee NOT wearing a mask, handling people breakfast orders. Will be the las time I get anything from this place. read more

Most days they are out of the donuts and pastries by 11 or noon. Always under staffed, long waits, rushed orders with no care involved. I placed a to-go order which was a bad idea. read more

I love this Dunkin. I go there everyday through drive through. I give them only 4 stars because sometimes it is slow but lately with the new employees things are going faster. I love the drive through ladies. read more

The purpose of the drive thru and the on the go ordering is to speed up the process but this group is SOOOOO slow compared to any other Dunkin! You can easily wait in drive thru for 10+ minutes. Its painful. I drive across town to their competitor first! read more

This place is a damn joke!!! The manager had no idea how to run a business she encourages her employees to be rude to customers who are regulars and have their drinks a specific way. Their tactic is to make sure these "complicated" customers get frustrated enough that they don't want to return. This is exactly what's been happening. I have witnessed these VERY ill mannered individuals do what they do best and make racial comments towards certain customers or complain because those customers request their drink be a certain way. I as a regular customer went from walking in to this establishment to going through drive thru to avoid hearing all the immature, unprofessional, inhuman conversation they share loudly. So as of a few days ago I will NOT be going to that middlebury DD again!!! Just driving through the drive thru I can hear the bullshit! They can't keep help because of the way the store is run. The managers do NOT care about their customers and hire ANYONE regardless of experience or the ability to be descent human beings!! i have called corporate and complained but still nothing is happening. If you are a dedicated customer of DD I would suggest rethinking your visit as I've personally heard from a former employee that they spit in your drink if you are a customer who's particular on how you want your drink or correct them on the way they do their job. In some cases they add a little something extra depending on their day. What will it be saliva, urine, or feces???? These people need to be reported and shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a former employee at a Dunkin' Donuts I do not think the service I got today 8/11/19 around 11:30/12 was right at all. I was in the drive thru and ordered a medium iced almond milk latte with less ice, I got to the window and paid for my almost 5 dollar drink and got less than a small. Because I asked for less ice my cup was barley half way full. I asked for it to be filled more and I was told that all they could do was put more ice in. I asked for more almond milk and they said it would cost more. All said very rudely. I understand that almond milk is more money, but just because I asked for less ice should not mean I get my cup less than half way filled. I have had specifically this drink at this dunkin and other dunkins many times without this issue. I should have been told I was not getting what I already paid for. I will not being going back to this dunkin again. Even after I asked for the issue to be solved it was not. Very unimpressed with the staff and I know that is not the way customers should be treated. read more

Orders 3 coffees, all 3 were completely screwed up. One coffee had way more sugar than I asked. The other 2... there was nothing right about them. Our cashier samantha was complaining to us about her sleep. She also could not properly work the cash register. Had to continually ask for help. She also made all 3 coffees. Vinny was helpful and foxes the 2 coffees that were completely wrong. I'm usually very pleased. But I definitely was not pleased with samantha. read more

I live in Middlebury and love Dunkin Donuts but I do not go there anymore.The kids that work there are lazy and most times do not have time for the customers. The machines are always "broken" or are being "cleaned" and this seems to take a few days. read more

Staff is unhelpful. They constantly get your order wrong. Drive through was shut down with no signs. You go around the corner and its shut off. Then you try to back up but have 3 other cars behind you that also think the drive through is open. No signs. I called and i got the so what! Oh and the manager aneata was standing there laughing. read more
