Horrible attitude from person taking the order. He was inpatient and very condescending as a tried to offer my order.

I have finally been treated poorly enough to not return to this location. Over the past year now I have been served incorrect orders requiring to turn around; go back in or my favorite go in WITH three children under 4 and told to "accept" burnt coffee because it was made "like you ordered" - I have had people walk past me as if I had somehow learned to be invisible. Today was my last straw. Three cars in the drive thru not bad for a morning let alone a late Saturday morn so I went in to take a dozen donuts to our vet for Christmas - 3 different employees made eye contact with me - another older balding man looked at me, walked to a register did something to make it beep and then walk into tjr room next to it TO PLAY ON HIS CELL PHONE. At this point there was now A LINE behind me...and still I'm invisible. I asked the girl at the register if there was someone who could assist me and she responded it was "what she was doing" - I told her no one had actually helped me yet or even said a greeting...she rolled her eyes hhmmph'd and said she was working on drive thru orders...I said OK so who is working the front register? - I just told you I am. This is when I said and I admit loudly that I had been waiting over five minutes for someone just to acknoweldge I was there let alone take my order and consumer dollars. No longer. I wished her a marry Christmas and said I would be spending my dollars where people care we exist. Corporate businesses are cheaper but I am worth more. So Dunkin thanks for teaching me how to disappear WITH my consumer dollars/power oh and thru your ineptitude this past year I also learned how to much cheaper and amazing tasting cold brew at home with great coffee. Lately I just cannot stomach DD coffee...at least from this franchise. The pots are dirty. You can almost count on them screwing up your order...on more than one occasion I have seen drive thru people return for the correct order. The food waste much be huge here; the manager yells at her employees; I have had stale muffins on more than one occasion too. Overall, the DD in Chardon is 10x better than the Mentor DD. This isnt a killer review but I just don't have much nice to say about this DD. read more

Another poor experience. Decided to give it a try again. Guess I shouldn't have ordered the munchkins again. I tried the last time and epic failure. This time there's a sign that says 1.99 for 10. I ordered them for my girls in the car. When she checked me out she said the total was 3 dollars. I said the sign says 1.99. Kaylie was the girl at the register and was so rude. She said well the signs wrong. I said my phone also says it. She said that's wrong too ! So I said really. She said yes. Do you need anything else? I said do you have a manager here. I went through the drive through on a Sunday afternoon. Place wasn't busy at all. The person on the other side of the speaker was really hard to understand. I know she tried to repeat my order but I just wasn't really sure what she said. When my coffee was brought to me it was hot and I had ordered ice. The girl at the window seemed irritated. And went and dumped my hot coffee over ice melting it right away. She was quite rude while at the window. I won't be back to this location read more

Wednesday night at 9 pm No iced tea, no donut holes, no flavored donuts, burning hot coffee in a sleeveless cup and clerks that needed to hear our order 4 times in drive through before they got it right .... And the glazed donut we got was definitely stale! Won't be back again! read more

Pretty good. Donuts are good and a good selection. I wish the donuts were fresh every hour or every time i come in. I've been there a few times where they ran out of the donut I wanted , but typically they have them. Coffee is good too ! I personally think Dunkin' Donuts coffee is better than Starbucks ! read more

Okay let's see I was just in there with my mom and husband there was no one else in the store, one person pulled up to get a coffee while we were in there, and 5 ( that we saw employees) we stood there for 10 minutes while they tried to make a warm cookie Sunday with one scoop of ice cream... there was a giant picture of it hanging over this kids head and he had to ask 4 people for help then they tried to give me an ice cream cookie sandwich which is not what I ordered it was close but no cigar. They all ignored my husband a mom so we walked... when I'm getting better service at McDonald's right before they close you lose all sympathy from me. Yeah I already don't care for Dunkin' Donuts so you can be sure I will never be going to this one again. So don't waist your time, energy, or money because they don't wanna exert any of theirs for you. read more

Is it possible that there is school that teaches a business model where an establishment pays the patron to eat at their place? The manager I encountered Sunday morning August 31st at around 10:30 AM must have been schooled at such a place. Granted she was young, but her demeanor, attitude, and composure are not acceptable for the position. We originally entered the drive-thru with the intent of ordering munchkins for a kids birthday party, and left with nothing but 30 minutes wasted and a very foul taste in our mouth from the terrible customer service. It started when we entered the drive-tru and ordered our extremely complicated order of 50 munchkins. It was difficult to understand the response from the speaker, but after two or three attempts to decider what was being asked with my trusty Dunkin Donuts decipher ring, we realized that they wanted to know if we wanted 25 or 50 munchkins. We respond ed that we wanted 50. We got to the window about 10 minutes later, and we're told there were only 40 left. I said that was fine, but that I didn't want to pay for 50 and only get 40. The attendant said I wouldn't pay for 50. Several minutes later a new woman comes to the drive through window and explains that they would have to bill me for 50, and that I would only get 40 because they would have to bill me $11 for the 40 otherwise. My response was "That's not my fault". The woman's response was "that's not my fault either, I didn't make the machine." Frustrated, I asked for just 25 and gave my credit card. Keep in mind that the line hasn't moved in the five minutes I have been at the window. Two minutes later, a third girl comes to the window and explains that they ran out of munchkins. In her defense she offered half a dozen donuts in their place. This was the only bright spot of my experience. If you have ever tried to explain to a four year old that donuts are the same thing as munchkins, but just a different shape, then you understand my decline of the offer. I asked for my credit card at this point, which she promptly returned with a receipt for the munchkins I didn't receive. I pulled around and parked to go inside to ask for the manager. There was a line 10 deep, forcing me to wait to speak to the manager. I'm sure my expression said angry customer, and I was getting looks from everyone who served me while I waited patiently for 10 minutes to get to the front. I asked for the manager and I was introduced to the the witty Ms. "It's not my fault, I didn't make the machine." I asked how it was possible to spend 30 minutes to get 50 munchkins and then have to get reimbursed for something I didn't get. She had a semi acceptable response on the munchkins not being packed during my order and going to another patron inside. She didn't have an explanation on my wasted time or why I was charged, nor was an apology given. I explained that I believe she needed better training and requested a reimbursement. When she reimbursed me, I also explained that the proper response from a manager would have been "sorry sir, we only have 40 left, so I will pack those right up and only bill you for 25." She gave me my receipt and then started slamming things around. It gave me some satisfaction that she was frustrated at this point, because it let me know my point got across. At the same time though, it made me realize that she is not skilled enough to manage the distribution of donuts and coffee. I then drove to Painesville and got the 50 munchkins. It's also worth noting we came here on Saturday August 30th at around 11 am and they were out of eggwhites. read more

Don't go here unless you like throwing your money away! Pulled up to drive through it was around 7:00 pm all I wanted was a dozen donuts girl came over speaker with the usual welcome to Duncan how can I help you and I said I would like a dozen donuts PLEASE and then nothing just dead air for more than a minute si I said "hello?" And 15 seconds later someone SCREAMED "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER WHEN YOUR READY!!" So I started to tell her I want 3 this 3 of this and before I could get my next selection out She asked "ARE YOU ORDERING A DOZEN DONUTS!!!??!" "YES" I Said. "OK WHAT KIND WOULD YOU LIKE!!??" So I repeated then they started repeating my order before I got the whole thing out and of course what they repeated back to me was WRONG! So once again I had to start all over and tell them again and of course they did not have 4 different kinds that I asked for and 2 kinds I wanted 3 of they only had one left. So I had 4 more donuts to select not being able to see the selection I said just surprise me with whatever you got but " NO CAKE DONUTS PLEASE!" They replied "ok" finally I pay for my donuts and leave get home open box and of course even the donuts I did order were wrong! And they sure did surprise me by giving me every disgusting cake donut they could find!! I tried eating one and I took 1 bite stale as all hell! There was another donut in there that looked like it was left over from EASTER!!! And was as hard as a rock and the 2 donuts I did get that WERE what I ordered were also stale I threw the whole box in the trash!! And YES it's just Dunkin' Donuts but if your business is making and selling donuts DO IT RIGHT!! And hire some people who can understand English know how to read and can pay attention to the work you are paying them to do and explain to them beyond any doubt that it's not the customers fault that the workers got the order wrong! I work in food service and this Dunkin' Donuts is a JOKE! I WIL NEVER GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN!! SPUD NUTS IS WAY BETTER !! read more

This place is consistently out of product no matter the time of day. I understand that the staff at a donut joint will be mostly young people but you can not have worse service than you receive from this location. It's almost a joke.
