But luckily the old adage of size not being an issue really does apply here. I can still enjoy the lovely aroma and taste of my one true love....coffee. Located in a small plaza in a corner, this location was a bit of a challenge. Parking is at a premium and the lot is rather busy. But, did that stop this hardcore Starbucks guru? NO WAY JOSE! Who is Jose you ask? If I told you, I'd have to kill you. Very limited seating, a small retail area, no patio seating and no drive thru....that is what stopped this location from getting 5 stars from me. This is a really nice Starbucks location! The baristas are very friendly. My drink came out quickly and was made perfectly. The inside dining atmosphere and restrooms are very clean, and I love the layout. The only complaint I have is how small it is inside and the fact that there are very few seating options. During busy times, the entire place gets extremely crowded and it's difficult to get a seat. Overall, I would recommend this Starbucks. Just don't expect to get a seat if it's a super busy time of the day. read more

Today I ordered a few drinks from this location. What I ordered is not even close to what I got. For $4.95, I got water with a couple pumps of flavor. What I ordered were two refreshers. Asked the barista if maybe my order got confused and she said "nope " and continued on with her duties. That was one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks that I've ever had. I would love nothing more than a refund and to see if they could amend this problem. read more

This is an awesome little Starbucks. It's great to have it less than a mile away from where my family (the female members) are getting their manis and pedis done. The staff was very knowledgable and Frank was super inviting, friendly and well spoken. Laura was informative and answered a question frank had, regarding how the system needed to be set up for my strange drink order. This location also has the blazing fast Google hosted internet here. Very fast, considering the other customers were leeching off the bandwidth when they were playing WOW (World of Warcraft). There was also plenty of available parking. Very spacious location here. The only bad thing about this place was the fact there was no outdoor patio seating arrangements. Very strange for a Starbucks to not cater to the outdoorsy customers wanting fresh air. There's plenty of room for it. There's also no drive-thru here, which is strange, but not more than a marginal inconvenience. None of these cons have anything to do with the staff or the drinks. Everyone and everything here was perfect. I highly recommend you come here if the above-listed cons are not an issue to you! read more

I am a frequent flier at Starbucks. When I moved to Ohio I quickly found my local Starbucks and this one was it. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and if for any reason your drink is not how you wanted it, they will make it again without questions or issues. All of the staff remember me when I walk in, remembering my name even if I've not visited for awhile. It makes me smile! Amazing customer service and wonderful staff! read more

When you've been to one 'bucks you've been to them all isn't exactly true at all. This is why I get frustrated with some of my fellow Yelpers who don't review chains. They lack the knowledge and believe one location is just like the next - this just isn't true with any chain and 'bucks is no different. This location had ample parking, had all the same stuff as the rest, but the staff was just a bit better - more friendly - smiling - happy or at least faking their happiness better then most. Value is basically the same, but it's a nice way to start your day. So this location climbs up to 4 stars! read more

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go when I feel up to a drink. I love all their frapps, mochas, and lattes. My favorites are, Vanilla Bean topped w Carmel drizzle and Orange Cream frapps. I also like double chocolate chip mocha and pumpkin spice latte. Starbucks have awesome workers and great service. If I were you I wouldn't think this as a bad place because its not. This location has consistently great service. It's a winning combination, great coffee and friendly helpful staff.

Typical Starbucks. Pros: They were fast and efficient. The barista at the register was very nice and got my drink order right the first time. If you know starbucks, you know that isn't always the case. The drinks tasted good and was basically what I ordered. Cons: I paid for "Extra Caramel" and got the same amount as if I had them make the drink as is. If I pay the extra amount, I would expect extra amount. Get what you pay for! The barista's (yes there was two) making my two Fraps were more concerned with their conversation than to connect with the customer. No smile, no conversation, no great experience created. Definitely not what I expected after the really nice barista taking my order. I could take or leave this location....next! read more

They are good and quite understanding at this location. Due to a medical condition I am unable to have caffeine and they often work with me on tweaking recipes and how they can make things that I can have, and I often get a little price cut for it. It's wonderful and much appreciated. This location does not have a drive through and has limited seating. read more

This is the second best Coffee & Tea shop but the only thing I have wrong with this is because sometimes they make your coffee a bit too sugary and they're quite expensive now if you are like me or normal citizen in anywhere and you have a very small budget Starbucks might not be your cup of tea but if you're balling and cash you may have enough to buy yourself a few last days they have a lot of good tea and coffee they're not as good as starfish and coffee, but they are still very good otherwise read more

Typical Starbucks. What's important for me is how fast they take your order, how fast they make it, and if the shop is clean and big enough to enjoy sitting around for quite some time. I had a medical issue on a Friday morning and the store manager, Dan, quickly came to my aid. He called my work, my husband, and 911. He stayed with me till help arrived. This location is special for the clover machine. Get any brew made in the ultimate way. Staff is pretty friendly. 4 starts because the traffic is pretty rough. It's on a busy intersection so beware of idiots driving (if you're one of the idiots my apologies). Enjoy! read more

The staff is polite, so far only 1 of my drinks was too bland to drink so I had it remade my only issue is there's no drive Thur at any Starbucks in mentor not use to that there all over the south. I went back to get my drink remade, because it was so awful and she wouldn't aknowledge me.
