I'm going to to start by saying I do not like Dunkin' Donuts it's a last resort for me but I saw a drink on Instagram that I wanted to try which was Vanilla bean coolatta mixed with strawberry was one of the best drinks ever now I'm going to become a coolatta addict lol. A very small outlet for DD with only four tables inside and no drive through. There is also a counter for the Baskin Robbins ice creams. My donut was fine but I had to remind them to prepare my coffee. They'd forgotten some time between me placing the order and handing me my donut. The table I wanted to sit at had a major wobble. Ok, so I haven't had dunkin' coffee this good since I lived in Florida in 2004. I was so damn surprised when I tasted this coffee. I was upset that I didn't get a large one. Every other Dunkin' coffee I've had has been watered down and taste the same kind of bad aftertaste flavor. THIS coffee is so good! The weather is cold outside and decided in 5p hour to hit location up for my Favorite Hot Maple Pecan Latte...Delicious...for rush hour ride home. Opted for drive thru, obviously at wrong time as there was maintenance working fixing a fixture of some kind above window pay/pickup area. I got close on an angle not to topple the fella on the ladder in the fridge temps. Got out walked to window, paid and got my delicious hot latte. I think I surprised the young guy at register window. Oh well, they were nice, I got my hot goodness and was on my way. Hopefully they will keep the Maple Pecan flavor around. read more

this is how donuts were given to my father in law yesterday. At the dunkin donut in Melville on 110 It was a disgrace that the manager esmeralda did not offer new donuts when I presented her with these items. I had to ask for my money back. Which she angrily gave me but did not even offer to compensate me for the donuts and having to return to the store without being able to bring new donuts to the people they were originally intended for yesterday. I know this is not a big deal but I do feel local stores and merchants should have pride in themselves and their products read more

The location is very convenient right on route 110 near the highway. One would expect it to have better service and be run better compared to the other two in the area that are more local. I bought donuts to take for work and give to my staff. Bought a dozen and should have checked before leaving the parking lot however I did not until reaching work. They were completely stale. As in a day or two old. Yet it was early morning on a Saturday. Really- selling old donuts? I would have rather they told me they have no more. I left a review via a survey and was reached out to by the "district manager" but then nobody followed up or cared. I would simply just go to one of the other locations a few minutes away. read more

They were very nice but had no idea as to how to make coffee. We went here because we stopped for gas next-door. First they gave us decaf that was cold. We complained so they brewed a new pot-- but double brewed in error so the coffee so was extremely weak. It took three times to get it almost right. read more

Open 24 hours, in the middle of nowhere.. can't complain about that. On a town where everything was closed and we were craving ice cream and hot chocolate, YES I said ice cream AND hot chocolate, this was the only place that was open near our hotel. It was near midnight so they only had 1 person on staff, but for the limited amount of patrons, it was enough for me to be satisfied. This Dunkin Donuts is directly across from my gym so it makes picking up brunch very convenient cause I prefer to drink my coffee after my working out. The location is also placed on a good location - intersection. If you can't pull in from Broadhollow route 110, you can pull in from Walt Whitman Rd. which can easily lead to the a nice food center 50 feet away on the same side of the street. The gas station is next to this DD so you can kill two birds with one stone. read more

I ordered from the mobile app because I was in a hurry. I arrived around 10 minutes after I ordered and not only was my order not ready the lady behind the counter hadn't even started my order! I waited 5 extra minutes for my food, I only got my coffee. She was moving so slowly like she didn't care that i, or the other patrons who also mobile ordered were in a hurry. I ended up just leaving with my coffee leaving my food behind a because of how slowly she was moving. I'll never order from here again. read more

They charged you almond milk TWICE if you ask for less ice on your latte! I am speechless to find out a coffee chain who serves drinks that primarily consists of milk is doing such thing! They don't do that when people ask for extra milk, why would they do that for other type of milk for people who cannot take daily. Non daily milk is getting more common these days and can be found in many if not all places where coffee is serve. I have no problem paying extra for almond milk but to be charged twice simply because I asked for less ice? Come on!!! Dunkin', you classless chain! The end all be all to coffee! After 6 years of being a coffee drinker, dunkin donuts will always be my favorite, why you may ask? I will tell you why in several ways! 1. Their stuff is super cheap. Every-time I come to dunkin donuts I am not spending an are and leg for a cup of coffee and the quality is always met. 2. No wait.! I live dunkin donuts because the wait is always quick! This is your typical Dunkin Donuts. Every once in awhile I get breakfast from here and it's not bad. The staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is they give you one ketchup with food... You receive a survey request on the receipt with each purchase offering a free donut on your next visit if its completed. Complete the survey, obtain a survey code and return to the location only to be told..."we think you didn't do it". Really? Show them the survey code you were provided and they accuse of lying. Even worse, the manager held her phone in the air for all in line to see while saying "I don't see it in my email so you aren't getting the donut". Then she stated "I know you" as if to imply we are actually surreptitious donut thieves that she's seen around. Honestly one of the most blatantly angry store managers I've ever encountered. Have spent thousands using the Dunkin app not using coupons, or promotions. Just paid for items purchased. But being accused of lying, cheating and stealing by a store manager intentionally humiliating me over a .99 cent item is something that no honest customer should ever experience. Terrible. I pass this on my way to my work (I work overnights). I found out they were open 24 hours so I decided to mobile order some coffee to pick up prior to work. I get there.. the doors are locked. Most of the lights are off. And the app charged my card for the drink... fail. Starbucks does not let you order if a store is closed.. i feel like this place deserved a review because besides the melville deli, this is really the only place worth getting food from around where i work. when you only have an hour for lunch and your work area is extremely desolate aside from a vast agglomeration of office buildings and thus experiences a lunch rush hour, it's not really worth it to drive anywhere because you'll waste half your break getting to a restaurant. so it's usually better to just scurry across the crosswalk-less 110, hop the median, and get something at dunkin donuts - if you make it there alive. oh, and the food/coffee is the same as every other dunkin donuts i've ever been to: fine. there was a hair in my coffee once though. read more

I always give places a second chance before I write a bad review. Unfortunately this Dunkin is just awful and it's annoying because this one is very convenient. Both times that I went to this location my coffee was made completely wrong. Today when I went in I asked for a pumpkin coffee 2 sugars and half and half, but received a regular coffee with milk. She then rang me up for 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich thinking I wouldn't notice, then instead of ringing me up again, just handed me 2$ to make it up. I am a regular customer at this location. With the crazy fast pace morning commute, the ladies at this location are wonderful. My drinks are always perfect and my breakfast sandwich too. I am in and out in 5 minutes. They are all Hard working and deserve some recognition. I like the fact that they know my order when I get there. read more

Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The people who work there are rude. . When I asked the manager why are you charger so much extra , she said the owner. I ordered a dozen donuts but asked for them to be in 2 boxes. I do this all the time at every other Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. The only reason there are two stars is because my coffee was good and donuts were good. However, customer service is terrible! I stopped there to pick up some donuts for my office and the person at the counter points to prepackaged donuts on the side of the counter. I declined that offer and requested a separate assortment in boxes. The person immediately gets clearly annoyed and starts speaking in spanish with her coworker's and the other ladies. I can understand spanish and heard one coworker say just make it while the others all looked offended. There wasn't even a long line. Then, they put my coffee on the counter and the lady who ordered before me and was waiting thought it was hers and picked it up to go put her sugar and coffee. When one of the worker's notice and tell her that was mine. They were so rude to her and I said that it was okay no need to make me another. I think they need some training on customer service and maybe a little lesson on having a better attitude. Then! As I am waiting on my donuts, another woman comes to the counter and was asking questions about one of the items on the menu and the lady handing me my bag is saying under her breath "can't she just read the menu..." These people are not happy with their job and no one is saying it is fun serving others but if you are going to do it, there is no reason to treat people like they can't see or hear what they are saying.
