Went to get donuts this morning and decided to go inside. Stood there for awhile and could see 4 employees plus the manager just standing around doing nothing. No one would wait on you. The manager came over to the register but did not offer to take your order and walked away. Another couple was waiting behind us and decided to use the kiosk also to order. Had to use the kiosk and not all of the donuts were on there. Terrible customer service and will not be back!! The funniest thing that when we were walking out the door we saw that it had Emma Ryland certified manager trainer, she needs to visit there and teach them how to take orders from the paying customers! I was waiting in the drive thru this morning with four cars in front of me. it took 20 minutes to get my order placed. When I finally got to the drive up window there was no "sorry for the wait". I'm sure I looked annoyed because I heard an employee say I don't care if they are fu***** annoyed. She then aggressively handed me my coffee and bagel. She wasn't even looking at me and said nothing. I then say "oh have a great day!". I think that pushes a butting because as I was driving away I could hear her yelling from inside. Is it required by law to make the most inconsistent drinks possible? Every single time I come here the same drink I get every time tastes completely different and it's frustrating. Today it's like they hardly put any syrup in it at all. Earlier this week they put too much and it was so sweet it was bitter. There is no such thing as quality control at this establishment. Sometimes the drink I get is so different from the drink I ordered I question if I ordered the right thing, then I check the paper stuck on the side of the drink and remember I order the same thing every time. I go to this Dunkin' location all the time. Here is the trick: Order on the app! The lines here can get very long. I order on the app when I'm about 7-8 minutes away, and when I walk in, the food and drinks are ready and waiting. The one small hiccup is if you order a doughnut on the app, you usually have to ask them for it. Everything else is sitting on the pickup tray. I always make sure to tell people at the end of the long lines to use the app.. plus you earn free drinks, always a good thing! My favorite drink is an iced mocha latte with coconut flavor shots. Their turkey sausage on a plain bagel is also a staple for me. Definitely one of the better Dunkin's I've been to, but use the app! You will thank me later. ; ) read more

This one was worse than the one on Medina Rd. I ordered a caramel hot coffee. They gave me pretty cold coffee, not iced coffee but like room temperature coffee. I said hey this isn't hot at all. They said they'd take care of it. I'm pretty sure they just threw it in the microwave because it was only slightly warmer and I didn't want to deal with the drive thru attendants attitude anymore so I just left. This Dunkin Donuts used to also have Baskin Robbins with it but they have been closed for over a year and just reopened as just Dunkin Donuts. They seem to be busier now and their drive-thru is busy. Of course the coffee is very good and you can also buy it by the lb. to take home and brew. The donuts are great and they now have breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The sandwiches are very "fast food" tasting but will suffice for a quick place to sit down and eat. If you're looking for atmosphere this isn't it, but it's convenient and I hope they make a go of it in this location. They have a quite a few tables, a TV and also have WiFi. read more

LOVE! their iced coffee. I drink an iced coffee every day, and this is one of my favorites. I can't have too many of these because of caffeine (it's not watered down like other iced coffee's I've had), but I love to get them on my drive to work. I never go in, just through the drive thru - so I can't give any info about the inside of the place. I do like their sandwiches too, I got the ham and cheese last time I was in. I have been going to the dunkin donuts for years. My wife and I both. The iced coffee's with a turbo shot have always been really good. The past couple weeks however I don't feel the coffee has been worth the money we pay. When my wife and I have been getting the coffee the coffee either has been watery as if they were using hot coffee and added ice to it. Or it has tasted almost burnt. We are not picky. We don't like to complain but the coffee we have been getting is almost worth giving it back and having them make another. And being we have been going there for years I've noticed it gotten worse both with the food and drinks we received. And even the friendliness of some of the staff. You can tell some of them just don't want to be there. I love dunking donuts. It's always been my coffee of choice. But now I'm doubting if I even want to waste my money anymore. read more

It's 2:45 on a Saturday P.M. with one customer at a table and one customer at the counter when I walked in. They were NOT busy. The young male employee was too busy socializing with the customer ahead of me to notice me. The customer ahead of me took off for the bathroom and the male employee disappeared while a young female employee behind the counter was occupied with two pieces of paper writing notes. The male employee reappeared and began taking my order until the customer returned from the bathroom. He stopped taking my order and resumed his conversation with her. I turned around and left. I ordered a bagel through the drive-through window because I didn't want to go in. I got home 15 minutes later and discovered it had been sliced and toasted AND it was too dark now for me to retoast it. I did not ask for it to be sliced and toasted. Panera always asks--they don't make assumptions about how soon I am going to eat my bagel. I called and asked about it, and they said this is what they always do. They slice and toast unless someone specifically asks them not to do so. How are you supposed to know to tell them not to? Weird. They offered to replace it, and I will probably take them up on it, but I will have to remember to tell them not to toast it. Also, they are not baking the donuts in the individual Dunkin Donuts stores now, and they are always dry and unappealing. Dunkin Donuts used to be good when they actually made them in the stores.
