No stars should be given. The person I dealt with was extremely rude. Not helpful, full of anger. Should not be in the business. Needs anger management classes. The customer is not always right. I'm giving these guys three stars because I think there is soooo much room for improvement. First of all the location stinks. It is hidden allll the way back of a plaza. No drive through and the parking is awkward. There is usually one employee working the store which is not only a disservice to all customers but also not very safe for them. Food and drink is typical Dunkin fare and the taste don't really vary from location so whatever. They need more employees and stock after the breakfast rush. I watched an employee with a very long impatient line during breakfast hour leave the register and the store to load an elderly handicapped mans vehicle with his order. It was heartwarming. This place has a lot of promise but needs more personnel. Preferably like that employee. read more

It's disturbing when you walk into DD and standing their for 7 minutes watching 2 workers putting out internet Orders and looking right at you and ignoring you and not even saying be with you in a second. Horrible service due to the new Staff. My drink always comes out wrong and my "heated food" is still cold inside. And a few days ago I ordered a cold brew and there were Coffee grinds all in it and I didn't know until I took a sip with my straw and chunks of it went into my mouth.... These kids just don't know what they're doing. The only person that does amazing is the older man that's in there not very often.. I only try to go in there on days he is working because if not my order is all wrong & gross! Please replace that staff or have the guy really teach and train them well! It really sucks when you are just trying to grab a quick coffee and breakfast food on the way to work and you have to worry about your order being wrong or iced coffee tasting bad! They are all very nice and I apologize for the bad review, I just hope they get more training, it's peoples money that is being spent on food and drinks.. this used to be my favorite Dunkin' location and it easily became my least. read more

I live in the area and come to this Dunkin often. Yesterday, I visited after placing a mobile order. I arrived at the store 10 minutes after placing my order and it wasn't ready yet. My order only consisted of 2 coffee's so I just figured they were busy and waited inside the store for it to be ready. I stood in the store for 30 minutes and watched the workers ( young white kid) and a young coworker of Indian decent) make everyone's order that were walk ins and consistently ignore my order. After 30 minutes the Indian worker asked what I ordered and I replied I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago now and he says back "well can you still tell me what you ordered" I told him, he made the drinks wrong and had remake them and it still wasnt right. What was supposed to be a quick coffee run turned Into a 45 minute event. The same thing happened to a friend of mine with the same workers. read more

Reveiws speak for them selves. It is a donut shop and they never have any donuts and thats by the late morning/afternoon. I typically go here for convenience but after the last time of the girl at the counter texting and not acknowledging the fact she had a customer at all, will not be going back. read more

I always come here for regular coffee. It's pretty standard but I'm glad it's not a popular location because I can get my stuff fast. The employees are always very nice to me, not sure why someone commented on them being nasty? That was never my experience (granted I'm nice to them as well). If I could I would them zero stars. I walked up at 9pm to get donuts the woman working locked the door when it closes at 10 she also shut off the lights and hid behind the counter when she had two customers waiting at the door. We pulled away and saw her behind the counter. All we wanted to get donuts when we where an hour before closing and this woman couldn't provide this which makes me a little aggravated because we wasted gas to get something but they denied by turning off the lights and locking the door. :( read more

I never thought I would review a Dunkin, because my expectations for them are usually pretty low, but this location can't even meet those. It's clear that they cut corners at every opportunity: cups with an inch of coffee missing (they put the milk in for you, so I don't get this one), and donuts that literally have a dollop of filling (we're talking a sixth of what I usually see). I can't speak to the other reviewers remarks about customer service, but if that's true then there are NO redeeming qualities in this location. read more

New Dunkin across from Starbucks- on 111. I have been coming to this place for about a month now. (7:45am) If i could give Zero stars I would. For a start I have neverrr, ever taken the time out of my day to write a review. But I am soooo disgusted with this place I just have to. The entire lack of professionalism and the way these people handle themselves is the worst I have EVER seen. If they had handled it differently this wouldn't even be that big of a deal. But for the 4th time today I received a iced tea instead of the advertized iced GREEN TEA. I tell the woman very nicely before she even handed it to me, (because it was very dark as she was pouring it) "are you sure that's green tea?" she tells me yes, i taste it. Its not. So i tell her nicely again "look this is the 4th time, I drink green tea every day, this is not it. Could you have possibly poured the wrong one?" She gives me an attitude, tells me well taste this one then. -Handing me a small cup of the the other labeled "iced tea" from the other container.. Not only does the color exactly match, ITS THE SAME THING!! both regular tea. So instead of being an honest, decent business person, the girl and her boss were sooo incredibly nasty and rude. Telling me I am wrong, and they MADE IT THIS MORNING. All they could've done was nicely say "Hey look we are new to green tea, Im sorry would you like something else?". But instead I get a hugeee attitude from both the woman and "owner" telling me I am wrong, who you can barely understand by the way, and not what i ordered. I have never been spoken to like that, in my life. Just horrible, and very bad way to start off my morning. I will NEVER go to this place again. **I have also noticed and heard from other complaining customers, they take forever and barely have a selection of donuts and bagels like other stores. -Their excuse by the way is " I didn't make it yet". I will make sure all of my family and friends know how rude and unprofessional these people are. STICK TO STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET. We stopped in for iced coffee my boyfriend got the cold brew, it tasted like water. He asked the girl (cant remember her name) if maybe he could just get a regular iced coffee instead because the coffee tasted kind of gross. She rolled her eyes and let out a huge huff. My boyfriend said "You don't need to be nasty to me". When she was done making the new coffee she slammed it on the counter by where I was adding sugar to my coffee. As we were walking out my boyfriend said "You should try and smile" a young man employee decided to say as my boyfriend walked out the door "Then don't be a fucking asshole" not realizing I was still present in the store. I was in utter shock especially since the young man was not present the whole time. He had a Subway bag in is hand assuming he was returning from break. I kindly went up to the counter and said well that was a little uncalled for, all he wanted was a new coffee. I think whoever is running this place needs to hire some new staff. NO ONE deserves to be treated that way especially over a cup of coffee. read more
