Drive thru staff is VERY RUDE!!! Never experienced a worse service. She took forever to give us our order (which is lacking BTW), and she had the AUDACITY to say "what else do you need, you're holding up the line" with a bitchy tone. I go to this Dunkin more frequent than not since it's close & easy to get to, considering I really don't like driving through Vineland. As of late, the quality of the drinks I order have gone down hill. First it was the sparkling refreshers - they'd always be out of sparkling water to make the drink. I'd be there earlier in the morning so I'm always confused on how they're out of it so early. Next is the Matcha Latte. The first time I ordered it I just said a simple matcha latte. They asked if I wanted anything extra in it, I said no. I pull up to the window & they hand me a plain latte. No matcha. Okay... maybe it was just a mix-up, no big deal. Then yesterday, I go to get a Matcha Latte & keep it in mind to make it clear I want matcha. I ask for a large matcha latte & they say I was good to pull up to the window. The drink I was handed was such a pale green, it almost looked yellow. I take a sip & it taste like milk & just a little matcha. It's frothed up so much, half the drink (& keep in mind a large) is foam. There was so much ice in there as well, I should've just ordered a small with no ice. I also ordered my brother a large iced coffee & it looked as though all the creamer from his coffee landed in my matcha. His had very little creamer in it for a large coffee. Maybe this is all a me-thing, or I should be more specific, but I haven't had the best experiences at this location - especially considering I've been going here for quite a while & have never had a problem until late. read more

The staff at our school is at this Dunkin at least 3 times a week. the employees have gotten nicer but the service itself has gone down hill. 3 out of 4 coffees in every order are wrong despite ordering on the app and the staff having the order in writing in front of them. we are pretty sure they're cheating all of the customers by using iced coffee instead of cold brew but still charging cold brew. this morning is a great example. one of these coffees is an iced coffee with 3 creams and one is supposed to be a cold brew with less ice and one cream. we can't tell the difference. we'll be going out of our way to a different Dunkin in hopes of getting what we order. read more

Honestly worst experience i've ever had from a dunkin' donuts and i've been to quite a few in my lifetime. First off, I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes before someone decided to say something and take my order. And it's not like they were busy the place was dead empty. Second, the lady taking the order was a complete a-hole. No respect or anything just sounded like a d**k. Third, tell me how they don't have more than half the donuts on the menu, and they told me that they "can't make frozen drinks" how hard is it to put something in a machine and follow the instructions. Lastly, the food. It was cold and tasted like it's been sitting out for 5 hours. Last time i will ever find myself at that dunkin. DO NOT GO HERE. Is not worth your money read more

I would love to tell you that I've discovered a gem or found a hidden treasure here but I cannot. It's just a donut shop. It's clean and they provide fast service. So on that front it's great but again, it's just a donut shop. So when you're looking for a dozen donuts to bring to the office this place will meet your needs. read more

I order from this location frequently either through grub hub or I pick it up myself and I have to say the majority of the time there is an issue. The coffee is made poorly it usually doesn't taste like coffee at all, it's more like hot sugar water. The sandwiches I've had are were either missing (I usually order 2-6 depending) they are made wrong or in this last instance burnt to a crisp. My kids really like their breakfast sandwiches and I would like to be able to get them what they want but if this is how they think a sandwich should be prepared there is a major issue. Also when I have ordered thru grub hub the store will never call you or grub hub if they don't have an item available they just refund it. Considering that I live in an area that doesn't have a lot of choices (which is also the reason I regretfully go back to this place) it would be nice to be given a call and asked if I would like an alternative for the same or close to the same price so that one of my family members doesn't have to go without breakfast. Sooooooooooooooo slow. SOOOOOOO SLOW. I'm waiting I line right now, and it's been almost 10 minutes to get one coffee. I'm here at the window, employees farting around and goofing off all the while I can watch them. It's been like this for 3 minutes. They've mess up simple orders often. The coffee was given to me but then I was told to pull up and wait for latte. Employee taking the order inside obviously doesn't want to be at work. But I'm here to pay for my coffee and sandwich. That's what pays your salary! Got burned bad by a blonde who refuse to put on the lid right twice saying it was my fault. I said no, can I talk to your manager, she refused, she yelled at me and told me to go away, even the coffee spilled over and burned my wife. I said, this ain't right, she closed the door on our face and walked away. Bad business. And, on top of that we can't get a hold of the managers, they continually lie to cover their asses! The manager yells at employees and the one man who works there does not give coin change back to you, he instead puts it right in the tip jar. Few people who work there are nice and clean but most of the workers I've dealt with mess up a simple coffee order over and over again. From no ice to no syrup to no cream or sugar, they have even messed up food orders. I gave this place enough tries but they just disappointed me. I make the trip a few minutes down the road to the Clayton Dunkin now instead as I am much more satisfied with their service. read more

As someone who really rarely complains about food, (I've eaten orders that are completely wrong with no problem because I understand things happen) I am more than a little annoyed with this particular Dunkin. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese only to get regular cream cheese, my iced coffee tastes like water with caramel sauce in it and my frozen cappuccino tastes like they blended coffee beans with ice. Worst Dunkin' ever! I went through drive thru and they took my order. everything was fine up until I got to the window. I ordered tea, a coffee, and a plain bagel. SIMPLE. I paid and got my receipt and realized they charged me for a bacon egg and cheese bagel instead which costs more. So I brought it to their attention and asked for the extra money I paid back, which was about $2. They said very rudely "can we just give you a donut instead?" ... just awful service.. than I realized they didn't even add my coffee!? So I was waiting for my coffee and she said "do you need something else?" Again rudely. And I said yes now I am waiting for my coffee and she said "um you Didn't order coffee." WHEN I DEFINITELY DID. I offered to pay for it and just have them make it at that point and she said "no we can't do that if you didn't order it" I said "I did order it." She said "if you want it you can come inside." .... I don't see why these people can not own up to a mistake and make an effort to apologize and make it right. They never once apologized for the mistakes that were made.
