The staff is friendly and prompt and the operation always seems to be running smooth all the time. The dining area is fairly limited in size but there is always a good rotation of guests where I can find a seat with an outlet and get some work done for a couple of hours. The atmosphere is a bit sterile and basic but that's just me trying to find something I don't like. I'll come here all the time.

We got a plain bagel with cream cheese, an everything bagel with butter. A cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. A breakfast burrito! And I forgot what else. The bagels were divine! Light airy chewy and delicious! No matter the spread! The burrito was a hair dry and needed something like ketchup or SnP or something, but was still delightful! There were only 2 people working in the back and it took a few minutes, but that is probably due to the burrito lol! Im sure we would have been in and out in 1/4 the time with only bagels! I had never been here, even though it's right next to a deli that I love to get lunch from. It was pretty hot out that afternoon, so we decided to sit inside, ordered a couple iced coffees, and she had a sandwich.. A very pleasant place with a few seats and tables inside and plenty of outdoor seating. The menu included flavored lemonades which I thought was perfect for the warm weather. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going, which is great, considering the location doesn't have a lot of traffic driving through town.

The coffee spot is next to some cute seating and is definitely a good spot to sit and chill while you sip. I ordered the iced Blonde Hawaiian with oat milk and my mom had the hot s'mores latte. She also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The Blonde Hawaiian was delicious! The toffee nut with the coconut and vanilla was sweet and yummy. My mom's s'mores latte was good, but she did say it was a tad too sweet for her liking so if you're not into sweets maybe ask for less syrup. Bonus points to Rise N Grind though because I watched the barista use a mini torch to roast a marshmallow for my mom's drink. It was adorable and such a nice touch! She really liked the bagel and said that they were very generous with the cream cheese spread as well. Being that they are popular they definitely need another full coffee station. They have a partial coffee station next to the truck that serves regular coffee and cold brew. It was too hot to stand in the line and it was not moving fast enough so I opted for the partial coffee stand. They had regular cold brew and a banana flavored cold brew. I tried the banana flavored cold brew which was pretty decent. I enjoyed the flavor however I was not a fan of the almond milk they used. I also felt the cold brew could have been a little stronger. Next time hopefully I'll get to try a curated coffee from the actual truck. The staff were pretty friendly and theres a little area to sit right next to the stand. Great for shoppers to grab a pick me up.

I was there for the first time on Sunday, March 30, 2025, for breakfast (big shock!). Note: they serve breakfast and lunch but have dinner specials on certain nights throughout the month (check their website). The café is clean and well lit; one side of the café is all windows, which is great because you can watch planes take off and land at the Hammonton Municipal Airport. Neat! There is a small counter/bar with room for about 10 people and then various tables throughout the venue. Weather permitting, there is also outside seating. We were a party of 4 and were seated immediately. Our server, Ava, was fantastic from start to finish. She greeted us right away and took our drink order. Since we all asked for coffee, she brought a carafe for the table and that really impressed me. Our coffee cups were always full. We quickly ran out of sugar; instead of bringing more packets to the table, she brought us a free-pour sugar dispenser. How thoughtful! Throughout our meal, she checked on us several times and refilled our carafe, brought more creamer, and so on. It was refreshing to be so well attended to. As far as the food goes: top-notch, hot, fresh, prepared and cooked perfectly, plated professionally... what more can I say? Eggs: cooked perfectly over-easy; scrapple: crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside (like God intended!); sausage gravy: hot, tasty, and exceptional. Also, my brother-in-law ordered eggs benedict and much to his delight, the meal came out HOT and the poached eggs were cooked by a pro - just gushing with hot yolk when cut in half. My sister's meal came with pancakes and I ate one. Wow - on par with all of the other food: delicious! This was a really special breakfast for us and I am grateful to the Apron Café and the entire staff for making our visit wonderful and one that I want to repeat as soon as possible.
