I go to this Dunkin more frequent than not since it's close & easy to get to, considering I really don't like driving through Vineland. As of late, the quality of the drinks I order have gone down hill. First it was the sparkling refreshers - they'd always be out of sparkling water to make the drink. I'd be there earlier in the morning so I'm always confused on how they're out of it so early. Next is the Matcha Latte. The first time I ordered it I just said a simple matcha latte. They asked if I wanted anything extra in it, I said no. I pull up to the window & they hand me a plain latte. No matcha. Okay... maybe it was just a mix-up, no big deal. Then yesterday, I go to get a Matcha Latte & keep it in mind to make it clear I want matcha. I ask for a large matcha latte & they say I was good to pull up to the window. The drink I was handed was such a pale green, it almost looked yellow. I take a sip & it taste like milk & just a little matcha. It's frothed up so much, half the drink (& keep in mind a large) is foam. There was so much ice in there as well, I should've just ordered a small with no ice. I also ordered my brother a large iced coffee & it looked as though all the creamer from his coffee landed in my matcha. His had very little creamer in it for a large coffee. Maybe this is all a me-thing, or I should be more specific, but I haven't had the best experiences at this location - especially considering I've been going here for quite a while & have never had a problem until late. read more
