As a piece of advice from someone who has had over 15 years in the service industry, during a morning rush you probably shouldn't have someone waiting at the drive thru speaker for 7 mins, just to tell you I have a mobile order, while a member of your staff thinks that propping the back door open and vaping from the inside. The service is horrendous. Was watching who I believe was the manager taking her time with a drink order then proceeded to take a call and moved even slower. I finally said ma'am about three times and I asked if she could finish the drink and get off the phone. She then proceeded to yell at me and say no you can just have a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews on this Dunkin before we went in. At first glance it was dirty. The floor was in need of a good mopping and the donut case, well let's just say, it was gross. We ordered two regular coffees; one large and one extra large. The extra large was supposed to have French Vanilla creamer and the large regular half and half. The store was not unusually busy so one would think two basic coffees would be out in flash. Sadly, they were not. In addition to waiting forever, I noticed how the employees conducted themselves. Several were complaining and all of them looked like they hadn't had a bath. The one person who was making the iced coffees was not even wearing gloves, but noticeably her fingers would dip into the filled cups. ICK We finally got our coffee and were out the door. I felt relief that we escaped the mayhem, until I took a sip of my coffee. They put the wrong creamer in my coffee. They decided I needed French Vanilla too! Staff were very hostile and catty. Service was slow. The pear-shaped blonde one put her hand into my drink and gave me a nasty snarl.

What a s### show. Do not stop at this location. We were traveling and stopped for a quick snack of coffee and donuts. We went in and were directed to a kiosk. You can't order inside. There was a sign on the kiosk that they were out of caramel. But they were screaming at waiting customers all the other things they were out of. How does a dunkin run out of cream?? From the kiosk I couldn't order a powdered donut. I could see them, but I couldn't order one. We placed our order and sat down to wait. And the show began. People were canceling orders. The manager was yelling at customers and her employees. A local Starbucks is closed and she is mad about the additional business this has created. Our coffee was ready quickly which surprised me. But we never got our donuts. I had to go to the counter to ask for them. I couldn't even get anyone to look at me. Finally getting the manager's attention she reluctantly got my donuts. When my order was complete, rather than leave, I decided it sit for a while and watch the show. While I sat, they ran out of every flavor except pumpkin and two others. No cream, no oat milk among other things. My favorite thing about the entire experience is when I realized the kids who were running wild in the lobby belonged to the manger. Wish I could give zero stars. We got here and there was a sign that asked for patience as they are training new staff. It was very busy which is understandable for a Sunday at 11:30. We were only able to order at a Kiosk because there were "no registers open." While we waited, we witnessed the manager yell at SEVERAL customers. The neighboring Starbucks is closed and she was acting as if it were the customer's fault that Starbucks had closed. She was apparently very ungrateful for the new business that this closure had provided. We are traveling and happened to stop here but if we were local, I can promise we wouldn't return either. Oct 3, 2024 this was my complaint to corporate- Im writing because I recently visited a Dunkin on 9218 S State Rd 228, MacClenny, FL 32063. I ordered ahead because the per the APP the store was open. My order receipt was timed for 5:40am on Sunday 29th, 2024 for an small iced coffee. I waited at the speaker for a while, then I drove around. I see people just moving about on front counter. They were fixing drinks, I thought they was fixing my drink. They were just fixing themselves drinks. I noticed the lights were still off in the lobby, so l called inside. India the manager, well she stated she was the manager. I said hey I ordered a coffee through the app. She states that this location open at 6am on Sundays and had been for years. She said that I could come back when they open. I do not live in or around macclenny, not to mention this location is by the interstate. Why not solve the problem, when everything is ready for use? Then I asked was there a way I could get my money back. She said yes through the app. So l sit in drive thru for 20mins trying to figure out the app and getting my money back. Not to mention I just worked a 12hr shift overnight. So 6am rolls around I notice someone telling the cars behind me to back up and pull back around. I'm already like I'm not doing all that because why?! The cars go around. That same girl comes to the window she says to me "can you pull around to the speaker because you was here before we opened." Um no, ma'am I will not! I asked her name, she said he name was India, and that she was the manager. I told her she had one of two choices give me my money back or give me my coffee. I been sitting here for 20mins waiting for this place to open and looking to see how I could get my money back on the app as she stated. India looks me in my face and says," I didn't ask you to sit here!" After working 12hrs overnight all I wanted was a iced coffee to make it home which was 20-30mins away. What I should have been met with was I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'll tell my store manager about the APP being on for orders, instead of the nasty attitude I was met with. It's like she tried to punish me for sitting at the window for 20mins for an order I placed on the APP. That's what I call unsatisfactory customer service. It was one girl in there that seem like she wanted to do the right thing, but big bad wolf India was in her ear. Fast forward to today. I stopped there this morning to retrieve a pick up order. India informed me i was trespassing. She lied at 6:22. She still feel some kind of way about October. I didn't get my order i had to call corporate to get my money back. At 9:16 baker county call me to inform me Sierra and India requested i be trespassed because me and India had multiple run ins. That's a lie!! Three people waiting for service when I walked in. None were acknowledged by staff. Kiosk not working properly for the guy using it. Staff totally focused on drive thru. Waited 5 minutes for someone to be waited on and decided to walk next door to Starbucks where I had my coffee and pumpkin spice cake in under 2 minutes. read more

Saturday morning approx 8am 3 cars in drive through, I went inside and no one was ahead of me with at least 5 employees behind the counter and 1 at the drive through window. I stood there for at least 2 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment of me even being there. so I gave up and went to the kiosk and tried to place my order there. No luck half of the donuts in the display cabinet did not show on the kiosk. Another person walks in and they take theit order within a minute. This is not the first time experiencing horrible customer service at this location. They recently did a renovation at this location unfortunately the service did not improve. I'm traveling across country and have never had a problem with a Dunkin' Donuts until coming to this store. We walked in this afternoon and asked for two coffees. We were told "we can't orders in person, only drive thru" while standing at the counter. We told the rude male working the counter that we have a trailer and can't use the drive thru, can we just place an order here and he replied "oh ok" and walked away. My wife had to call him back again and ask how were supposed to get an order placed. He said "download the app. Online only" While my wife sat in the lobby trying to download the app the man stood at the counter staring awkwardly for 10 minutes until she was finally able to order. When we got our order the man placed two coffees on the counter, and said that's it. I said where's the donuts. He said that's it. My wife went back inside to ask him why he didn't give us the powdered donut holes for my daughter, he said oh yea we got rid of those yesterday and walked away. Luckily the lady who works next door said she has problems with this guy commonly and he has a problem with WOMEN. And went in to talk to him. After using the restroom, I went to the counter for my mobile order. The person working the front walked past me about 5 times without looking at or acknowledging me. Another person working the drive thru walked past me twice, also not acknowledging me. I finally just asked the first person if I can just grab my order that was sitting on the counter with other orders. I understand when staff are busy but not acknowledging someone, even an "I'll be with you in a second," after walking by them several times is very frustrating. On 7/9/2023 after traveling and being on the road for 3 days, we made a needed break at D&D in McClenny, FL off the interstate. We had to order from the kiosk as they weren't taking orders at the register. After waiting about 10 minutes, it was time to make our order and we were told they were out of cream, (that has never happened in my 30+ years of going to D&D). We said we wanted a refund. We were spoken down to like a naughty child that they had a list of stuff they were out of on the kiosk. There is a list of things taped to the kiosk, but it does not mention it was a list of things they were out of, and there was no way to ask them what the list was even for. I tried showing the list to a little squat blonde woman, and explain to them it needs to be labeled otherwise no one knows what the list is for. This person got loud and said, I ain't going to talk about this, I'm not arguing about that. I wasn't arguing, I was trying to show her that customers have no idea what this is. These people don't have to be so nasty to their customers who have no idea what their system is for being out of product, and their customers wouldn't have to order and wait 10 minutes or more to be told we are out of this or that, and the list was pretty long. I have been a Dunkin' Donuts person for 20+ years. This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever seen in my life. I was traveling through on my way home, and didn't want to sit in the line of 15 cars in the drive-through. I go inside and I was told they would not serve me unless I use the app to place an online order or go sit in the drive-through. Unbelievable. So, of course, I go sit in the drive-through get a coffee. They gave me a defective cup where the bottom eventually came out of the cup and spilled coffee all on the inside of my car after I've been driving for 15 minutes. I'm not sure if this is a corporate store or if it is a franchise but whoever owns it needs to be more aware of what's going on and run the business better. I am more then disappointed in this location and the lack of management. I have yet to see a manager of any kind the times I have been in there. The two most recent times I have walked in and walked right back out. The most recent being yesterday. The music was abnormally loud that I was unable to hear the cashier. Our family stopped in this morning for breakfast while in a road trip. Ciera d was our cashier, she was extremely friendly! I didn't get the names of the staff that prepared our food and drinks; however they were also friendly! Everything was made in a timely fashion. Wife went there today, and ordered 4 eclairs because they did't have any Boston Creme donuts. When she received the order was told they only had three whole eclairs, and one that was broken in half that they normally throw away; but, he included it to complete the order. I was thrilled when they opened this location but from day one, the food has been abysmal, the coffee has been subpar and with the exception of only two employees that I've encountered, the customer service is a joke. Examples? Sure, no problem. Off the top of my head: Moldy bread. Dry donuts. Slimy donuts. NO donuts ("Sorry, we're out of everything but [insert least favorite donut here]."). Incorrect orders. Broken latte machine within first month of opening. Flies circling and landing on food behind counter. Extremely long waits at drive-thru despite being the only car in line. I could keep going but I'll spare you. I have honestly tried to give this place a chance; I've been here over ten times at various times of the day since they opened. Wow. I just wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting in line to speak to someone who was unwilling to put cream in my coffee. I am a regular at Dunkin Donuts around the state, but I can assure you that I will never be returning to this location. My drink order is not complicated, and I have been served this exact drink from at least a dozen other Dunkin Donuts. That's how I knew that this incompetent employee's initial response, stating that it was against 'Dunkin policy' to add cream to my drink, was a blatant lie. Very courteous staff and drive through moves quickly. Others have written about issues but I have had none whether I go in the store or drive through. It is a newly opened store and need to have a little patience. Have never been to any store that has opened at 100 plus pct. So Stop, smell the coffee brewing and donuts, it's worth it. read more
