You can tell the team really cares about the experience they're creating for customers. I also love that PJ's has those Louisiana roots -- the menu has a lot of fun options and their iced coffee and cold brew are always solid. It's the kind of place that's perfect whether you're meeting a friend, getting some work done, or just grabbing a quick coffee.
