When you give a customer something cold, that's supposed to be hot, don't blame it on the customer. I was there to pick up my online order promptly and was told my food JUST came out. The customer service at this location is appalling. I placed a mobile to-go order this morning. When I went into the store to pick it up, part of the order was missing. I believe someone had accidentally taken my food. When I informed the person behind the counter, she told me it would be a minute. Five minutes went by and nothing. I stood and watched them place probably another 20 orders on the to-go counter. People streamed in and out. I stood waiting. I asked again about my food and was told it would be a minute. I stood there for another five minutes until I asked to talk to the manager. She said, "You already did. It will be a minute." I was gone for so long, my fiance called my cell phone because he thought I had gotten into a car accident. I stood in that store for a total of 20 minutes being ignored, standing in a corner waiting for someone to make a piece of toast. The rest of the food was cold. When I got home there were THREE hashbrowns in the bag. Seriously, people, do better. I travel every weekend for work and this location is the worst! My drink which is the same at EVERY DD is not the same at this location. Sent my son to get me a drink (unfortunately it's the closest one to my home) that I have had dozens of times and it was horrible. I had to throw it away. His girlfriends drink also needed to be thrown away. Spoke to the Manager and was told that's how it's made.. NOPE ! NEVER.. I honestly think the machine was broken or had cleaning chemicals in it . I have given this establishment my business for way to long. I don't usually write bad reviews but I had to on this one. I got two cups of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese to go. No greeting from the cashier, just an "anything else?". Then I received my coffee's (for other people I was picking up) and a bag she said was full of cream and sugar. I leave and my bagel is stale with barely any cream cheese and there is literally one creamer per XL coffee and two sugars. I know times are tough but do we really have to cream and sugar that much..... C'mon man! read more

Staff is very friendly...they always know my order when I come in. They get very busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings- my only complaint is that they run low on donuts those mornings. Recommend using the app for mobile ordering- corporate policy is that mobile orders get priority! read more

Stopped in the Dunkin' Donuts establishment located in the Lusby Md area this week. I remembered from years past how delicious their donuts were and reasonably priced. I ordered a dozen of different flavors and gave the girl my card. She rang it up and I left. When I got into my car I just happened to look at my receipt and I was astonished that they are selling a dozen donuts for $8.00. I almost took them back into the store. I am wondering how they can get that much with lots of competitors within the same vicinity. To top it off their donuts are not as good either. I won't be going back there. read more

I was VERY disappointed today, service was ok, until I questioned why the donuts looked like they did... she was still kinda friendly, but my office is celebrating "national donut day" a day early, so I stopped to get a dozen, and when I looked at all the donuts, it was as if they ran out of icing... This past weekend, I went to Dunkin Donuts for the thousandth time with my sister and yet again, the establishment did not disappoint. My visit to Dunkin Donuts was a rare visit due to there being no lengthy, insidious line. I was able to walk myself right up to the counter and smell all the warm, delicately-baked goods they had. The charming, pleasant man at the counter greeted me with a beautiful, beaming smile as he stood, tall and proud, in front of a wall of colorful, mouth-watering donuts. I ordered simply a breakfast sandwich and sweet tea. Awaiting my food, I got the pleasure of looking at all the beautiful, intricate cakes near the front door (because as most people know, this Dunkin Donuts is also a Baskin Robbins). After only a few brief minutes, I received my much-anticipated tea and a brown, crinkly, paper bag that I knew was holding my delectable sandwich. I took a sip of my tea that gave the impression I was drinking liquid sugar, which is ideal for me since I have quite a huge sweet tooth. Finally, the moment I've been waiting so patiently for, I took the sandwich out of its bag and finally took my first bite. It was decadent and bursting with flavor, the perfect thing to start my day with. I'm already looking forward to the next time I get to start my day off with a smile due to acquiring Dunkin Donuts. If you haven't been, just stop in before work or school for something enjoyable and satisfying to please your taste buds. read more
