Good service. Usually very quick and friendly staff. Whether doing work, on a date, or business meeting, the atmosphere is great to sit and sip coffee. Lately the coffee has been watery and bitter. Since this is my primary reason for going to Starbucks, I am bumping my review down to a 3... read more

Walked over from our hotel for our coffee.. big sitting area.. in a shopping center so easy parking. Has a drive thru also. Coffee came out pretty fast. They had a pretty big group working this morning.. was moving like well oiled machine. read more

First, it was soo busy. We decided to go in. We were seen at the line pretty easily but it took quite some time to get our food and drink. When I got my drink I was as confused why it didn't have cold foam and the barista was quite rude about it. read more

One of the very best Starbucks I've ever been to. Definitely above average, which is already pretty high. Clean, fast service, friendly, well-stocked and very, very skilled at delivering on the menu. Well-managed and on point. They'll have my business as long as I live anywhere nearby. Truly, A+ read more

One star they randomly decided to close at 7. When they normally close at 9 of course when I'm craving the drink they close randomly.

The bacon on the sandwiches is always borderline RAW!! I always ask for it to be cooked extra or opened faced and it is still always raw. Sometimes the sandwich is still half FROZEN! Very disappointing and disgusting. The management at this location clearly needs to be retrained. The employees are always nice and usually will give me a replacement sandwich but even those will still be somewhat raw. Seriously management do better!! read more

The staff are rude and lazy. For a coffee that costs what it does in this economy, it should be right. Here, they do a half-assed job and then get attitude with you and flat out refuse to remake it when they get your order wrong. read more

every single time they fill my cup with half ice. literally take 5-6 sips out of a grande and it's gone. this time I even asked for light ice and they still filled it more than halfway up with ice. my son got a drink with no ice and they filled the cup with whip cream and it even a third of fluid to make up for the no ice. shit service and waste of money read more

Fastest service I have ever seen! So many drinks were brought out from mobile orders to regular orders. I give all my respect to all of the employees for how kind and respectful they are. They are the hardest workers and deserve nothing but the best. Thank you guys for all that you do!!! read more

Staff is wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. Staff was talking about how they are a danger to society and should not be allowed in public and bragging to each other who's been put away or locked up more. They treated us poorly and one of our drinks had plastic in it and both of the drinks were so poorly made we threw them out. Only reason we didn't go back was because we felt uncomfortable bringing our daughter back with the type of behavior that was going on. Poor drinks and a poor service experience. I think you guys need to reevaluate who you hire. read more

This is the consistently busiest Starbucks I have ever been a regular at. Unfortunately this is the only location in the county other than the one in the Target which does not have a drive through. In the morning it's a minimum 15 to 20 minute wait to get a cup of coffee. The employees work hard and well staffed that place is just that busy. read more

I truly have no complaints. I went here to grab a medicine ball for my aunt, and it wasn't packed. There was a couple taking their time in front of me, but the cashier was nice and didn't rush them. He took my order and my drink was made in like 3/4minutes. The location was clean and I'd have no problem returning. -free parking lot -stores nearby -free WiFi -drive thru -good service read more

They have been out of chai tea for two days and I ordered peppered egg bites and waited ten minutes just to receive the wrong item. Not to mention I waited five minutes before that just for my order to be taken. read more

Long wait lines due to many customers. This causes the baristas to work too quickly and get sloppy. Went to this location twice and both times my drink was wet and leaking from the lid. They either need more baristas and espresso machines, or go to the other Starbucks up the road. read more

This is a pretty large store that's very disorganized. A plus is the employees are super nice so I can overlook the slowness. There were like 10 flies in the store that was pretty disgusting cause they are nasty. Maybe if they cleaned up more often it wouldn't be so bad Maybe a stricter management who showed staff how to clean and work. I mean yes it's a big store with a drive they but still no excuse for the unkept areas with dirty utensils ect sitting out feeding the flies read more

Long lines. Sometimes it moves fast sometimes slow. Drive through line takes priority over inside service. Mire seating inside than the previous location. read more

The guy working the drive thru window, Ronny, knew the answer to my question (how would making a Venti Espresso Frappuccino a triple affect the consistency of the drink). I really appreciated that he was knowledgeable about all the product! read more

I've been here 4 times and they've made my order wrong every time. When I go in and repeat 3 times they still can't make it right. They might not be able to make my order, but they're still very nice. read more

The employees have always been very friendly at this location. Recently they have been sold out of a lot of the drinks we usually order however they were able to make recommendations for similar options. My dogs always enjoy the puppuccino too! read more

This is the second instance where I have ordered a drink and I have asked for them to make it over and it was a problem. In this instance I was specific about my drink, they made it wrong and I asked nicely for them to remake it (which I am sure they didn't for the fact that I waited way longer for the first and the second came way too quick with the same issue). I then walked it inside (as I was in the drive-thru). Only to have the barrister ask me, " so you want me to make it a third time?" For a $6 drink...absolutely!! Terrible customer service. We are a military family and have travelled to many Starbucks and this one has got to me the worst!!!! It may be better to go down to the Target Starbucks. read more

I've been 3 times and the last 2 times they've managed to mess up my order. There's also an extremely long wait for them to mess up your order. I've given up on trying to get them to fix the order because then they put regular milk instead of almond milk, causing me to be sick for the rest of the day. Lesson learned. read more

The staff is nice but it takes a very long time to get coffee. The drive through wait averages 18 minutes. Not a place to go if you have somewhere to be. read more

For the most part always well made drinks. Nice staff. The drive thru can be a bit ridiculous sometimes but they always seem to get the orders correct even when busy. read more

I was so exited when this town finally got a drive thru Starbucks! But dear Lord this has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. You will spend no less than 15 min at the drive thru! Even when there's no line I've had to wait 10 min! At first I thought they were working out the kinks, but months later it's still slow! read more

This is one of the few coffee shops in the area. The staff here is really friendly and helpful when there is not a massive crowd. I typically like to go in the evenings later because it's not nearly as busy as it is earlier in the day. Not always spot on with the frapps, but overall friendly staff. read more

Great new location but the time waiting for a drink can be horrible. The only turnaround time that seems to matter is the drive through. Some of the employees are great and others don't seem to care. read more

This is the worst Starbucks ever!!! Your drive thru wait time is always 20 minutes or longer even if it's only one car in front of you. The employee's never know their products and I get the same drink every time I go but the price is always different. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks. They were about a half mile down the street in a bigger building but moved here to a brand new building with twice the space and are still slow and there's a huge line every time I go. Even ordering online is slowed down because the employees are the same from the store they moved from...which was even worse. If you want quick coffee, go anywhere else! read more

This Starbucks is better than the one in Lusby, but this one is hit or miss. I'm a fairly usual customer, I went there to order a drink and they tried to tell me to order something else it was close but not the same and they also told me everyone else has made it wrong. Yea I'm done with the shitty customer service and 5$ a drink! Smh read more

When you're one of two Starbucks locations in the immediate area, you get busy. The staff here on a busy Sunday afternoon handled everything in a fabulous, cool headed manner. Polite, level headed, and working just as quickly as they can. Even with a total wait time of about 20 minutes, I never felt annoyed just because I saw that the three behind the bar were being as diligent as they possibly could. Even with other frustrated customers who didn't see it in the same manner I did, these folks just kept on going with a smile on their face. Hats off to this team. read more

This Starbucks is tiny and easy to miss. Located near Lowes and BJ's, accessible only by the southbound lane of Three Notch Road. Not a lot of seating and parking is kind of sparse, but it's the only Starbucks in SOMD (although there is one over the bridge in Lusby), so beggars can't be choosers. Friendly staff. I wish the establishment was bigger. read more
