The bacon on the sandwiches is always borderline RAW!! I always ask for it to be cooked extra or opened faced and it is still always raw. Sometimes the sandwich is still half FROZEN! Very disappointing and disgusting. The management at this location clearly needs to be retrained. Staff is wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. Staff was talking about how they are a danger to society and should not be allowed in public and bragging to each other who's been put away or locked up more. They treated us poorly and one of our drinks had plastic in it and both of the drinks were so poorly made we threw them out. Only reason we didn't go back was because we felt uncomfortable bringing our daughter back with the type of behavior that was going on. Poor drinks and a poor service experience. I think you guys need to reevaluate who you hire. read more

This is the consistently busiest Starbucks I have ever been a regular at. Unfortunately this is the only location in the county other than the one in the Target which does not have a drive through. In the morning it's a minimum 15 to 20 minute wait to get a cup of coffee. The employees work hard and well staffed that place is just that busy. read more

This is a pretty large store that's very disorganized. A plus is the employees are super nice so I can overlook the slowness. In this instance I was specific about my drink, they made it wrong and I asked nicely for them to remake it (which I am sure they didn't for the fact that I waited way longer for the first and the second came way too quick with the same issue). I then walked it inside (as I was in the drive-thru). Only to have the barrister ask me, " so you want me to make it a third time?" For a $6 drink...absolutely!! Terrible customer service. They were about a half mile down the street in a bigger building but moved here to a brand new building with twice the space and are still slow and there's a huge line every time I go. When you're one of two Starbucks locations in the immediate area, you get busy. The staff here on a busy Sunday afternoon handled everything in a fabulous, cool headed manner. Polite, level headed, and working just as quickly as they can. Even with a total wait time of about 20 minutes, I never felt annoyed just because I saw that the three behind the bar were being as diligent as they possibly could. Even with other frustrated customers who didn't see it in the same manner I did, these folks just kept on going with a smile on their face. Hats off to this team. read more
