I ordered the food for dine-in, so they brought it out to me after just a few minutes. Everything was delicious, really good for fast food (I am normally not a huge fan of fast food). I was particularly excited they had cheese curds, which you don't often see! I also ordered a mini reese's peanut butter cup blizzard for the road, also was delicious. The staff was great- I spilled my soda and one of the workers cleaned it up for me and was incredibly nice about it (I felt so bad!). Another person came up to me after I finished to ask me how my meal was. They were really busy and clearly working really hard to try to stay on top of everything. The price does not justify the bar with one bar being priced for a cost of an entire meal. The chocolate is super thin and small for the cost and I always want more as its never enough. For almost $10 a small thin bar is not worth it at all and I don't care what you are making it with. I make my own chocolate at home using organic cacao, pure organic guatamalen cacao, organic vanilla, sea salt and organic dates and/or organic monk fruit. The amount I make for the cost of one of these bars lasts me weeks. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like they I am paying for a company's entire operational inefficiency or overhead just to get a basic product and that's what's going on with this brand. I know the costs of organic cacao butter, dates etc. and we should not be paying $5 more for a bar just to leave out the cane sugar or coconut sugar. A few drops of monk fruit will sweeten the entire batch from my experience of making chocolate at home. The company tried to justify this by making a cheaper bar with cane sugar for about $5 which still is not cheap for a thin bar of chocolate and no, that defeats the entire brand and purpose with no sugar being added. I cant eat any cane sugar but I should not have to pay more to eliminate an ingredient and replace it with another that can be just as cost efficient. When a business passes every single bill--from high marketing costs to web hosting--directly to the consumer, the price loses touch with the actual value of the goods.
