Check every single item on every order!!!! This McDonalds "forgets" the extra condiments that they charge you for so often that it seems like they train their employees to ignore anything that costs the customer money? Want something off your burger? They get that right most of the time? Want some cheese? They will charge you for it, and then not put it on there every single time. Then they'll demand you come all the way back with a receipt and the order to fix their mistake, with no refund or compensation for the gas you're burning for it. i ordered double meat on a sandwich. when i arrived home it wasn't double meat. i called and went back to the restaurant. i'm confused why did the worker try to give me two patties in a nugget box so i could put it in my sandwich. the correct action should've been - we can make you a new sandwich with double meat. i had to sit there and explain my ordeal for any corrective action. read more

I've seen interstate truck stop restrooms cleaner than this place. You'd think you were at the local dive bar walking into their bathrooms; I was saddened I had to wash my hands in that place. During the lunch rush (around 2pm) this place was fantastic. Hot fries, fresh sandwich and a clean dining room. Same meals at both times of day: FFwd to 9pm, the fries were room temperature, the sandwich was ok the soda was needing more syrup. Overall, I'd come here again because it wasn't terrible. read more

McDonalds has rested on its laurels. Quality is hit and miss. Sometimes get dried out bun, and seems more often than not the milkshake machine is down, and the expresso machine too. I suspect it is lazy crew not wanting to prep and clean the machines. Do not go at off peak times, will get old bitter fries. Food is often sloppily prepared, ingredients off to one side or the other. I used to love McDonalds and stop there frequently. Now I go every few months to see if it is better. Only reason I give this place 1 star is because if breakfast service. Dinner service is horrible. Latte machine always broke, drive thru orders always wrong. Managers act like they don't care. Had the displeasure of having to listen to a manager meeting in the dining room while my family and I were eating. We were the only ones in the dining area. They were loud and the "Head" manager did nothing but talk down to the shift managers. No wonder they act like they don't care. This attitude continues down to the workers on the dinner shift which are mainly teens. Always had good service at breakfast though.
