In addition, the fries are NEVER salted whatsoever. This is a problem specific to this location. This most recent visit, I ordered two Jalapeño Ranch sandwiches and asked for extra jalapeño ranch sauce. Turns out--I got no sauce at all, and the sauce is part of what makes the entire sandwich worth it (and why customers have to pay extra for this "special edition" sandwich). There is a certain individual who works there, appears to have a limp when walking and also talks with a flamboyant voice. He is overly unprofessional and fails with customer service. Constantly asks unnecessary questions or weird personal questions to lead into conversations where he complains about his life or even at times working there. Always a complete dread when seeing him in the drive through line knowing he's going to make the encounter weird. Someone needs to address this issue as he has even asked weird questions to inquire about where people work, what time they get off etc. read more

We all know CFA food is amazing so I won't bother getting into that... this review is about the inside dining area of the restaurant. The service is great. However, the dining area has an ant infestation. Today, I decided to take my 4yo for his first sit down meal at chic-fil-a. He was sooo excited, however, as he started to eat, an ant ran across the table and he was super unhappy about it. A couple minutes after I dispatched that ant, another ant comes crawling across. I look down and then notice the floors are covered in crumbs and, of course, tons of ants. Safe to say we all kinda expect a higher standard for CFA. This def missed the bar. read more

The drive thru line is 98% the time backed up, like over 6 cars IN the road past bob evan's , the service is slow, the employees are all teenagers (some could care less about their job and how rude they are) , sitting in takes 10+ minutes to get served, and tables are usually messy and crowded. read more

This location is too small for all the traffic. The lines spill into the shopping center parking lot and street making it dangerous and cumbersome to access. They need to build a new location or find a way to better control the traffic. They do move fast for the amount of customers they have but overall it's not a good experience. What a disappointment this location was! I remember the first time I discovered these fast food restaurant chains and was so impressed with so many things. This particular location was way below average as far as the food quality goes. My husband and I ordered our usual: spicy chicken deluxe, regular chicken sandwich, both with waffle fries and a couple of drinks. As a bonus, we took advantage of my birthday gift of free chicken nuggets. First, the overall temperature of the food was not good, as in room temperature. Hot food should be hot! Next, the fries were undercooked and literally, floppy. The sandwiches were soggy, and there was nothing crispy about the chicken. Just an overall big disappointment. They also forgot to add a sauce that my husband asked for. The customer service was average, the staff who work for this food chain always seem to be just super nice people so that's where the two stars came from. This was our third experience with this particular location, and our last. Aside from this review, I did reach out to their corporate office through my app and gave some feedback. I never deliver their orders anymore and I try my best to never eat there. When I do, I usually do curbside. Sweet kids bringing things out, but the order is always missing something. I just know and expect it as part of the service. But the drive through, oh that's the best. Changes to the drive-thru need some getting used to, by staff and customers. Unfortunately the access to the Chick fil-a parking lot is the weak link. So I'm active duty military and this was Memorial Day to start with... First time here from San Diego where the chick-fil-a was on point. The cashier, Natalie H was one of the worst experiences with serving the public that I've ever encountered. Granted she's a teenager and doesn't know what her emotions are telling her. She was seriously the rudest person to work in the food industry, but what sent me over the edge is how she turned around and bragged about it to her co workers.
