Dunkin' - Toasted almond Matcha. - Donuts Near Me - Locust Grove, Georgia

Really poorly ran location. Coffee is never made correctly even when it's slow. My coffee is either cold, or I don't know what they made. I keep trying them because of the location but the last 2 times I ended up driving down to bill gardner and repurchasing another coffee from a different location. The workers spend most of the time talking to each other and do sometimes feel like you are more of an inconvenience. Overall I would suggest to hit another location on your commute. read more

I ordered an ICED coffee and got not even 1/4 of a cup of ice then charged when I asked for a cup of ice. While the people in the drive through are nice, the service is slow and the employees seem to not know how to properly make the drinks ordered. read more

Update: the workers aren't the problem, the manager is. Anytime she is in there the vibe is different. She treats you badly if you order food, and is belligerently rude. She will flat-out ignore you, then act you're burdening her like she's not getting payed to work there. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would I came here this morning with my sister and asked for a caramel frappe I like to add oreo crumbles to mine I don't drink coffee here so I simply asked "Do you have oreo crumbles?" and the lady helping me all she had to say was yes or no and her response to me was "We're not Starbucks" oh. I was so baffled because what..and my sisters hash browns BURNT I just find this behavior very ridiculous and did not expect my morning to go this way read more

Dunkin' - this picture features the BURNT hashbrowns - Donuts Near Me - Locust Grove, Georgia

This location is seriously a hit or miss. I used to come here each morning for a coffee and a bagel. Some days my bagel would be stale and dry without barely any cream cheese. Also, the slow drive-thru service didn't help. On another day I would be in and out in no time and the food and coffee would be okay. I just don't know how to really feel about this Dunkin'. All I know is that it's inconsistent, so please be aware of that. Also, don't get their new Matcha drinks. They're gross. The best time to come here is in the afternoon, the staff is a lot nicer and the food is a lot fresher. I come here and there when in some serous desperation for coffee. read more

This dunkin can't seem to make its mind up on whether they are going to keep the inside open to customers. One day they will be open and another day they will just close the lobby for no reason and make everyone go through the drive through which backs up all the way out of the parking Lot. This has been going on for over a year now. It's getting old read more

Let me just say; there is a reason why they have an automated recording instead of a direct line. This place is way too busy for them to mess up orders; and frequently give out disgusting coffee. I always add an expresso shot to my coffee. Before receiving the coffee the girl "assured" me that even though the expresso wasn't printed on the ticket/receipt; they added it into my coffee. Long story short; she lied! I received hot water with a hint of coffee taste; with no added flavor like I added to the order; and a hint of sugar. This location is ALWAYS a bust! read more

Ordered a large French vanilla cappuccino and got a large cup half full. I told the lady at the window and she replied it's suppose to be like that. read more

This place is the worst. Always out of stuff. Apathetic staff. I keep trying but they keep disappointing me. Go down to locust grove. Longer wait but you'll probably end up there anyway since this location won't have what you want. read more

I've gone to this location now a few times and customer service just doesn't seem to be a major priority. I usually get the everything stuffed bagels and they fillings are always cold. It appears that there are young folks working here so I don't want to be too hard on them and I'll continue going but management really needs to intervene. read more

The absolutely worst place to get coffee i asked why my lid so dirty and they said they wasted coffee grinds on the lids. Why would you give me the lid. I'm switching to Starbucks. read more

The worst customer service EVER. Store manager was unpleasant and rude, made us feel unwelcome while agressively waving her arms and raising her voice rushing us through ordering- then refused to provide her name or business card after we asked for it. Don't go unless you like to be treated like trash. read more

They are out of stuff all the time so when I received my pick up order I got whatever they decided to put in it, I ordered different donuts and they just gave me sprinkles ones because they have nothing else, really? Isn't it a donuts store first of all? read more

Everybody was pleasant coming through the drive thru but the speed of service needs a major improvement!!

After some serious outlet mall shopping, we were craving something breakfast-y, to go. But eeek! It was past 10:30 AM, so we started driving up the highway, looking for options, and we spotted a DD near a gas station, so two birds, right? Wrong. While the guy at the counter was nice enough, we ordered a few bacon, egg and cheese croissants, hashbrowns, a sweet tea and a large iced coffee. The coffee tasted spoiled (I don't even know how that can happen! I thought it was just me, but my co-pilot agreed, and we even tested the theory with another iced coffee from a different location, so something was definitely up here.) After I paid, I went to pump our gas, and Adam walked out with three bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and no hashbrowns. Not the biggest deal in the world, but the biscuits were a bit dry and no near as satisfying. We actually pulled over at the next exit to get something else. Sweet tea was good. But, I guess you can't expect a lot, but we won't be checking this location out again. read more

I agree with Triinu K. post. Young argumentative workers and the Managers confrontational to customers, Today I received Luke warm coffee with something very thick in it. I was then told creamer machine was the problem. I complained about my discomfort in being served it, I then had two employees and two Managers attack me verbally and very aggressively. I blessed them and left Very quickly as to not escalate situation any more. This was very scary for me, When i first walked in while waiting the 18 or 19 year old black girl was cursing and laughing as though she was on the street some where. I should have left then. If they do not care about that behavior in front you do you think they care about how they prepare your food. I really believe I was served that drink purposefully. The aggressive rude behaviors was enough to not trust them with my food or drink in the future. NOT Going Back. and I will be contacting corporate office for change if its even possible.. read more

I wasn't actually getting coffee from Dunkin but was running into the gas station quickly to grab a snack on my lunch break from work. This Dunkin is connected on the inside. While waiting in line and this was around 3:15 pm on 12/10/20 a female employee from Dunkin with short cut hair was behind the register apparently speaking to someone on a cell phone cursing so loudly that she could be heard on the other side of the gas station. Saying, and I quote " Bitch can't never be me" over and over again and following that with " she ain't ever have no thug shit". Literally screaming this at a phone. I don't care who you are but that's trashy AF and gives a very bad look to your establishment. Do better Dunkin. read more

Slow service and mediocre food every time I go in this place, I will not be returning. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich with 6 employees behind the counter and no other customers inside. read more

This dunkin has always been my last option. I only go to it when I'm in a rush because it's the closest to my house. I went there the other day and my experience was awful. 1st of all, I didn't see one single employee wearing a mask when handling money or food. 2nd of all, there is a major disconnect between what someone's ordering and what they actually get back. I ordered a plain bagel sliced and toasted with cream cheese and got back a dry sliced bagel. On top of all of that my car stalled at the drive through window and while I was trying to turn it back on only one employee was actually being helpful while the rest were laughing and pointing at me. Definitely do not go to this dunkin, unless you want your order wrong and rude service. read more

Looking at the reviews, I thought perhaps it was me whom received service way below any ever received. I visited in the mornings before work going inside and the window. All staff are clueless and highly disrespecful. I purchased a bagel, not sliced, nothing with cream cheese on the side but waited 10 minutes for it. After asking for a refund, I was asked to wait for the manager, another 5 minutes. No respect for my time. The drive-thru staff are EXTREMELY disrespectful and downright nasty. The african american lady at the window speaks and acts that if it's not her issue, she could care less. It's awful. All staff at this location need training, even the manager. There is never a crowd when ordering food but it takes forever to received. read more

Stopped in this morning at the request of my son with Autism. We were greeted right away when we came to the counter and the cashier was so incredibly patient while my son made his selections. It made his day. read more

This used to be my favorite go-to for coffee on the run. It's near my house and I pass it every day to get to work, shopping, etc. I even signed up for the DD rewards program because I was purchasing coffee so frequently here (and I want to point out- I'm usually a Starbucks girl. Not exclusively, but I definitely prefer it to DD). When this location first opened it was great. Now, they NEVER get the order right! I always get dark roast with cream, no sugar. Either the coffee is cold, or they add sugar. Also, the people working there don't seem to understand how to take an order. Even after I've repeated myself several times in the drive thru the order is still wrong. If you go here ALWAYS check your order before you leave, or save yourself the hassle and visit a different location! read more

Is there a way to put no stars on here? This place is terrible. They are always almost out of donuts and the ones they have taste old. It seems like there is no manager there but if there is, he should be fired, along with all of the teenagers he hired to stand there and do the bare minimum, just like the McDonald's across the street, but that's a different story, for a different time. read more

This is the closest one to my house so I usually end up getting coffee here or sometimes a small sandwich in the morning and I go often and every single time I go I question as to why I even came here, the service is off, they don't seem to give a crap if they mess up & often times they do & there's always something wrong with my meal or drink & I hate being that complicated Karen so i've tried my hardest just to deal with what they gave me but, it's gotten to a point where almost every time I go something is wrong. I order the same drink every single time and it always taste different & not only is the food super inconsistent but so are the workers every time I go there's almost always new people. As well as the service is super slow- always. This location constantly changes its times sometimes they close at 2 or 4 and some days they're just straight closed. Save yourself the struggle and aggravation and go to somewhere else. Also some of the employees don't wear masks nor gloves while handling food. read more

This location is disappointing. The coffee always taste spoiled, and my order is almost always wrong. Would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

the location at Hwy 155 and Bill Gardner parkway in Locust Grove is just filthy. It is fairly new and has consistently gone downhill. In addition to a nasty store, the employees are surly and dirty. Most orders are wrong, really wrong like glazed donuts instead of Boston cream. The donuts are stale no matter what time of day. I think the Health Department needs to check this out. read more

I know there are a lot of bad reviews so I wasn't going to even try but figured why not? I used to work retail and know that sometimes customers can just be rude and things happen, I was greeted over the intercom, my order was took, got to the window paid and almost instantly there was a coffee in my hand and I was out the door, good service fast and very friendly! Will be visiting again read more

they are so unprofessional, they told me to pull up someone will bring my bagels out , 30 mins pass and nobody answers the phone when i call and when i walked in my order was on the counter for i don't know how long and it was cold read more

When this location opened right up the street from my house I was thrilled. They were great for a while, but lately they've gotten worse and worse. They are always almost out of donuts and the ones they have are STALE. I was very upset yesterday to find that I'd paid almost $10 for a dozen donuts that no one was going to want to eat. The chocolate glazed donuts had bare spots in the frosting. How can you not fully frost a donut??? It seems like the staff are just not working. They clearly aren't making fresh donuts every day. read more

Sadly I have to agree with the other reviewers. They need to reboot this location. I've been stopping here off and on for two years. It's the closest coffee place to my house and when you have 8 am classes in midtown and 9 am workshifts like I do you have to take what you can get. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I'm not ordering anything complicated, an ice coffee with no cream or sugar, or a dunkachino which is a DD specialty menu item, and I usually get to the window only to have them make it again. The last straw was a dunkachino that I ordered, which is half coffee half hot chocolate, only to drive off get on the highway and realize it was only hot brown water. The employees either can't hear or they need to replace their intercom system... they are also seriously put out when they have to remake your order. I've given up and learned to leave a few minutes early so I can stop at Starbucks instead. read more
