Why would I think that going to get donuts in the afternoon would be a good idea?! It wasn't! Stale not soft donuts! To top it off the drive thru cashier was irritated having to say "we are out of that"! All she had to do was state what the DID have. Lesson learned! read more

i love dunkin but i went there at night for a quick snack and the employee dumped the entire trash of donuts that was supposed to be thrown out in the bag, idk rest of the service but that lady seemed like she was ANNOYED AND TIRED, the ambience seemed like any other dunkin. the donuts were good but it was weirdly expesnive there, most dunkins are like 5$ but this one was 20$ read more

This locations donuts are stale. Such a disgrace to Dunkin Donuts. How can you sell stale old donuts. Inventory is laking and was disappointed with the taste. 1 dozen donut in the trash. Service was great and cashier super friendly but a BIG NO TO THE DONUTS AND FOOD HERE. read more

Why wouldn't you be able to leave cash tips? That should be on the paying customer. Very helpful otherwise and quick.

Service is horrible from management to staff. No parking whatsoever and still manage to throw a fit over a handicap parking. Don't hire people who have no motive to be there with there long faces read more

The young lady at the window was very rude because I parked in a handicap parking space. She failed to see the placard hanging from the rear view mirror. My handicap license plate was visible for all to see. My wife's wheelchair was also in the back. When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked for her supervisor, she gave me a fake e-mail address. read more

Ordered donuts from this location through Doordash. The order was delivered half opened the tab to secure the lid was not inserted or the box did not contain a seal (sticker). When I called the store and asked if I could go in and get a replacement. Oliva the manager stated she would not replace the order and it was not their responsibility to seal the donuts or place them in a bag. She stated it was the responsibility of Door Dash. It is concerning to me that they do not see this issue as a health or safety concern. I will never purchase donuts from this location. read more

Well, what are your DD expectations? Doughnuts, coffee, FAST. It is a fun place to go for a treat with the kids. I give it a 3 based on cleanliness. But that being said I have 2 part critique: 1 Employees/franchisee: understand your product is inherently messy and your guests have a renters mentality, meaning they don't own it and aren't going to intentionally trash your place, but won't leave it better than they found it. More cleaning by your staff. Part 2: patrons, do your best to leave the restaurant you visit tidy for the patron who will sit in that chair or at the table after you. read more

Walking in on a cool October day the temperature in the store was at least 10 degrees colder, enough that all the staff was wearing sweaters or jackets. I waited a minute to be served which isn't long but considering I was the only one in the store, there were at least four staff members around and it was cold it felt long. Also, no greeting - a "hello and we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. I got two donuts and a large latte. The latte was fine, the donuts, unsurprisingly were cold. Donuts should not be cold! I didn't bother asking for another because they were all sitting out I. The refrigerator of the store. Luckily I'm going home and can nuke them for a couple seconds. read more

I ordered ahead off of the app and my coffee came out perfect, but I didn't get my donut and my sandwich order was completely wrong.

I've been here a few times now, and the coffee tastes great and the woman working the window is so friendly and quick! Highly recommend!!

Great treats but customer service is lacking. Girl seemed inpatient tonight 9.16 @ 5:45 pm. Didn't honor a promotion posted visibly outside the drive thru. So I went in wanting a pumpkin spice latte cold brew for $3, not knowing it ended yesterday. Take the sign down maybe?!?! read more

They always dissapoint me with their selection. They are always out of donuts. I went through the drive thru and asked for five different donuts they were out of? What, they are a donut shop that makes them on site... This has been going on since opening....unacceptable. The floor inside is always dirty when I come in. They take forever to fill your order. They have been out of large cups on different occasions. The parking situation is terrible. I say they need to step up their game because the food isnt that good. I was a regular that came a least 3x a week with my family now I come like once a month if that. read more

Zero stars if I could and not another dime from me...ever! Mind you, I was a regular until today (Easter Sunday). I was served cold coffee and while waiting for my food order to come out, I asked if they could microwave it. Cashier said she would just remake it, so I tossed the 1/2 full cup in the garbage. When I picked up new cup, short, Latina with a foul attitude said "should have given it back to us so we could dump it rather than tossing it in the garbage", to which I responded, "you should of asked for it." (Moreover, coffee should not come out cold to begin with...which it often is.) Lil-missy then decided to hurl the insult by saying "it's just common sense." (to a 67 YO customer who has been a Dunkin customer and even owned its stock before she was born!) The 2nd cup of coffee was hot but so strong it was undrinkable. At this point I returned to the counter and told them please dump this it tastes like sh...t to which lil-missy said "you look like sh..t, and I responded "I wish you luck explaining your comments to your manger. Anyway, the CEO of Dunkin will certainly hear about the fantastic customer service at this franchise! read more

Management is aware of their employees testing positive, and is still scheduling other employees that live in the same household with those COVID positive coworkers. Managers are showing up to work despite being symptomatic, and refuse to close the store for proper cleaning and quarantining. ZERO CONCERN FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. Donuts are shipped in, therefore they taste old, never fresh. By the time they sell the leftovers the next day, they're stale and hard.

I came to write a review and was not at all surprised to see the two star reviews for this location. Staff demanded I wear a face mask, despite them wearing masks, a large plexiglass barrier at the register and tables in front of the counter to maintain social distancing. I explained I have a medical condition and doctor's note exempting me from wearing a mask but that was unacceptable. The employee got her manager, Aleaha. Aleaha also demanded a mask and was extremely short and rude with me. Due to her mask, the plexiglass partition and 6 - 8ft standoff distance it was difficult to hear her and she became upset when I couldn't hear her mumble her name that she seemed hesitant to provide when telling me to call her corporate office...if that was in fact her name as I did t see a name tag. Anyway, won't be visiting here ever again and judging by the negative reviews, many others won't be either. read more

I had to hit the airport in El Paso for an early flight so it was the perfect time to get some fresh donuts, or so I thought. I was at the door at 4:30, the time that they open. I got two donuts to go, no coffee. I couldn't wait. I expected hot, fresh delights to get me going. No such luck. As I got on I-25 South, I opened my bag only to find what can only be described as leftovers. The refrigerator cold and chewy raised donuts told me that these were not fresh and definitely not delightful. I'll give em another try, but there are other great donut places in town (La Fiesta Bakery and Bosa Donuts) so I'm not forced to like them. read more

Been to many DD locations this is far the worst, not that many selections and sub par customer service.

The service is worst! I will never go there again. And they also have limited flavors available. The place is a mess.

The service was crappy and how can Dunkin Donuts not have DONUTS!! This demonstrates poor management at this location.

Save your money and your time. The service is okay, but the drinks & doughnuts suck. They don't take pride in anything they service. If you want doughnuts, Albertsons across the street serves better ones. read more

Been here a few times in my stay in Las Cruces and each time I got exactly what I bad ordered with a smile.

Service wasn't good waited in line for about 15 mins while the Asscociate only took care of one customer that didn't really have a big order. No greeting or acknowledgement or atleast an "I'll be right there as soon as I take care of these customer" not even a single spark of enthusiasm. So she got our order of half a dozen donut, the feeling wasn't really accommodating. I'm sorry to be harsh but it was just a bad time, itcompletely ruined my day. read more
