Ordered donuts from this location through Doordash. The order was delivered half opened the tab to secure the lid was not inserted or the box did not contain a seal (sticker). When I called the store and asked if I could go in and get a replacement. Oliva the manager stated she would not replace the order and it was not their responsibility to seal the donuts or place them in a bag. She stated it was the responsibility of Door Dash. But that being said I have 2 part critique: 1 Employees/franchisee: understand your product is inherently messy and your guests have a renters mentality, meaning they don't own it and aren't going to intentionally trash your place, but won't leave it better than they found it. Walking in on a cool October day the temperature in the store was at least 10 degrees colder, enough that all the staff was wearing sweaters or jackets. I waited a minute to be served which isn't long but considering I was the only one in the store, there were at least four staff members around and it was cold it felt long. Also, no greeting - a "hello and we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. I got two donuts and a large latte. The latte was fine, the donuts, unsurprisingly were cold. Zero stars if I could and not another dime from me...ever! Mind you, I was a regular until today (Easter Sunday). I was served cold coffee and while waiting for my food order to come out, I asked if they could microwave it. Cashier said she would just remake it, so I tossed the 1/2 full cup in the garbage. I came to write a review and was not at all surprised to see the two star reviews for this location. Staff demanded I wear a face mask, despite them wearing masks, a large plexiglass barrier at the register and tables in front of the counter to maintain social distancing. I explained I have a medical condition and doctor's note exempting me from wearing a mask but that was unacceptable. The employee got her manager, Aleaha. Aleaha also demanded a mask and was extremely short and rude with me. Due to her mask, the plexiglass partition and 6 - 8ft standoff distance it was difficult to hear her and she became upset when I couldn't hear her mumble her name that she seemed hesitant to provide when telling me to call her corporate office...if that was in fact her name as I did t see a name tag. I got two donuts to go, no coffee. I couldn't wait. I expected hot, fresh delights to get me going. No such luck. As I got on I-25 South, I opened my bag only to find what can only be described as leftovers. Been here a few times in my stay in Las Cruces and each time I got exactly what I bad ordered with a smile.

Repeatedly I tell myself I'm never going back there but I do because my daughter wants a donut every once in awhile (why you get one star). No matter how I ask for my coffee, very little cream, half the amount of cream you normally put, it always comes out looking like it's a cup of creamer with a splash of coffee...It's not even drinkable i have also asked the girl at the window if this is correct she said yes and it surely can't be. You would think they would utilize the indicators on the side of the cup and actually mark them. I guess if I want actual coffee I'll have to take my business elsewhere since they don't seem to care. One star because management is incompetent. They don't have the foresight to anticipate product demand. They continuously under make their top selling donuts and stock the terrible ones. Every time my family goes in they are out of Vanilla Cream, Maple, Double choc. and we go like 3x a week at least. This is not a fluke. Inside the store is terrible. Staff will not go out and clean tables even though they have like 10 people working. I see multiple families cleaning off the tables from glaze, cream, powder, napkins, spills, wrappers etc. The floor is dirty and has had black dirty goop all over on multiple occasions. Because this is still new location a lot of people love to go and management does not make an attempt to keep the place inside looking clean. We constantly get the wrong order even the wrong donuts, wrong size drink, double charged for extra breakfast sandwiches on multiple occasion. They don't have fountain drinks. They never give you napkins. To make it worse the donuts are not consistent. Ill get a jelly filled or a cream filled when they are available and they will have almost nothing inside, its just like eating cold stale bread. This place is a joke. I have sent in the survey and talked to employees and management and no one seems to care. When the new business allure wears off this place is going to be in trouble! My advice go elsewhere to save you the frustration. The only reason we continue to go is because my wife is from Seattle and loves iced coffee.
