One star because management is incompetent. They don't have the foresight to anticipate product demand. They continuously under make their top selling donuts and stock the terrible ones. Every time my family goes in they are out of Vanilla Cream, Maple, Double choc. and we go like 3x a week at least. This is not a fluke. Inside the store is terrible. Staff will not go out and clean tables even though they have like 10 people working. I see multiple families cleaning off the tables from glaze, cream, powder, napkins, spills, wrappers etc. The floor is dirty and has had black dirty goop all over on multiple occasions. Because this is still new location a lot of people love to go and management does not make an attempt to keep the place inside looking clean. We constantly get the wrong order even the wrong donuts, wrong size drink, double charged for extra breakfast sandwiches on multiple occasion. They don't have fountain drinks. They never give you napkins. To make it worse the donuts are not consistent. Ill get a jelly filled or a cream filled when they are available and they will have almost nothing inside, its just like eating cold stale bread. This place is a joke. I have sent in the survey and talked to employees and management and no one seems to care. When the new business allure wears off this place is going to be in trouble! My advice go elsewhere to save you the frustration. The only reason we continue to go is because my wife is from Seattle and loves iced coffee. We are starting not wanting to go anymore because of the constant disappointments. read more

They apparently have very little pride in there product.. I ordered six donuts at drive through and when I got home and opened the box the donuts looked like they'd been used as hockey pucks. Not one was in decent shape. The other problem is they never have enough donuts to last throughout the day... Really?!!! There business plan is a joke! read more

Well we went to grab a dozen donuts around 5pm yesterday. They hardly had any doughnut available. I asked how often they make donuts. I was told the morning shift makes the donuts for the evening shift and the evening shift makes the donuts for the morning shift. So that means you don't get fresh donuts in the morning you get donuts from the night before. (Yuck) We picked up some donuts with filling in them and there was hardly any filling in them at all. (Sad) Overall I feel like the staff needs a little more training on how to prepare the donuts and I think the managers need to look at the business model again because they are an embarrassment to Dunkin' Donuts. I'd rather drive all the way to El Paso and get Krispy Kreme than go to the Dunkin' Donuts that's five minutes from my house. Keep working at it DD! read more

I am going to stop coming here. Which is A shame because it's the only one closest to my house, which is still across town. It would be more convenient if there was one closer to the Valley Amador Avenida De Mesilla side of town. I digress.... after every single one of my last 4 visits I kept telling myself one more time. Not exactly the traditional 3 strike your out rule. I was willing to believe the DD I've always loved so much can't be brought down by one single store location so I gave it an additional strike. If all DDs were dependent on the customer service from the North Main Las Cruces store, they would be facing A downward spiral future. I digress again...They ALWAYS get my order wrong. This morning I was in A hurry so i found out when i got to the office. Wrong coffee this go round. Wrong coffee last go round. They couldn't get my breakfast order right last one before that and the first strike was me waiting in the store for someone to attend to me. I literally had to leave the store, get in my truck and hit the drive thru. When i told them what I did they were like oh. Sorry. They didn't care. No more this DD for me. Have to say, when DD was coming to Las Cruces - I was ecstatic! Love their Chia Tea, coffee rolls. My wife and I often have a donut craving mid-day and today was no different. Again, they are out of just about every donut!!! Didn't even have the basic glazed, chocolate frosted or coffee rolls AGAIN today. Out of approximately 15 visits to the store, at least 10-11 times they have been out of one item or another. Past visits have been out of hot chocolate, chai tea and their basic donuts. I'm through with this location and hope it closes. Poorly managed and corporate needs to take notice of this store. read more

I stopped by, but they had closed early. The sign was still on, and the employees were still there. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to serve me, even though they should still have been open another 7 minutes. As a former waitress, I know it can be frustrating to have last minute customers - but I drove out of my way for a donut! read more

Ive been to this dunkin donuts twice and both times Ive attended the service was excellent. The service was fast and friendly. The place is super clean. The donuts are delicious, they are literally the best donuts in the las cruses area and el paso area. The service was way better than the dunkin donuts ive been to in el paso. The manager is great and so are the employes. Ive been there at to different times and the service( morning and afternoon) and both times were great. Coffee is well made and way better than starbucks coffee. read more

I've gone to Dunkin Donuts in El Paso and in las cruces and I have to say the Las Cruces dunkin is the best one. I always get my order right and fast! The service is great. I love the staff. The staff is alway so kind alway greet people as they walk in and out of the restaurant. read more

Dunkin donut should be call (no donuts to dunk) every time I go or my friends go to get some donuts , there is no selection..Albertson has more slection of fresh donuts then dunkins do .I won't be surprised if it goes out of business soon read more

This is the second time I have gone to Dunkin' Donuts and both times I left disappointed. The first time they were out of what I wanted. This time I went through the drive through and my medium hot chocolate was filled only 3/4 of the way. I requested 6 chocolate and 6 plain donuts.
