Every time I go I ask for light ice and the ice is filled to the top so much I can't put in a straw in. And when I finally get to drink it only about 5 drinks and I'm left with a cup full of ice. read more

On the road again. I just can't wait to get on the road again. Las Cruces is one of those places that I would like to spend some time exploring, but I am always hear for just one night. It just so happens to be located around 9ish hours from San Antonio and Flagstaff so it is a good place to stop for the night on my way to or from those cities. This Starbucks plays an integral park of my trips heading out from Las Cruces. Sure the hotel offers free coffee, but that stuff is not ideal for maximum caffeine intake. Know what is? Iced coffee. I have been to this location three or four times early in the morning so that I can fuel up and make a long drive. Throughout the years the staff have been friendly and helpful and they have gotten my order right. This location is also very convenient to the HIE where I stay when I am in the area. Thanks Starbucks. You helped make my journey a little easier. read more

Wow. I came here kind of upset because of a tiff my boyfriend and I got into. He sat at his own table and I sat at one outside. I guess the staff could tell that I was upset and Robert brought me a PSL and a cake pop to make me feel better. I haven't had a stroke of complete and utter kindness like that in so long I honestly cried happy tears. The staff here are so sweet, I'll be sure to pass on the good karma. Wowowowowow. We stopped in here a couple of mornings while on vacation. We ordered drinks and a mix of pastries, oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches. My coffee was hot and so was my food. Good, fast and friendly service and the place was kept clean. I witnessed one of the baristas stop what she was doing behind the counter and come around the counter to help a customer who had several questions about some of the products for sale in the lobby. The lady was very appreciative of the extra effort, and that's something I like to see, so they get an extra star to bump them from 4 to 5 in my book. read more

Our favorite Starbucks until the new one on Sonoma Ranch opens by the house. Never had a poorly mixed drink here. I go for teas and my fellow frequent flier here likes a variety of coffees. Wish there more cheese danish on a regular basis but the gruyere protein bites are yummy. Almost always great staff, have only had one young lady with less than stellar attitude but, hey, we all have garbage days, right? Quick in, quick drive through, great drinks. I have always had hit or miss service at this Starbucks. Half the time the nitro cold brew is out. The times they do have it I have had to ask for extra cream for the pumpkin foam cold brew. They seem to put about a quarter what the picture looks like and it's made haphazardly. I watch the level of care they put in to it as I was a barista in the past. Tonight's visit was unacceptable. First I was amazed they told me they could not accept a fifty dollar bill after being open for hours. Just because you have a policy of not accepting bills over 20 doesn't negate your ability to use your brain and check the till you see if you maybe have it stuffed full of twenty dollars bills. I understand the first hours of operation some businesses need to start getting money in but robotically spouting off some dumb rule that was made to make sure your last change doesn't go is ridiculous. Check first if you don't have the change on but check. Second I asked for extra foam. I still wanted some coffee . I had about 2 inches of cold brew in a grande and the rest foam. To be fair they actually remembered the spruce on top this time but use some common sense. So upset at how this Starbucks lets me down consistently. Second picture I show how much foam is called extra third is how much I get without asking extra. We go do chains for consistency and quality that doesn't waver.... I'll be avoiding you in the future and telling others to unless they have no other option. read more

They are so rude here and have a mighty complex thinking they are the best baristas but they are not, they are slow, rude and don't know how to talk to customers. I'm a former barista I know how to handle this. There is no right to have this horrible non existent customer services. And they don't listen, their drinks taste like shit. I get frustrated here. If I order a black coffee then chances are the order is done right. My favorite thing to order is mocha, but do I always have to check my order to ensure its right, it has whip cream? The drive through had Shott lines, but this starbucks is the slowest. We all know their breakfast foods and sandwiches are premade and then microwaved but damn I was surprised how similar they are to grocery store food outta the freezer section. I mean, it is like any other Starbucks, but in my experience it never gets too crowded in here. However, maybe occasionally on the weekends it can get busy, and the parking lot gets filled up. I like to come study here either on my own or in a big group at the long table that they have there. Staff is nice. They're open until 11PM. Red Brick pizza is in the same center, so you can get pizza if you want something other than pastries and sandwiches. read more

The three stars are only because everyone was friendly. The barista Justin was busting his ass while everyone was moving at a snails pace. It's faster if you go through the the drive through, cause if you go in it takes 20 minutes cause the minute you order if a drive through person orders then your drink gets bumped. The manager was working too; however, he has got to organize the ordering system. It's not fair when your order gets put on the back burner, cause they want to get the cars through the drive through. I'm a former Barista in the Beverly Hills Triangle, so I get it's difficult to work fast, but It can be done more efficiently. read more

I don't understand how a Starbucks can run as slow as this one and stay in business. Since it's opening, I have never had less than a 20 min wait at any time of day, weekend or week day. The staff have no hustle, except of course, the ONE barista filling drink orders. I can't imagine ever coming back here during peak hours. Let alone a lazy Sunday. Compared to some of the other Starbucks I've been to in this town, this one is alright. The drinks are mixed nicely and full of flavor, and the cold drinks actually don't look/taste like they have freezer burn, which is nice. So far they've never made a drink wrong in my experience, and again everything tastes how it should. About the only grievances I've ever had with this place is that it is sort of slow, especially for how short the drivethru is. They also always seem to be out of guava, though. Other than that, however, this is a solid Starbucks. If you want some decent coffee and don't mind waiting 2-3 minutes or aren't in a huge rush, I'd definitely recommend you stop by here sometime. read more
