Love the vibes and decor, but was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Food portions were pretty small, the quiche had great flavor but was pretty tiny for the price. The round roll sandwich was also difficult to eat. I refuse to patronize a place that is run by Trumpers. I went once before the place changed hands and the food and service were just ok.

My last review was worded a little too harsh and deleted so this one will be toned down. That breakfast that was delivered was a total waste of money. It came out to $37 for a bagel, a small egg, and a couple grapes. At the end of eating my bagel, I noticed what looked like a beard hair in it. It could have been something else but I'm not sure what could pass for a beard hair. So not only did I feel ripped off by the portion, I also felt disgusted. I won't be ordering from Nessa's ever again. If you want a delicious breakfast that will fill you up, probably twice from one plate, go to Wecks. Wecks is money well spent, unlike Nessa's. read more

Sure you can get a breakfast plate. I tried the house made chorizo and eggs (super dry!) but next time I'll add green chile and it will be perfect. The toast that comes with the meal is house made, thick, fluffy slices of heaven that you slather with butter. Little fruit salad on the side. I highly recommend a side of bacon no matter what you order. It's absolutely divine. Try their Italian sodas. They have a sugar free option too. A small patio outside where they sometimes have music. Note: It often takes a while to get your order. They make each one with love and patience. A very small cafe with a colorful atmosphere. The breakfast platter and quesadilla were very soft and fluffy. It is clear that all the food is made from scratch and with a lot of care too. The waitress mentioned that they made their bread in house, which is so much better than the regular premade stuff. The cappuccino was the frothiest ever and made exactly as it should. Nessas is such a cute cafe! They serve breakfast, lunch and have a great variety of freshly baked items for a quicker bite along with your standard or not so standard coffee! We stopped in for the first time and everyone in our group loved what they ordered. I had one of the daily specials - breakfast tacos with chorizo and potato with a side of green chile. It came with two tacos and the filling was the perfect amount, hearty but not overly so. Others had the BLT & E, mason jar salad and the bacon burrito. We also shared a blueberry and a snickers scone for the table, both which were delicious! The blueberry scone was slightly more moist than the snickers but both had great flavor and it was nice to have warm with butter. I also tried an iced coffee with lavender syrup and others tried the orange lavender iced tea. If you're dining in, the drinks come in large mason jars so you get quite a bit to drink. The space is pretty small with only maybe 10 tables, but they do also have an outside area in the back. It has some quirky decor that makes you feel at a true local homey place. Our server was awesome and made sure to answer all our questions, was quick to bring everything out for us and kept up with the water refills. Everyone I know has come to nessas and they all always come back and just a great place for that local coffee town spot to enjoy your Sunday or any day! Pastries where great and not crazily pricey. Clean and comfortable place I'll come back to. This is also a great place to check out the local music scene and it's location is so close to downtown than it's a given to come grab a coffee while I'm out. All of the food I have tried has been good and the service is always great. The kids house coffee is good and I love the temp it's served at.
