I never been to Dunkin before! I heard that if you sign up on the app you get any free drink once a day for two weeks. I signed up and that is true! Not sure how long they are doing that but that's a great deal. I tried the ice holiday signature cookie latte and a cookie butter donut. I got my husband glazed donut. It was really good. Their sugar donuts and coffee cake muffins were both stale this morning. Not fresh baked at all. But what irked me the most was their countertop sign saying Iced Lattes (Medium) for $2. But when I got the bill the Latte was $4.89. So I asked why and the clerk pointed out to me the fine print on the sign that said "After 2 pm." Classic bait and switch. I won't be returning. Gosh, some of the reviews are harsh. We stopped here on our way to Carlsbad Caverns after staying two nights in Las Cruces. Despite the morning rush, we were quickly attended to; placed our order and found ourselves eating and lounging on the comfortable, new, leather furniture. The store was neat, clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. There were plenty of staff to help keep the line moving. The customers seemed happy, some stayed to eat, but most took their orders to go. We ordered a variety of donuts, and my son got a special Easter themed rabbit decorated donut. Very cute. We don't have many Dunkin' Donuts in Southern California, so most of my experiences are away from home. This outlet is a good one! read more

Stood in line for 25 minutes to pay for a cup of coffee that hadn't been hot for several hours. When I asked it be remade I was told everyone must make sacrifices because of COVID. I agree COVID has been a challenge. The employees of this Dunkin Donuts operation, live in a state with one of the highest per-capital percentages of vaccination in the nation. It's not like they reside in a mud hut with no electricity or running water. Wouldn't be more efficient to just make the beverage right the first time? My kiddos love this chain. We got a gift card so we went out for a treat. My kids got a couple filled donuts with chocolate milk. They were very happy, but it's sugar with sugar and they're kids so that's no suprise lol. My hubby and I shared a frozen coffee. It was good, not amazing but good. It had a lot of caffeine which I loved though. They were already decorated for Fall (it's August) which I loved lol! All in all good service and great for kids read more

For my kids 5th birthday and the coupon i received in the mail for buy one dozen get the other dozen free we decided that Dunkin' Donuts was the place to go. I wanted to go inside to grab the donuts and the door was locked but further inspection showed that the drive thru was still open. I got back in the car and my boyfriend pulled into the car into the drive thru and they took my coupon. Nice cashier working,didn't catch a name. But she handed me two huge boxes. I asked for a mix of chocolate frosted,maple and regular donuts. Got exactly what I asked for and it cost me under 10$ for 24 donuts. Pro: the croissant donut (or, as it should be known, the Krunkin' Kronut) is head-and-shoulders the best donut they offer. It's probably worth the up charge, but why is it more in the 1st place? Tried to treat myself yesterday morning and the entire experience turned sour. I walked into an empty lobby and wasn't greeted. None of the staff were smiling. Ok no big deal. But then I tried asking a question and it was met with an eye roll. My order was thrown onto the counter. I leave and not only until after I drive off do I notice my cup is just barely over half full....and it was a small, I paid for a medium! I went to this Dunkin Donut location expecting to get a breakfast sandwich and some delicious donut holes. My experience ended up standing in line over 20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. There were 6 employees behind the counter but yet the young man taking orders at the counter would take an order then go put the order together keeping everyone standing and waiting in line for their turn. They have no clue how to manage customers and orders. I bailed after waiting nearly 30 minutes without even placing an order. Good luck to those who want this experience. read more

One of the best coffee! With enough options to get out of your palate confort zone but not so many to give you a headache! Friendly staff, clean installations and good price. For me this place is best for breakfast. Their hash browns are delicious, with a strong condiment taste, great texture (crunchy outside and soft inside). Best part of the meal! read more

The dough out we bought was very dry, and hard. It was not good at all. Maybe it was the fact that we bought it around 10:30pm, however, I feel like they should have told us not to buy them if they were going to trow away all the doughnuts at 11pm which I didn't know. Always out of large cups on weekends!!! Why?!? We always end up having to settle for a medium or go to another coffee shop. Today was especially wonderful! The girl charged us and THEN told us that she was out of large cups and charged us for a medium and gave us a medium. You cannot do that after the fact! Love me some Dunkin! So excited to find a location in NM as we were visiting grandpa in the hospital. We came twice during this visit, and I can say the place is at least clean. The sitting area is comfortable and it is nicely decorated. There is something lacking in the efficiency of the staff, however. This morning, as we were waiting to place our order, 4 young employees milled around behind the counter, avoiding customer interaction and trying very hard to look busy. They were not. The hardest working employee in this establishment was the cashier, Ilda Maynes, who also made our coffees and packaged our donuts. She was very friendly and patient with all our questions. She made our trip, and hopen she is there when we return. read more

Their donuts are horrible. When you bite into them it's like you but into a pool of old fry grease. It coats your mouth and you can literally scrape the grease off the roof of your mouth. Fine, maybe she didn't hear me in the vast silence of the empty store (sarcasm). I asked the blank-faced cashier for a black coffee and asked if they had any bagels. Monosyllabic, "yes". "What kiiiiiiiiind?" I continued (at this point annoyed). "Is everyone here as friendly as you?" (yes, I actually asked this and still got no response). I stewed waiting for my order and finally asked to speak to the manager to give him feedback. Needless to say the manager was the same cashier! "Oh wow! There's no hope for this store!". She asked if I had any comment and I said "it's called customer service... people in this industry are usually polite." No comment. No apology. Nada. I left the place thinking that I hope her family owns this store and they are independently wealthy bc she is certainly doing the franchiser/owner a disservice. If that's not the case, a message to the owner: put someone in charge that knows about customer service! This kid is scaring people away with her horrific manners. I threw my half-eaten bagel with meager cream cheese in the garbage and left. This will NOT be a part of my new routine. read more

Tried it on two separate occasions. On the first, the service was not good. The workers looked short on staff and miserable, they were not friendly either. This was around 6:40 am and their donuts were not even ready yet (i guess they shipped them from the other location), mind that they open at 4:30 am. I walked out. I decided to give them another chance a few months later. Surly staff and poor service. I have been in there twice. First time, I waited forever for my order, which they had given to someone else. Second time, there was no one taking orders, with a line of people waiting, while 2 people behind the counter just looked at us (one was handling the drive through). I left. Been coming here since this location opened a few years ago. Taste of the coffee is pretty inconsistent, one day it tastes great and the next day it tastes bad. They pretty much never have a full stock of donuts even if it's during the morning time or on a weekend when they're expecting a big rush. Last thing to add is that they're not very prepared for obvious times when there will be a higher volume of customers. Just sat in the Drive-Thru 15 to 20 minutes mid-morning on a Saturday.
