Covid Review I went in to this location on July 2nd, 2019 at about 11:00am. There were ten employees working. Two of the ten employees had masks on that were being worn properly. Three had masks over their mouths but not over their nose. Three had masks around their neck but not covering their mouth or nose. Two did not have masks on at all including one lady who was rearranging every single donut in the display case. It was hot in there, none of the ten employees were six feet apart from one another. I watched an employee who was touching the food wiped the sweat off her forehead with her arm. As I was leaving an elderly man with an oxygen tank came into the store and approached the register. I felt bad for him. The review is solely for the lack of attention to covid related safety standards. If one employee in that establishment gets covid then 80% of them will get it (the 8 without masks) and if it's the lady without the mask who breathed on all the donuts then a portion of all the customers could get it too. If you are concerned about covid go to a different donut shop. read more

Great place to pick up something quick! This is not the DD I usually go to, but it was on the way to where we were going, so we stopped. Glad we did! The service was prompt and friendly and our order was accurately prepared! This has not always happened at other DD locations. We tried the new flatbread guacamole sandwich and was pleasantly surprised.it was really quite tasty! Of course, with bacon and guacamole, how could it not be?!? Hash browns were yummy too! Nice and crispy. Wish there were more in an order. Neither of us had coffee that day so can't comment on freshness. One thing I did notice that is available at this DD is soft serve ice cream. I have not seen that at any of the other DD establishments we frequent. Definitely a nice addition! Quick, friendly service, very clean,and good products---we'll be back! read more

I went this past Friday for a quick breakfast. Went to pay for my food, and noticed that 2 employees were not wearing masks correctly. They didn't have it over their nose. I work in healthcare and if i can wear a mask correctly for hours upon hours. They should be able to wear one correctly too. It wasn't even hot out, it was a cold rainy day. The drinks came out alright. The food did not. A male employee got up in a woman coworkers face jokingly, but she requested him to stop and he remained there in front of a line of customers. The young girl working the counter was rude and when I requested a receipt, she got very angry with me, openly giving dirty looks to me and my party. This alone is not enough for me to be upset. But 4/5 of them were not following workers guidelines, and did not follow the COVID-19 guidelines currently in place. These 4 employees were not wearing their mask properly, they had their hair down and were working on the food this way. My wife had a problem with a worker spilling her drink all over our car and her yesterday. Today we don't even get what we ordered right. This Dunkin' is becoming the worst. You all need to slow down. Try and make a complaint good luck. They say leave your number someone will call you. That don't happen. One more time we have problems here I'm going to report it to the BBB. There workers are all supposed to be wearing mask and gloves. No gloves and mask on chin great the Chin is safe. Went through the drive thru this morning and was greeted by a very nice and polite female voice who also took my order. When I reached the window I was served by an extremely rude male with a beard. I thanked him for my order and wished him a great day with no response. No thank you! NOTHING! Pisses me off giving my money to people and businesses like this. I am extremely happy with the service I had received from a women that works for dunkin Donut's on Union Ave in Laconia she went above and beyond to make sure we had a coffee. A friend and I where there early one morning and they were not open so we saw someone who was inside. We pulled up to the drive thru window and we asked what time they were going to open she said not for another half hour and then she said that the hot coffee wasn't ready and asked if we wanted a iced coffee we both said yes please and thank you what a great employee you have.
