Great and affordable bbq! $40 for both of these plates, and it was delicious! Their dipping sauces are amazing.

We've driven by a bunch of times, but never stopped in. Finally tried it out and wow! I'm not a huge fan of BBQ, but this place was fantastic! The unbelievable smoked smell hits you the second you walk in. Cute spot with a few seats to sit down. Very flavorful brisket and pulled pork. Decent prices. Friendly staff, too. Highly recommend!

This is the front where you order. People there were great! Very nice.

Amazing Bbq brisket and chicken. Cornbread was amazing, mac & cheese was very good, and the potato salad was also very good. Would go back again for sure!

My husband drove past here a few days back and had wanted to try it so we drove over today for lunch. It's small, not a lot of parking, but the food!!!! If you want southern BBQ this is the place!! The meat is dryer than some some places I have been, but it is sooo good! I had to try a little of everything and I was not disappointed! The potato salad was great, too! I liked the tortellini salad, but not quite as well. I had to try my hubs beans and they were amazing! The lemonade, which actually comes with the plate,, was perfect.. more tart than sweet, but perfectly sweetened.. They have a couple sauces to choose from if you want to add more flavor to your meats. One sweet, one spicy. If you haven't been, I highly recommend it! I'm writing this while sitting on my couch in a food coma! And it's over an hour away!! The inside is nicely decorated and they have a small dining area. You can take out as well. They also sell some things with their name on it. The shirts are adorable and I had to buy one. Great food, friendly service!

These folks let us dine in even though it was 20 minutes to closing and they were cleaning up, so you know already that they're nice. We ordered brisket and ribs (our go to), and oh my goodness the ribs were amazing. Great flavor, yet still juicy--definitely in my top three ribs ever eaten (which is saying a lot!). Completely overshadowed the brisket (also good, on the dryer side if you like less fatty pieces). Sides were yummy as well (broccoli salad is like Whole Foods in a good way, hubby was a fan of the Mac n cheese even though he's picky). Definitely a good spot, reinforced by all the takeout orders we saw coming out!

Had a good experience while on vacation. They are open limited days so plan ahead before going there. You can do takeout or eat inside. Not a ton of parking but spots become available quickly. The staff was very nice and patient. The restaurant is very clean and loaded with quirky signs. Pricing is good. There are a few deals so you can sample a few of the meats. I got pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was very tender and broke apart easily, lots of flavor. The pulled pork was a little dry. The sauces made up for that. They had sweet and spicy. Tasted like authentic southern bbq sauce. I even added some to my Mac and cheese. On its own was good, the bbq sauce enhanced the flavor. Not the best bbq I've ever had, but exceeded expectations.

When you think of New England, BBQ is prob not the first thing that comes to mind. However the food at this place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I was pleasantly surprised. Having spent time down South, I didn't think I would find BBQ this good up North. Everything came out pretty quickly. The corn bread is to die for!!!! The meat was the ultimate best!!! I didn't care much for the sides though - we got cole slaw and mac n cheese. We ordered the family meal for 4 plus briskets. There was enough food to probably feed 8 people!!! I took a star off due to pretty lenient covid restrictions. There was an alcohol station, but the staff did not adhere very strictly to wearing masks, sanitizing areas between customers, or restricting the amount of people inside a small area at a given time.

Rubbin' Butts was some of the best bbq I've had in not only New Hampshire, but New England. I split the platter for two with a friend for around $24. Great deal! The mini corn bread was the best I've ever had, it was crispy and buttery on the outside and soft and crumbly on the inside. The dry rub ribs were great and they have a selection of sauces inside to complement the ribs. The mac and cheese was rich and the sharp cheddar taste was great. The sausage was absolutely addicting and I highly recommend it. The broccoli salad wasn't too heavy and was a nice side to mellow out the dense meats and mac and cheese. My only complaint was the chicken... I found it extremely dry and even the bbq sauces didn't help revive it. Overall, very good and I highly recommend the corn bread, sausage and mac and cheese.

Their other location is on NH 13 in Brookline and they have nearby sister restaurants, The Dox Winnipesaukee and The Dox Winnisquam. The space offers a full service bar area with seating and table seating in the indoor dining room. There is also outdoor patio seating. The menu offerings are primarily BBQ fare including meat platters, sides, mac & cheese, sandwiches, spuds, salads, chili, donuts, and kids meals. The bar offers draft & bottled beers, wine, spirits snd cocktails. The pricing is moderate high. I've stopped at their Brookline location a few years ago and decided to try out the new location while we spent the day in the Lakes Region. The place was moderately busy on a Monday evening and we were seated in the dining room and given menus and ice waters. We placed our food order and the food arrived 20 minutes later. There were four BBQ sauces at the table including House, Carolina, St. Louis, & Ghost Pepper. The Pulled Pork Sandwich ($16 plus tax) had tender soft pork in a sweet bbq topped with cole slaw on a soft bun, served with two pieces of sweet cornbread. The Burnt Ends Mac & Cheese ($23 plus tax) was a generous portion of dense cheesy cavatappi pasta topped with tender sweet bbq burnt ends (some fat & some lean pieces). The food was pretty good, but we needed boxes for the leftovers. The check with Toast QR code was presented which was $42.32 with tax and before tip. Overall, a pretty good meal in a very noisy restaurant and friendly service. I will mention the mac & cheese on this visit was much better and more flavorful than the mac & cheese I had 4 years ago in Brookline. Also, they also have on-site free parking for Alamo customers.

This "fancy-like" rustic biker bar & restaurant offers a streamlined food menu featuring pub fare and BBQ options, including St. Louis Slow Smoked Ribs, Smoked Chicken. The place is actually not so "fancy" which red painted walls with guitars and black flooring (front section) & hardwood flooring (upper back section) with table seating, high top tables, and seating up at the bar which has flatscreen TVs, but minimal stocked shelves (at the time of visit) at the bar. I stopped by for takeout on a rainy summer night and was able to easily find on-street pay parking near the front of this business, which is harder to find on a nice weather weekend day. The place was empty compared to its other bar next door, which was very busy. I decided to order takeout and ordered The Fancy ($16) handheld served with fries. My order was boxed and ready to go in 10 minutes. The thick sandwich had tender pieces of slow roasted pulled pork topped with a smoky sweet BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun, served with thick golden crinkle fries and a cup of creamy slaw. This takeout meal was pretty solid good and filling. I would definitely stop by again during my next trip to the Weirs.
