I love their glazed cake donut. The glazed yeast used to my favorite, but Shipley's is the winner in Kyle right now. My wife is a fan of their pumpkin products. The coffee prices are better than Starbucks. Baskin Robbins is now back in Kyle. They used to be where Josie's is now. Donuts and ice cream? That is a winning combo. Lord, where do I start. Dunkin Donuts in Oklahoma is one of my faves so I was definitely not upset to see this place on our scout for morning coffee/breakfast. We walked in directly behind another couple. They were first in line. It took 5+ minutes for their order to be placed. We stepped up and ordered which only took a moment. Upon completing our order there was another 4-5 parties in line behind us. They were moving very slowly. My boyfriend and I sat our coffees on the cleanest table available. Only 1 table was occupied however the other 8-10 tables were all dirty. I went to visit the ladies room which to my horror appeared as though it were a truck stop. It was utterly disgusting. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. Sink and mirror was filthy and worst of all, dry feces in the toilet. There was absolutely no way this bathroom had been cleaned in the last 48-72 hours. I washed my hands and returned to the pick up area. I noticed the manager amongst the other 5-6 staff members there. I asked her for some napkins (all the dispensers were empty) and proceeded to tell her that the ladies bathroom was appalling. She stopped only for a second to say, "Okay, I'll get someone in there". I then said, so is the dining area, there are zero clean tables. She then stopped in her tracks and looked at me as though to say, you're pushing your luck lady lol. I then got the impression that she could really care less what was dirty nor did she care that the customers were forced to deal with the filth of this establishment. We went on our way. If we did reside in the area, we would absolutely not be visiting this place again. read more

Woo Hoo! I am a fan...have been ever since it was JUST a coffee shop! Now, that shows my age. I do wish, however, they served a bran muffin. The servers at this particular store are patient when are customers have a difficult time with so many choices. I,SO, enjoy the jelly filled munchkins. Ice cream selections are great also. I've been going to the Dunkin in Kyle since they opened. In the beginning ~ no complaints. Friendly staff, order ready by the time I got to the window. Now fast forward to the last couple of weeks. The service has been horrible, the order not ready when I reach the window. Worst ever experience this morning, when I was told that their DECAF wasn't brewed yet. Starbucks really is better, even if overpriced. I would not recommend the Dunkin in Kyle. Unless they change. Shame on you....and don't get me started on their featured items. This coffee shop is OK during the daytime hours but its not a place to go to between the hours of midnight to 5am. I commute between Austin and San Antonio so was very excited to see this place open but I've been disappointed with the service and product. For the past several times, the coffee has had way too much sugar, the coffee is in the wrong cup (could care less.. At least when this occurred, the coffee came out right), they had no lids available, and this past time I tried to get my money back just to learn that they have no manager on duty at night so he couldn't reopen the cash register. Thoroughly disappointed with the breakfast sandwich. The Texas "toast" was like a soggy sponge - not the least bit toasty. When I opened up the bread, the cheese slice wasn't melted at all, so I touched the bacon and egg - COLD, as if they pulled it out of the freezer and barely tried to warm it. I am a huge Dunkin Donuts coffee fan. As much as it kills me to give this place a one star I am going to do it. It is disappointing every time I go into this place to see how filthy they keep it. The garbage is always full the bathrooms are always nasty and the floors are gross every single time! For a brand new facility it drives me crazy when employees and management do not take pride in cleanliness. There is no excuse for poor hygiene especially in a restaurant. This was a horrible experience. The girl at the drive-thru was not helpful and rude. Not my problem that the menu is really not clear on what you can order and how much it is and that the coffee listed they can't make anything with expresso in it even though it is listed right there on the menu. Additionally, they were out of what I wanted after going over what they had (and that sometimes changed). So I ordered an old fashioned instead. I was given a plan donut. Plain. This is clearly not an old fashioned. It was just a horrible experience. EVER. Like I was in the Twilight Zone weird. When I went to add on to my order (because I was determined to get a coffee no matter what kind they had after all) I was told in a snotty tone that "I'll do this THIS time but next time I'M going to have to make you go around. WTF! It was for a stinking plain coffee. And there was ONE car behind me. Just an overall bad experience. Menus not clear, high school drop out (I'm guessing) hates her job and is on a power trip with her minimum wage, they are out of things and don't know their products.
