This is not a great Dunkin Donuts. Went with my boy on a Wednesday morning. We bought some chocolate donut holes, an apple fritter, a chocolate cake donut and a chocolate frosted donut. None of the donuts tasted fresh. I mean to say they were quite stale. The really bad part though? Only one of our donuts was frosted...and it was put on the bottom of the bag. Come on y'all when I took it out of the bag it was a plain donut and an apple fritter with chocolate icing on the bottom. You can't put the frosted ones on the bottom. Won't be back to this one. Amazing experience at this Dunkin. Now, I usually don't get the eggs or such at fast food places (ALL fast food places usually skimp on the instant eggs and such), so I stick to coffee and doughnuts. To put it simply, the manager needs a raise. Way to nice, understanding, and just made the day brighter. I messed up the order initially, and as reluctant to change it at the window. This guy was seriously kind and understanding, offering to add a little extra as well as ask if I needed bags/coffee holders/extra napkins. Even though they were busy, it seemed like he actually cared about customers. This should just go to show that meaningful people make a difference. Some things will always go wrong, but it's "how can I make it better" with a smile and a genuine empathetic attitude. This guy made my day, and I appreciate how he handled the situation. Doughnuts and coffee were good as always. Also got avocado toast, which was delicious! On a side note, since it was hard to believe that a guy could be this invested in customers, that prompted me to ask him if he was the manager, which he was. We need more people like him in customer service. If you don't care about how you do your job, you're not worth hiring, plain and simple. This guy was simply excellent. I'm not one to complain about anything like this but ... I love the Dunkin part but the baskin part I just can't , I was with my mom , my brother and my daughter. We had came to get ice cream we were waiting in line as we're waiting in line the girls that were in front of us asked for mint chocolate chip ice cream and the guy who was taking the orders had said that they were out he insisted he'd get another pint for her and she says no it's ok . The girl ended up getting a different ice cream she leaves . So it's our turn to order I wanted mint chocolate chip ice cream so my mom asked if their was any more he said no so i changed mine to chocolate ( worst choice of words ) . As my family continues to order my brother had wanted bacon ( he's autistic btw ) the guy who was taking our order he said oh uh it's gonna be 15 minute wait my mom said oh alright . Terrible experience , which is unfortunate because it is so close to me . They forgot to give me my sandwiches and asked me to pull forward . I did so and sat for 15 min waiting for them to bring me my food, mind you I was with my kids . After about 15 min a little guy comes out and asks me to pull more forward ... I explained all the vehicles behind me have gone with no issues , and why come out to tell me anything without my order ? It's embarrassing for them to have to ask what I'm waiting on ... and then immediately brought the food out but wouldn't not bring it to me , asked that I "pull up " to get it . First off I get down because line was too long thought getting down would be quicker ended up waiting 15 mins. I'm about half way to my destination to find both the drink I ordered had no flavor! I go back to just get the flavor added but the girl looked at me like she was lost. She walked and didn't say anything. Brought my family in for an ice cream treat on a hot summer day (today). The restaurant looked clean and inviting, however that was unfortunately the best part. With no one in front of us, we waited for about 10 minutes to be helped. Despite multiple employees in sight, no one acknowledged us in any way. I love Dunkin' Donuts and I enjoyed my meal, however, the lady who took my order - not sure of her name. Chunky with blonde highlights was rude. I'm guessing she's the manager. Then the person who called my order out slammed my bag on the counter. First of all, don't slam my food at 7 in the morning. I'm totally not a morning person. Secondly, have better customer service. Greet people when they come in, don't have such an attitude. I know its early, but keep your personal issues to yourself. If you're a manager with that poor of an attitude, I feel bad for the staff. Every time we've gone no one comes to counter to greet you I literally put my order in online while standing at counter waiting to be greeted.....they don't communicate with each other ordered ice coffee and breakfast sandwich got the sandwich waited 15 min for coffee finally said I'm just waiting on my coffee was then notified they didn't have a flavor I had asked for so instead of telling me that they all stood around until I asked where my coffee was... another time went through drive thru employees laughing not paying attention to what I'm trying to order kept saying they were out of everything I asked for finally I said that's ok and was about to drive off when I hear them yelling Whoo hoo got rid of another one and doing the princess wave as we drove off. Highly satisfied? Get a free donut! But, if they won't give you the donut you want, how satisfied can you possibly be? If you have chocolate frosting and you put it on other donuts, why discriminate and NOT put it on a donut a customer asks for? And why would the counter help go as far as saying "we don't do that" (put chocolate frosting on your requested donut) when I can see that you DO put chocolate frosting on other donuts. As a customer, if you told me it was an up charge of 50 cents, I would pay it. Just don't tell me that you physically can't do it. It's annoying because I have gotten my donut the way I want it all over the US. And, said counter help refused to move out of the view of the donuts displayed. How was I supposed to choose another donut if I can't see them?? Dissatisfied customer!!! P.S. I can't post the pic of the "highly satisfied Get a free donut" board they had up on the front counter. What can I say, I'm not in love with this place, but it's okay. I'm not a huge doughnut person, really, so unless you're classing it up like Gourdough's, I don't get super excited. However, there's not really a whole lot of unique food places in Kyle, so Dunkin is welcome, and they have decent, albeit lightly pre-sweetened??, coffee. First, I LOVE Dunkin' Donuts. Their coffee is SO much better than bitter, expensive Starbucks coffee. When I first moved to Austin, TX from NY I was bummed that there wasn't one near my house in South Austin. But now new franchises are opening up. Woo hoo!!! I recently moved to Kyle and found that there was a Dunkin' Donuts ten minutes from my house. (Hooray!!!) I have been there a dozen or more times in the last few weeks. The quality is Dunkin' Donuts quality, so I have zero complaints. Absolutely delicious coffee, fresh donuts, bagels and assorted other tasty bits. YUM. I'm mostly there for the coffee, but occasionally take a box of Munchkins to a gathering or have a toasted bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. I love that I can zip through the drive through on my way to the office. The building is brand new, so the interior is clean, bright and cheerful. Also, I am LOVING the Dunkin' Donuts Perks app. I earn free drinks and other perks ALL the time and conveniently pay from my phone (which I have set to auto-reload from my bank account when it gets low.) This location serves a dual purpose and is also a Baskin Robbins, but I haven't tried the ice cream yet. Maybe I'll order an ice cream cake for my birthday. :) The staff seems, at times, a little confused, but I chalk that up to the relative newness of this location. That said, they are VERY friendly and really go out of their way to be helpful. I am SOOO glad that this location opened and plan to be there a lot in the future! read more

I always get what I order and there's usually always cold brew available. My only issue with this location is the drive through is ALWAYS the better option. Even if the line of cars is wrapped around the front of the parking lot and there are only two people inside, the drive through will always get served first. read more

Worst experience! Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes for 4 milkshakes. Eventually the car behind us left. When the guy arrived at the window he only had 3 shakes and we had to wait even longer for the final one which when it arrived was not the flavor we had ordered. Honestly I love the coffee, so no complaint there. BUT, this location does their whole "online order" thing completely wrong. I order on the app every time for "in store pick up". On the app, it says my order will be ready for me at the pick up window when I arrive. Well, They don't start making my drink until I get there and tell them what I ordered. Without fail, every time. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead to get my coffee and go. Today I had to sit in the drive thru line for an hour, even though I had a mobile order which I had ordered an hour before. I get to the window and they hadn't made the drink yet. Literally pointless and it is really fucking annoying honestly. There is no point in the app if they aren't using it the way they are suppose to. Looks like I'll be a Starbucks customer only once again. While driving to San Antonio, I decided to stop at Dunkin Donuts for some fresh coffee and a snack. After briefly contemplating an order through the drive thru, I decided to order inside so I can see my selection. Upon arriving, I entered a clean, well lit room. A friendly staff member took my order of a latte, glazed donuts and a breakfast sandwich. With only have a crew of 2, they were both busy taking orders in the drive thru and both the ice cream and donut side. And, they also had to deal with a complaining customer. I was pleased with my coffee order which came minutes after the donuts. But, the donuts were not soft or freshly made which was a let down. However, the breakfast sandwich was what I expected and it was pretty good. If HEB can keep their donuts relatively soft at 4pm, then Dunkin Donuts should make donuts throughout the day. read more

This location serves day old donuts which they try to pass off a fresh. Stay far away! I was passing by this location about 8:00 a.m. on 03/25/18 (Sunday) and decided to get a couple of Dunkin' Donut glazed donut since I hadn't had any for many years. I went through the drive through, got my donuts and headed down the road to eat them as I drove. The donuts were terrible: they had exactly the same oily, wet finish on the outside and the same stale, dry taste inside that I readily identified as day old donuts. I called and complained to a manager who tried to say that they baked all of their donuts in-store fresh every day and that they don't sell day old donuts. I told her that if that is true, they have a horrible product and I would never return. I will never return. Either Shipley or Krispy Kreme are so much better. read more

I am so excited that Dunkin Donuts is now in Kyle. We used to drive to north Austin to get our fix. Join the DD Perks program. You get rewards, discounts, and can pay from your phone. It is worth it. I love their glazed cake donut. The glazed yeast used to my favorite, but Shipley's is the winner in Kyle right now. My wife is a fan of their pumpkin products. The coffee prices are better than Starbucks. Baskin Robbins is now back in Kyle. They used to be where Josie's is now. Donuts and ice cream? That is a winning combo. It is going to be tough driving past it everyday. I always want to stop in. read more

This was a terrible experience. On the 21st. I had pre ordered donuts and a sandwich that I had pre paid for. When I got there the sandwich was not included in my order. I stated I paid which seem to make no difference to the employee. She was very rude. I then had to contact DD (by phone) which I waited 10 minutes to be connected. I then was transferred waiting again just to have the monies due me. The donuts I purchased for a group at work. Everyone agreed they were stale.
