Amazing experience at this Dunkin. Now, I usually don't get the eggs or such at fast food places (ALL fast food places usually skimp on the instant eggs and such), so I stick to coffee and doughnuts. To put it simply, the manager needs a raise. Way to nice, understanding, and just made the day brighter. I messed up the order initially, and as reluctant to change it at the window. This guy was seriously kind and understanding, offering to add a little extra as well as ask if I needed bags/coffee holders/extra napkins. Even though they were busy, it seemed like he actually cared about customers. This should just go to show that meaningful people make a difference. Some things will always go wrong, but it's "how can I make it better" with a smile and a genuine empathetic attitude. This guy made my day, and I appreciate how he handled the situation. Doughnuts and coffee were good as always. Also got avocado toast, which was delicious! On a side note, since it was hard to believe that a guy could be this invested in customers, that prompted me to ask him if he was the manager, which he was. We need more people like him in customer service. If you don't care about how you do your job, you're not worth hiring, plain and simple. This guy was simply excellent. While driving to San Antonio, I decided to stop at Dunkin Donuts for some fresh coffee and a snack. After briefly contemplating an order through the drive thru, I decided to order inside so I can see my selection. Upon arriving, I entered a clean, well lit room. A friendly staff member took my order of a latte, glazed donuts and a breakfast sandwich. With only have a crew of 2, they were both busy taking orders in the drive thru and both the ice cream and donut side. And, they also had to deal with a complaining customer. I was pleased with my coffee order which came minutes after the donuts. But, the donuts were not soft or freshly made which was a let down. However, the breakfast sandwich was what I expected and it was pretty good. If HEB can keep their donuts relatively soft at 4pm, then Dunkin Donuts should make donuts throughout the day. read more

I want, desperately, to give a better rating, but I can't. I adore my Dunkin coffee, truly. This location has got to get their crap together! They take so long to get people through the lines, they mess up drinks regularly and their customer service is absolutely wretched! I don't want to pull up to my coffee joint and be asked "what do you want?" Or "do you know what you want?". It has happened all the time. I love Dunkin' Donuts and I enjoyed my meal, however, the lady who took my order - not sure of her name. Chunky with blonde highlights was rude. I'm guessing she's the manager. Highly satisfied? Get a free donut! But, if they won't give you the donut you want, how satisfied can you possibly be? If you have chocolate frosting and you put it on other donuts, why discriminate and NOT put it on a donut a customer asks for? And why would the counter help go as far as saying "we don't do that" (put chocolate frosting on your requested donut) when I can see that you DO put chocolate frosting on other donuts. As a customer, if you told me it was an up charge of 50 cents, I would pay it. Just don't tell me that you physically can't do it. It's annoying because I have gotten my donut the way I want it all over the US. And, said counter help refused to move out of the view of the donuts displayed. I always get what I order and there's usually always cold brew available. My only issue with this location is the drive through is ALWAYS the better option. Even if the line of cars is wrapped around the front of the parking lot and there are only two people inside, the drive through will always get served first. read more

Worst experience! Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes for 4 milkshakes. Eventually the car behind us left. When the guy arrived at the window he only had 3 shakes and we had to wait even longer for the final one which when it arrived was not the flavor we had ordered. Honestly I love the coffee, so no complaint there. BUT, this location does their whole "online order" thing completely wrong. I order on the app every time for "in store pick up". On the app, it says my order will be ready for me at the pick up window when I arrive. Well, They don't start making my drink until I get there and tell them what I ordered. Without fail, every time. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead to get my coffee and go. Today I had to sit in the drive thru line for an hour, even though I had a mobile order which I had ordered an hour before. What can I say, I'm not in love with this place, but it's okay. I'm not a huge doughnut person, really, so unless you're classing it up like Gourdough's, I don't get super excited. However, there's not really a whole lot of unique food places in Kyle, so Dunkin is welcome, and they have decent, albeit lightly pre-sweetened??, coffee. First, I LOVE Dunkin' Donuts. Their coffee is SO much better than bitter, expensive Starbucks coffee. When I first moved to Austin, TX from NY I was bummed that there wasn't one near my house in South Austin. But now new franchises are opening up. Woo hoo!!! I recently moved to Kyle and found that there was a Dunkin' Donuts ten minutes from my house. (Hooray!!!) I have been there a dozen or more times in the last few weeks. The quality is Dunkin' Donuts quality, so I have zero complaints. Absolutely delicious coffee, fresh donuts, bagels and assorted other tasty bits. YUM. I'm mostly there for the coffee, but occasionally take a box of Munchkins to a gathering or have a toasted bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. I love that I can zip through the drive through on my way to the office. The building is brand new, so the interior is clean, bright and cheerful. Also, I am LOVING the Dunkin' Donuts Perks app. I earn free drinks and other perks ALL the time and conveniently pay from my phone (which I have set to auto-reload from my bank account when it gets low.) This location serves a dual purpose and is also a Baskin Robbins, but I haven't tried the ice cream yet. Maybe I'll order an ice cream cake for my birthday. :) The staff seems, at times, a little confused, but I chalk that up to the relative newness of this location. Think about that, if you were the owner of this place that invested hundreds of thousands to buy this store and your staff doesn't even have donuts available! This location serves day old donuts which they try to pass off a fresh. Stay far away! I was passing by this location about 8:00 a.m. on 03/25/18 (Sunday) and decided to get a couple of Dunkin' Donut glazed donut since I hadn't had any for many years. I went through the drive through, got my donuts and headed down the road to eat them as I drove. The donuts were terrible: they had exactly the same oily, wet finish on the outside and the same stale, dry taste inside that I readily identified as day old donuts. I called and complained to a manager who tried to say that they baked all of their donuts in-store fresh every day and that they don't sell day old donuts. I told her that if that is true, they have a horrible product and I would never return. I will never return. Either Shipley or Krispy Kreme are so much better. read more

This was a terrible experience. On the 21st. I had pre ordered donuts and a sandwich that I had pre paid for. When I got there the sandwich was not included in my order. I stated I paid which seem to make no difference to the employee. She was very rude. I then had to contact DD (by phone) which I waited 10 minutes to be connected. I then was transferred waiting again just to have the monies due me. The donuts I purchased for a group at work. Everyone agreed they were stale. This is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, and they are ALWAYS out of everything. its 8:15 am, your kid wants the advertised holiday donut, sold out. You want mint chocolate chip ice cream, sold out, waffle cones you guess it sold out. How about a KIDS SCOOP OF CHOCOLATE in a cake cone, sold out. I am a regular customer at this DD and a big fan of the chain in general. I'm writing this review as I've been standing in line for the second day in a row for over 10 minutes. Mornings are usually great but afternoons at this location are an absolute zoo. I'm not sure why...there seem to be plenty of people working but they jump all over the place and serve people that walk in rather than people that are next to be served. Inefficient service and management should be embarrassed with how it's run. If I didn't need a caffeine fix bad, I'd be out the door. Their sign on the counter says "please rate us highly satisfied and ask us about a free donut." Ha, it's not even worth the free donut. But I guess they have to bribe to get decent reviews...and that should tell you something. read more
