2 days in a row with horrible service and even worse attitudes. First, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to even come to take my order, even though they all- including the manager- walked by me several times. By the time they got to me, 4 other people were behind me. They all recieved their drinks before me. Second day, my husband goes through drive through. After waiting for a long period of time, he pulled up to see the staff chatting. He beeped his horn to get their attention- which clearly pissed them off. They said his truck doesn't set off the indicator so he'll have to go inside. Really!? Goes inside and is told that he absolutely can not do any drinks with no ice. Not looking for a full drink, just said drink with no ice. He settled for the ice- because why keep arguing, but drink was made wrong. When addressed, he got eye rolls, sighs, and a ton of attitude. This place doesnt even deserve the 1 star i had to give. Its one thing to be patient and wait, but 2 days with different sets of employees all with the same awful attitudes and social skills is ridiculous. Dont spend your money here!! read more

this places sucks! the service is terrible. The shorter woman who makes food and sometimes drivethru does nothing but complain and swear in front of customers and degrades her younger fellow employees. You should be embarrassed by how disorganized and unfriendly the staff is. So slow and angry, we as customers are made to feel guilty buying a coffee. Most times it is very disorganized, rude and just all-around bad place. I live 5 min from here and I have to go to others to get what I want. Really... How hard is it to make a med coffee with milk only???. I go in and explain there is something in the cream that I am allergic to and will makes me sick. There response is... Milk - Cream what's the difference. Or I get it and it has sugar in it. Best one was when I got it and it said extra cream and extra sugar... Really... Horrible location. Coffee is almost either always wrong or burnt, and staff are extremely slow with awful attitudes. This is, no exaggeration, one of the slowest Dunkin's I've been too, and with a drive thru line that only accommodates like, 5 cars, that's saying a lot. Typically on my commute in to work I stop at another Dunkin' location which is almost ALWAYS backed up with 5+ cars and I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes. I sat at this location for over 10 minutes before even placing my order and then almost another 10 once I put the order in to get to the window. Staff is also exceedingly unpleasant. I know it may not be the funnest job, but if you can't be nice, you can at least be neutral. Go to any other Dunkin' in the area. read more

Typical mediocre Dunkin Donuts food. A bit more overcooked and dry than usual. The kitchen floor was covered in food and wrappers. The cashier Didn't really listen to orders. well it looks like the dayville dd's is not listed so i will do a combo review for both dayville and this one (brooklyn)... over ten years ago, i tried to get a choco coolata, the putnam DD's machine was broken so i drove to dayville, i went inside (this one had no drive - thru) and ordered a choco coolata, i was told their machine was also broken!! i was confused ... was this a chain thing? all their machines shut down at the same time ... so i asked about it and said putnam was broken also ... the lady, who was quite humored by our predicament, said "maybe the people in putnam just didn't want to make you one ... you can try ours it's got a big crack in it." now if you read my putnam review you will read one of my greatest regrets, now here is my next one. i didn't try their machine, i didn't see the big crack in it!! i then went to brooklyn and they had choco coolatas! read more

It's a dunkin donuts - crappy food, stale donuts always, too sugary of drinks - except the coffee depending on how you get yours. But I wanted to leave a review for this specific location because of their coffee! I'm not sure what this location does differently then the others in town (mind you there is one around the corner at the entrance of the killingly commons). But this locations coffee is amazing! I will not stop at any other location for an iced coffee. If I don't have time to stop at this one because the drive thru line is too long, etc. then I go without for the day! The workers there are the worst. They burnt the bagel, stepped on the muffin, coffee was lukewarm. They denied that they stepped on the muffin and said that I ordered the bagel to be dark, which was proven not to be the case. Hopefully you are not in a rush when you come to this location, because the crew there certainly isn't. I love waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive-through only to have them mess up my order anyways. Even a simple, "Sorry for the wait, we are very busy" would be a step in the right direction, but you won't even get that. Long waits, bad customer service, and failure to accurately make your order are the norm here. There are Dunkin Donuts every 1/2 mile, find a better one to go to. read more

I've tried to give this specific Dunkin a million chances to redeem themselves. This Dunkin' is HORRIBLE. the service is absolutely absurd. I asked for an onion bagel and the response I get is "we don't carry onion bagels" ok since when?! I've gotten one there several times before. The workers there are so RUDE. Always a snotty attitude... if you don't want to work in the morning switch your shift!!!!! Nobody likes getting up and going to work but guess what we all have to do it. Oh and maybe you should learn how to make drinks. I order a large drink and get 3 ice cubes in it then when I ask for an extra cup of ice I get charged 50¢. I will never return to this location. On multiple occasions I have received less than desirable customer service ranging from orders being wrong to hearing employees call customers slurs and other derogatory names. The people that work here absolutely do not care about the experience that they are giving their patrons and it shows in their attitudes and work ethic. Today I stopped quick for a coffee on my work break with ample time to spare as I literally work two minutes down the road, I sat at the speaker for upwards of five minutes without as much as an acknowledgment. If an employee had told me that they were backed up or facing other difficulties I would have had absolutely no issue as I understand that customer service is a tough job. I continued to sit in line for another ten minutes while cars continued to pile in behind me. In total I was in this drive-thru line for a good 20 minutes and by the time I got to the window wanted nothing to do with ordering. This location is a complete joke and so is the owner Jimmy who doesn't seem to care about anything other than turning a profit regardless of who or what it impacts. This review certainly does not reflect all of the employees that work there, just the ones that seem completely incompetent or incapable of being bothered to do their jobs. If this is the way that this location is being run it seems like a direct reflection of the owner and company itself, I can only hope that in time others will stop going here as well. read more
