I've been to a few different locations in Jacksonville and I will definitely say this is the much more reliable location When I order, I order the brown sugar, shaken espresso, as well as an avocado toast with bacon and a fried egg on it, which was absolutely delicious. The brown sugar shaken espresso was absolutely amazing. There was a perfect amount of sweet as well as keeping that traditional coffee taste with the additional espresso added to the drink. I have literally ordered at this location 100x and sometimes I pick drive thru and still go inside to get it- I saw my effing drink on the counter WITH MY NAME AND PAID and this gentleman said I need to go through the line still before he can help me. I ask another employee about it with my name on it and he still interrupts and says you need to wait in the line. I have sworn to everyone that Dunkin is supreme. Dunking Donuts at 2431 Gum Branch Rd Jacksonville, NC 28540 closes at 10pm. I stop around 9pm to buy doughnuts and went into the store. They had doughnuts but refuse to sell me a dozen. The manager claim that the doughnuts are for the following morning and are not allowed to sell them. I never had to deal with non-sense mentality. According to the manager he said that's how always have been. So just know that the doughnuts you're getting in the morning are not fresh but sitting there from the night before. read more

Let me start by saying the donuts were delicious and the coffee was hot. The customer service on the other hand was horrible. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so my daughter and I went in to place our order. This location had 4 employees working and my daughter and myself were the only two customers inside. We waited about 5 min before anyone acknowledged us and then another 5 before being helped. Our order was small- 10 munchkins and 1 large hot caramel coffee. The staff seemed bothered they had to wait on us and were not welcoming at all. When we left the store all the vehicles in the drive thru were gone also. 10 min for munchkins and a coffee when we were the only ones in store seems ridiculous especially when there were 4 employees working. I stop here frequently as the location is convenient to the majority of places I travel to and the products are always good, however due to the extremely poor service we received today I don't foresee our family returning anytime soon. read more

New Dunkin' in the shopping center with Lowe's grocery store. Store is super clean. Donuts are great like all other Dunkin franchises. Coffee is great and they have WiFi available to do some studying. I'm happy there is a coffee shop so close to our house for me to study. The setting here is more bright than Starbucks and this particular store has plenty of windows for natural light. When I came on a Friday afternoon This store was not busy inside, although that may be because it's new. Pro tip, recommend their #1 combo 2 classic donuts and 1 medium coffee $3.59. This is my second time ordering from this place. This is the second time the quality of my food was lacking and the first time I decided to take it back to the store to be address. The service that I received from the manager destiny was laughable. She was not paying attention to me and kept telling me just a moment just a moment. I then asked to speak to someone else as she clearly needed to tend to other things. I then had the opportunity to be spoken down to and interrupted by the store manager who stated I was relaying wrong information to her as I was relaying what destiny had said to me. As I was trying to finish my sentence when she asked "ugghhhhh what can I help you with" she continued to just say "ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am" and not listen to me as I'm trying to continue. She then stated to me that if I wanted to be rude, and not listen to her (the audacity) I could take my business else where as she is the store manager. Average place for coffee. It normally tastes burnt and bitter to me. But if you get coffee, try the latte with French vanilla. Also a 10ct. Of assorted munchkins (doughnut holes) are a must. So good! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the third time my wife and I have been there and gotten subpar food. I thought the microphone was broken at the drive-through and I couldn't hear anything but a very slight mumble. I had to ask several times and finally I could hear someone say can I get you anything so I ordered my food and I asked to get my food heated. It was the snack bacon. He told me it's against their rules to heat up food, so I ate cold, floppy bacon. It was terrible. Absolutely terrible. If I owned this place, I'd be livid. I "used to" eat at Dunkin all the time because it was easy, close to my house and had food I liked. Now after a couple of these experiences I've got to find somewhere else to eat. I was going to post the employees name, but I waited and calmed down some. I'm extremely particular about customer service and where I spend my hard earned money. It pains me to leave this review, but it was justly earned. The employee had absolutely zero concern what so ever. I ate there on the afternoon of March 2nd, if that helps the owner or manager. Had the employee shown even the slightest bit of care at all, this review wouldn't have been written. I only leave reviews if a place is really good, or really bad. There isn't much to making coffee, throwing some breakfast sandwiches in the microwave, or bagging some donuts but this place takes at least 20 minutes to get you through. Just unsat. America can't run on dunkin because they're too busy in line waiting. This establishment needs some more training on customer flow. If I could give a negative star I would. I was with a friend and her 9 year old son looking at Christmas lights and the child that was with us was so excited for donuts. We arrived at the drive thru and were the only ones there. The man said can I help you with anything and I asked could he give us a minute please but also let him know there was no one behind us. I started to ask for a half dozen donuts and began to tell him what kind and he rudely said I don't need to know what kind. How do you order donuts without telling them what kind you want. So I always get a hibiscus tea in ice and I come today and ask for it and the dude tells me he can't do that but he will put the ice in a different cup and I explained to him how I've always gotten it like that here but okay. So he ends up charging me for the ice and giving me ice in a medium cup. Tells me he can't give me a large one because of the little sip peel crap, when he could of just gave me my large tea in ice in the large cup like I asked for. Great location on the busy street. High traffic line at the drive-through. Customer service is great they are very friendly at the window. They offer the military discount. Unfortunately each time I have ordered and bagel I have not been so satisfied. Last time I got a bagel with butter, the butter tasted awful. This time my daughter asked for a bagel with cream cheese and when she opened it it was over baked for some reason she had a hard time biting into the bagel as it was more than just chewy she couldn't take bites out without ripping up the bagel in pieces. I thought it was just one bad bagel in the batch but my cinnamon raisin bagel was the same way and it took more than enough time to eat the bagel.
