Clearly, the reviews are very accurate at this location. It's a shame because it's very convenient, but honestly I'd rather go out of the way to receive my coffee the way I like it and to not get an attitude from the woman at the drive through. Was treated incredibly poorly and made to feel bad when I asked if the woman could add a little more almond milk to the coffee that she handed me that came out looking almost black. What's the point of charging me for almond milk if you're not going to put any in it?! Hopefully they can work on their customer service training, otherwise won't be back. read more

I have lived around the corner from this Dunkin for the last 2 years and honestly I've had no issues! I do mobile ordering so my items are ready, no matter where I go I choose mobile ordering. My orders are always correct, coffee always tastes great and my food is delicious! The service here is great. You pull up to the speaker and they have the automated message incase they need a moment to gather themselves and no less than 30 seconds later I'm greeted. If there is a long line I get it people love their Dunkin, never something to complain about. The ambiance, decorations for each holiday, the cleanliness is all something you look for. They never have anything I want, the won't honor the sale on their posted signs. Save your self the trouble and go a few miles down the road to the DD on the north bound side. I asked for extra cream cheese, and it looked more like they wiped some on with their finger. I paid for what's basically a cream cheese booger on my bagel. Only noticed when I got to my destination so can't go complain. This is an insulting amount, even if I didn't ask for extra. This is by far the worst the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. I live just down the block, about a 1 minute drive away, every time I give this place another chance, they always mess up. I purposely now drive to another Dunkin which is 15 minutes away from me even though this Dunkin' is so close, that's how bad this place is. They have consistently messed up my orders. It got to the point where I anticipated them screwing up my drive through order, so I would check my order before I drive away (because once you drive off you're screwed, who has time to drive back). I would tell them there mess up and then they would argue with me. Also quite a few times they have asked me to pull around to the front as my drive through order was not ready. There excuse is that they don't want to hold up the line so to speak, so they will bring the food out to me. They then make you wait another 10 minutes or so, it's ridiculous. They must be doing this because they are rated on how quickly they can process drive through orders, which they must be piss poor at so they do crap like this. The last straw for me at this place was they asked me to wait and pull around to the front again. So I told them, no thank you I'll wait here. They obviously were upset by this because the next day I came back and they said to me "oh it's this guy again" They then proceeded to taunt me and make fun of me. I sh*t you not. The jerks that work at this place. It's unreal. Bottom line is. I have given this place numerous opportunities to not suck and they continually disappoint me. They only thing consistent about this Dunkin' is how terrible their service is. That's why I'd rather drive 15-20 mins to the next closest Dunkin' even though this sh*thole is 1 minute away from me. read more

One of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. The speaker is very old and the employees can not hear you, and you can't hear them. Order is usually incorrect. The drive thru line is EXCESSIVE. This Dunkin Donuts has consistently been an awful place to go to. The inside looks nice, the staff do there job but the main product just isnt good. The only thing u can trust this place to do right are your drinks. If you want any food whether it be munchkins or donuts or an egg sandwich they will find a way to screw it up. The only time I end up coming here is after the kids' school concerts where it's something the kids have planned on meeting at afterwards. Every single time, it's disorganized and chaotic. Whether they forgot to give me something and I have to drive back there to get it or whether I get Splenda instead of sugar in my coffee, they always mess up my order! It's always wrong. Sllloooooooowwwwwww! Eight people behind the counter and the line in the drive thru and in the store is 5-10 deep. Employees on the phone and getting themselves drinks while customers wait for their food and drinks. The DD locations in this area are not up to par when it comes to speedy services. They need better processes in place to get customers in and out quickly. read more

This place used to be good, but lately the service and quality has been terrible. I was there two days ago and ordered two lattes which were so watery we couldn't even drink them. Due to a severe language barrier on the employees part, it took me repeating myself 5 times at the window that I wanted chocolate munchkins, but instead was brought everything but that. They don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. Ordering a coffee, the manager had to come over to assist for a pumpkin macchiato and then he took over the register. The manager made the coffee himself only to walk out the door to find the coffee was cold and didn't have any pumpkin flavor. It was in a hot cup and was ordered as a hot coffee. So we went back in and they made it again and again it was wrong. In addition to this there were at least 3 other frustrated customers who didn't get what they ordered. Ordered bagel toasted with butter, glazed donut and a medium caramel iced latte. First off my bagel was not toasted and the butter had a heaping glob on one side. They didn't even have glazed donuts! That's the most standard donut and the girl went back and forth telling me which donut they don't have. My medium caramel flavored drinker drink was a small and all of the caramel sat at the bottoms, not even an attempt to mix it. This store don't get a star I went to this store 3 times ordered the same filled donut and barley had filling in the donut on the third time I went back into the store and they ask me did I want another donut or my money back I said I want my money. The worker got mad and very rude your going to have to wait because they have other customers I said fine and why the attitude he just repeated. I've been a once a day customer since November until today. I usually get great service and tip moderately. I go into today like any other day and order my usual. I notice in front of the cash register that their dnd k cups has a sign that says "half off today". I was intrigued so I inquired the price of the k cups with the sale price. The associate asked a gentleman who seemed to be the person in charge for that shift. He comes over confused because the sign was incorrect and the sale was ACTUALLY buy one, get one free. So he comes over and says in a rude matter, "oh they're not half off, they're buy one get one free" and continues to ring it up without apologizing or asking if I was still interested in the sale. So I respectfully state that was false advertising. And he actually had the nerve to argue with me. His composure was rude and he had to be the most unprofessional team leader I've ever witnessed. They will no longer receive my business and i advise anyone willing to give their business to this location to not expect anything positive or warm welcoming. read more
