This dunkin is run by people who know hot to get you your food and beverage in a rush and do a great job doing it! The drive through is narrow and poorly set up, but the coffee here is wonderful! You order a coffee with cream and sugar that sugar isn't sitting on the bottom waiting to be stirred, no way, it's mixed in and is wonderful until the last drop! read more

Twice this week once around 6 and today 445 tried to get coffee chiller down for cleaning both time. Asked if they have a specific time so I know when I can get one no when they have time. Maybe they should do it the same time everyday and let the public know so you know when you can purchase that drink or maybe Dunkin shouldn't offer it. My feeling as a customer all drinks should be available while your open or let customers know you can only get it in the morning etc. Not a happy customer. Must be sales don't count for anything anymore. read more

Let's start with the restrooms, the ladies room was disappointing as there was a Mr. Hanley stain on the bowl. Shop was extremely busy and took 15 minutes just to order one coffee. We'll cut them a brake as the employees were working as fast as they could under the circumstances. read more

Food is pretty good, it is very hard to mess up a donut. BUT the cashier is a very rude she was on her phone as I was ordering, also it is very understaffed. So it was very long to get my food. read more

I don't know how this does not have reviews. It's always packed. Always. This is a perfect place to stop if you are driving along Route 17. Right off the exit you have Dunkin' Donuts, McDonald's, KMart, various gas stations, various other fast food places. Basically you cant loose, something for everyone in the car in a very compact area just off 17, easy to get back on as well. This Dunkin has a very long drive through when I'm there, but if you go inside, its fast and easy service. The restroom is clean. Parking is tight here and I'd park a little farther away to be able to get out easily, especially in the morning when the drive thru line can impact that parking. read more

Everything about this location has gone downhill since the previous management left. I've had nothing but problems. The customer service, while friendly enough, isn't well informed, aren't willing to make substitutions, and won't properly wear their masks 100% of the time. I've witnessed improper glove usage. The outside of the building looks like hell. The garbages are overflowing. There is no pride shown, but honestly it's probably hard to show pride when you're doing such a poor job. Since you've read this far... the one thing that tipped the scales on writing this review in the first place is the fact that they won't budge on substituting cream for milk in a latte/macchiato. They say it's policy, and still refuse after I've offered to pay more. Every other Dunkin I've been to allows it without hesitation. A few weeks ago I ordered a hot latte and asked for "a splash of cold coffee to cool it down slightly"(that's how I always order it at every Dunkin I've been to). After some back and forth of them refusing to do it and me trying to change their mind I finally agreed to let them put some ice in it. When I drove away with it I noticed two things. I could smell perfume or some other strong scent from within the restaurant on the lid, and my hot latte was COLD. It wasn't even warm. It was watered down and un-drinkable. The manager made me a new one a few days later, but it doesn't really make up for anything. I won't be going back any time soon. I've been pretty forgiving with them, but enough is enough. read more

The bad news is that this place is very slow, the employees are not trained well and they don't know how to make espresso drinks. The good news is that this particular store falls right in line with most of the other Dunkin Donuts (DD) stores I've visited in the last 8 months. I usually go to Starbucks for lattes and other espresso drinks, but I was willing to give DD a try as I don't want Starbucks to take over the world. I thought it would be good to spread my money out to other businesses. But I've tried numerous DD stores in different cities and states, and I've come to the conclusion that most of these stores are poorly managed and have terrible espresso drinks. Corporate DD has tried to take customers from Starbucks by advertising and offering espresso drinks. And I was okay with that. Unfortunately DD is failing miserably because of inferior hiring and training practices. This store is a perfect example of that. There may be a few DD stores around that have good donuts or regular brewed coffee, but DD is not a place to get good customer service or a quality latte or macchiato. They do not take advertised coupons. I had a survey coupon on a dunkin receipt that said " Receive a Free Classic Donut on your next visit when you purchase a Medium of Larger Beverage" They did not honor it saying that it did not apply to On-the-Go ordering. Just waited at the drive-through for over 10 minutes but line never moved. Finally had to turn around and leave. Not exactly fast service.

The lines in the morning wrap around the building, to the entrance of the plaza and onto the road blocking incoming traffic. Keeping the old location across the street seems a better plan than this new location. read more

this dunkin messed up my order more than once. they said they got it right but they didn't get it right after the second to third time

Nice and clean and food tasted fresh but as usually with DD you say one thing they give you another. I am not sure what it is but they just don't listen when you order something. Repeat your order multiple times and you should be fine. read more

These guys are awesome!!! Always get my coffee right and very quick!!! I think they should move cross the road For a bigger lot and drive thru since they are always extremely busy! Not Recommended!! Went through the drive through. Never ask for whipped cream and did not put cream and sugar in my boyfriends coffee after he asked. Then he went in to get to some sugar the guy told him to lower his voice when he had not raised it. Also none of them spoke very good English. read more

The people who run this store are usually on top of their game but this time around they weren't. I asked for my bagel with cream cheese to be double toasted and when I received it, the bagel wasn't even toasted it was cold. I automatically threw the bagel in the trash and was highly upset I couldn't enjoy my morning breakfast. This ruined my entire day and I thought I was going to die of starvation. Waste of my money and the time I waited in line to get my freaking food. All the Dunkin' Donuts are going bad around here and it's a darn shame. Hope things will change, but for now they have lost my business. read more
