Another 5 minutes and still no show, so I asked another person, there and she said the same thing. 5 more minutes, still no mocha and I asked the woman who took my order and she said that it is being made up now, but 2 more minutes go by before it finally showed. It seems to me that the folks who place their orders from their cars get priority treatment....which just is not right. The orders should be worked on immediately after being received, regardless of who or where they are placed.
