The food is just like any other dunkin donuts. The service at this dunkin leaves a lot to be desired. And it's all due to one person. She doesn't wear a name tag but she talks real tough. She swears at you. She appears to be in her sixties. If I was a manager or owner at this one, I would definitely have a long talk about her attitude and how she treats customers. The lady just acts like she has worked at a biker bar all her life and has brought that attitude into this dunkin. I could go on but I think you should be able to figure out who it is. If management already knows about this issue then they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing it to go on. If not, your on notice now I guess. read more

AWFUL customer service. The workers are immature and obnoxious. There was a girl "joking" around and screaming at her coworker. Then the coworker was barking constantly like a dog. I could hear it all the way on the bathroom. The manager seemed to not mind which is embarrassing for that establishment. Purchased some breakfast sandwiches using the drive thru, 8am on a Tuesday. 3 wraps and an egg & sausage on a muffin. Nothing was heated. The sandwich was assembled untoasted, the sausage was still frozen, eggs cold and the cheese( that was supposed to be left off) unmelted. It was disgusting. read more

I think this store was recently renovated considering there is a huge sign outside that says "NOW OPEN." The renovations look nice and the place is pretty clean. It's a strange parking lot to get into, I almost went in through the "out" because the "in" is at a weird angle. Staff is really nice, not sure what the other reviewer encountered but the guy who took my order was super friendly. I walked in and right away he greeted me; ordered my iced coffee and it came out perfect. He was a little pushy in the "do you want a donut? Do you want s muffin? Anything else?" but other than that he was great. They do liquid sweetener which makes me happy! I don't like granulated sugar because I can taste it too much and it's crunchy. Also there's almond milk! YAY! Oh, and there's a drive thru for those of you who don't want to get out of the car. This wouldn't have normally prompted a negative review on my part, mistakes happen, but I went to a different location to have them fix the order for me and they told me that this location does not brew midnight blend but they do sell it and then just put regular coffee in the cup! Every time I am a customer at this location I regret it. Each and every time I am a drive thru customer. I've actually never been inside this location. 1st off, this is the only Dunkin location I have ever been to where they don't have any trash cans anywhere in the drive thru line at all??!! WHATS UP WITH THAT???? Every single time I have to repeat myself into the speaker giving my order for a second, sometimes third time until they hear me. Mind you, I don't have this problem anywhere else but here. When I get the food and/or coffee it has never once been consistent. Its either THE BEST COFFEE EVER!!! or the worst, never in between. I bought a dozen donuts on Christmas Eve 2019, when we got to my brother-in-law's house his wife looked inside of box and saw where a mouse had eaten some of one of the donuts. Until they get an exterminator in to fix problem, I would not recommend this location. read more

I've been going there since they opened the doors beginning was good but last couple years no consistency. With better training and all being on the same page would put that place back on top. I'm there everyday and I mean everyday so I've watched it go from busy to not much business only out of towners that don't realize what they've gotten into till back on highway so it gets dumped and hit up the next coffee shop. Couple days ago I went in to get a flavored coffee and got regular coffee two days in a row and coffee grounds galore. I said something to the employee and she said sorry sir we don't put coffee grounds in our coffee so guess I'm gonna have to prove it and not wash my cup out. The young girl I'm thinking is a manager or assistant gave me attitude. I have told them about all this to help them but in return I'm getting grief. Guess I'm done they need management and training.
