I placed my order via the Dunkin app, which I love...however they forgot the whipped cream...which I had them add upon my arrival. I made the mistake of not trying it before I Ieft...as it was missing the sweetener I requested to be added on my order. The place was nearly empty, maybe three customers inside and about seven employees. They really need to read the customer's mobile order in order to view how it was ordered and not just make the "base item" ordered. They're all customizable, so they need to pay better attention.

This location has become a lot better since they are no longer a baskin robins and just a Dunkin'. I came for national donuts day and tried their new raspberry watermelon green tea. The tea was good and their donuts are good. Service was fine. I don't come often but when I do it with the app to avoid wait time.

Go here everyday for my coffee. They always make it right and know my order as soon as I pull up. Management is also very nice. Only complaint is they never have chocolate chip ice cream. This location has a Baskin Robbins as well.

Don't come to this dunkin' Donuts the employees are rude I came to get some ice cream and I asked one of the employees where can I Place my order and instead of taking my order she got on her personal cell phone and started talking instead of taking my order until I approached her and said something to her that I would like to speak to the manager which I was told the manager wasn't there I told her I didn't want her to take my order that I would like another employee to take my order then they double charged me on my order then as I'm sitting in my car enjoying my ice cream there's paper inside my ice cream I will never come to this nasty Dunkin' Donuts ever again

It was my favorite DD place. Since now, I better check my receipt before leaving. It looks they honor me with discounts I never get

Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday and it was super busy, I definitely think they should have more employees for the morning rush but would highly recommend ordering online in advance.

I had the French toast muffin and it was delightful. I skipped using the fork they gave me and devoured it. They do have a wide variety of coffee flavors as well as signature and seasonal coffees/lattes they seem to have on rotation. The pistachio iced coffee I decided to go with and what I really like is the option to add condensed milk which you don't hear very often and really reminds me of home overseas. The staff was great in making recommendations, extremely pleasant throughout the buying process and even there after when I was leaving. I'll definitely go back especially to their other pastries!

The Wild Mug Coffee Bar…read more It was a pleasant surprise and my fiancee and I really enjoyed the time we spent at this cafe. Today, we ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte, Spicy Beef Empanada, and their Key lime Pie. The coffees were good, but in my opinion, their pastries and snacks tasted better and left a bigger impression on me. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no. They offer indoor and outdoor seating but are both limited so get there at the right time or be ready for Togo. The interior is cleanly decorated and they seem to have put in a lot of time hand writing out the special menu and seasonal items. Yes I would recommend this place to others. Yes I would definitely visit the Wild Mug Coffee Bar again.

It took nearly 1H to get our 3 drinks and our food. We went on a Sunday morning, 10AM, we were the only customers when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and food. It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

Unfortunately, there were no baked goods out when I was there so I was not able to try anything. I am disappointed that my 12 oz latte with soy milk came out to $9. The truth is, the taste nor the demand for this place warranted such a high price point. I think I would be more willing to return if I had not paid so much for something I was not very impressed with. The flavor of ube was not really there, it was just very purple. This is just my opinion though and warrants no hate for this business. The ambiance is very cute and like I said, the place has serious potential, especially had there been any baked goods for sale.

This is not a "grab it and go because you're desperate" coffee stop. This is intentional coffee. Their croissants are large, golden and big enough to share. The coffee is strong without being bitter -- balanced, smooth, and clearly made by someone who respects the bean. My chai tea latte is consistently on point: properly spiced, not syrupy sweet, and beautifully frothed. No lazy pours here. And the empanadas? Crisp exterior, generous filling, zero "gas station pastry" vibes. Yes, it's not cheap. But neither is quality. You're paying for a café that doesn't cut corners -- and honestly, I respect that. The space itself is small but intentionally cozy. Friendly staff, relaxed pace, no rushing you out the door -- which is rare and appreciated. This is where I go when I want to grab my caffeine, my flaky pastry, and coast until about 11 AM when reality hits and I consider going back. If you appreciate good coffee -- not just coffee -- this is your spot. Plantation Walk continues to deliver.

Mine came in a wine glass and the whole café has such a nice aesthetic vibe. That being said... if you're someone who likes a strong, authentic matcha flavor, this probably isn't the spot for you. The flavored matcha drinks were definitely better, but even then the matcha taste itself was pretty mild. Now the pastries? INCREDIBLE. Easily the highlight for me. If you only get one thing here, make it a pastry because they clearly know what they're doing in that department. I also tried the prosciutto sandwich and personally wasn't a fan. I really didn't understand why there was mayo in it. My brother thought it was fine, so maybe it just wasn't for me. Even though I didn't love the matcha or my sandwich, the staff was super friendly, the pastries were amazing, and the cups were adorable, so I'd still come back... just not for the matcha.
