This Starbucks is near the intersection of Sheridan St & Dykes Rd, right off of I-75. Came here after voting at the nearby library and wanted to grab a drink and finish up work. It's in a busy location with a nearby movie theater and a lot of restaurants nearby. When I came, it wasn't too busy. There's a good amount of parking in the lot that it's in and the inside itself is small but has a good amount of seating. Staff is friendly and wifi works well. Overall, a great location to grab some coffee, a bite, or get work done! read more

I stopped here for a Large coffee. I sat in there just to take a break from an already busy morning. The coffee I received was pretty cold. Even before I would have added cream. The second one was not much warmer. The staff here is sort of nonchalant with no sort of hurry to provide coffee and other drinks to the customers. They are all nice but I had to remind the guy that I had been waiting a while for my new coffee. They were not top busy either. They did have a nice selection of desserts but I was not hungry. There are a pretty good amount of tables. The place is kept clean. Not sure I would come back since there are other locations nearby. read more

I ordered 2 Bacon Gouda sandwiches for my daughter and I as our FIRST meal of the day on our way to hit the road for Orlando; and had received both of my orders COLD!!! unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt before driving off, and had already jumped on the i75 nearby when I realized. It's both a blessing and a curse that I'm aware of this Starbucks' existence. You see, this is (in)conveniently in the same plaza as my kickboxing gym. On days I work out in the morning, seeing this and knowing how quickly they work their magic at the drive-thru, well, I end up breaking even. I figure I at least worked out, a coffee and a bagel won't hurt. I'm trying not to make this a habit. I usually only cheat on my kickboxing gym with Starbucks on weekends. That has to count for something, right? Anyway, I have only used the drive-thru, but they sure are fast. Accurate, too! Waited 30mins in a drive thru line for an online order. We were just going to do drive thru. But once we saw the line and there was a sign to order online I did it through the app. Still waited long. This Starbucks is very close to where I work so I come here often. Service is usually fast and the workers are always friendly. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because sometimes when they make some of their drinks they taste different than other times they make it, so there really isn't much consistency there. It was pretty crowded at 2 in the afternoon inside and had a consistent drive thru flow (guess I'm not the only one who needs a coffee fix). This is my go to Starbucks since I live a couple minutes away. Sometimes I pass by this Starbucks on the way to school and the process of ordering is really quick. This is also my go to study area. Sometimes the inside seating gets full so you would need to sit outside until there's a table available. This Starbucks is usually clean every time I come inside to order or study. Great location, I come here when I'm in the area. This is also where my brother comes to all the time. I usually do a mobile order and run inside to get my coffee... when I do, it's usually very clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and warm. Looks pretty quiet as well... so it looks like a good location to get work stuff done but it's not a very big location so there aren't many seats around. There are outdoor seating as well. What impresses me, is how they react to my brother who goes nearly every day... they know his voice and his order... so when he pulls up to the drive-through, most times they know what they want and puts it in before he evens needs to say it... they'll ask if he wants the usual for him and the wife and that's it.. you gotta love service like that. read more

This Starbucks location always has a few tables inside and outside, and a drive thru. I used to come here to study or get some work done and all the tables would usually be occupied. I haven't gone back since I've moved away, but I came back on a Saturday night and it's still very packed and busy. But what they've kept consistent is their friendly service! One of my favorite Starbucks locations, always friendly staff and fast service. My go-to is usually the iced matcha tea or the iced coffee with 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha. Bianca helped me today and she was awesome! The only downfall with this location is the drive thru line is always nuts and the inside is very loud, I came here once to do computer work and was unable to due to the volume, besides that- love this location and the staff. read more

What I like about this Starbucks is that it seems to be free of the usual morning rush hour sh*tshow that pervades so many other locations. Of course, the two reasons for this are probably 1) it's on westbound Sheridan, thus the eastward-commuting west Broward soccer moms are too lazy to make a left turn, and 2) it's a stone's throw from the 'Glades in Mosquito Larvae Lagoon, FL (errr, Southwest Ranches), off I-75. I was here at 8AM on a weekday, and there was no waiting. Amazing. The latte wasn't bad, either. If you need a quick restroom-and-coffee break before tackling Alligator Alley, this is your "last chance" stop. Oh, and if you're traveling north on I-75, you want to turn left on Sheridan, not right - the interstate's exit signs don't make it clear which way you need to go. read more

I typically visit this Starbucks location on my way to work or on my way back from work. It's convenient because this Starbucks has a drive-thru which is a feature that several of them don't. The line usually moves pretty quickly which means they're good with their organization and the making of the drinks. I'm greeted every time that I going to the store and the barista's always provide some advice when I'm unsure of what I want to drink. After moving I was forced to change from my beloved Miami Shores location for my weekly Starbucks fix. Grudgingly I have been coming to this SW Ranches location and my experiences here have not made me miss the Shores Starbucks any less. Although this location has a drive-through (which is great), the store employees seem to be way more heavily focused on servicing the drive through window. This means if you actually decide to get your lazy ass out of your car you end up waiting way longer even with an empty line. On the many occasions I have come here there seem to be only 2-3 employees taking care of walk ups while there are 5 or more employees taking care of the drive through orders. I once came in with no line and had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. Meanwhile the cars were speeding by the drive through window. In addition for some reason the coffee isn't as warm with the walk-up orders. Well I've learned my lesson and I only do drive-through now. My wife even noticed the difference saying the coffee was burning hot now that I've switched. Stick to the drive-through here as it's pretty efficient, although it definitely lacks the personal touch I am used to at Miami Shores. read more
