I grabbed packets of ketchup and hot sauce on the way out. I already picked up my coffee nearby before stopping here. The omelette was a fluffy folded egg filled with tofu and melted Swiss cheese. Overall, this breakfast was fairly filling to eat and I was all set for the day ahead of driving over Hogback to NY.
